Famed designer Thomas Schoos (best known for his work on restaurants such as Koi and TAO New York/Las Vegas) has teamed up with executive chef Alex Manos, to manifest a new visual celebration of the senses. The Penthouse features a Meditarrenean menu with Greek influences. Chef Manos who draws inspiration from Greece and the Mediterranean Islands presents a menu utilizing seasonal ingredients sourced from the Santa Monica farmers markets combined with unique ingredients from across the globe. This innovative menu includes dishes such as Shrimp Saganaki, Hokkaido Scallops, Dover Sole, Baked Feta, and Premium Angus Beef. Available for private events.
