Excellent food and service! Very noisy.
Blonde Hostess was not polite once seated took us a while to get greeted by our server. Really loud noise and did not like the club music as it was hard to get a conversation in on our date. I mentioned to a server, since I couldn't get my server's attention that the scalloped potatoes weren't cook thoroughly and he just shrugged. Overall I was not impressed and will not be returning and will not be a recommendation for clients.
Love this place, have been coming here for years and they never disappoint in any aspect!
Delicious ribeye! :)
My waiter charged me $7.00 for an anniversary cake that we never got also that I never asked for. Also, felt like my waiter kept trying to upsell stuff to me (I might just be salty about that cake thing and that I fell for it by adding a prawn to my order)
Awesome food great service. I will definitely be coming back!
I know the recommended steak temperature is not well done. If well done is a problem then the chef should say so.
Seated us an hour past reservation. Over cooked steaks to well done when ordered medium rare. Sent food back to remake, took 20 minutes, sides got cold, manager came and told us didn’t have to pay. Got up and left without even eating. Terrible service.
Great customer service
It's always a pleasure coming here the food is always so good. A perfect way to end our Valentine's Day 💖
The whole staff was friendly and very welcoming. Our waiter was fantastic and his recommendations were delicious!! The buttercake is a must have !!!
Great food and great service. Great for dates or special occasions.
The green spinach was cold when we got it and had to get a new one
I received an email saying that we didn’t make our reservations but indeed we were there. We were running 15min late and called the restaurant to let them know.
Phenomenal service, ambiance, food, as always. Thank you!
My dining experience at the Beverly Hills Mastro's was poor- fair. One major issue that I had was that my Tomahawk Steak was not that good; it had too much fat in it, was very chewy, difficult to cut, and the steak itself lacked flavor even with Truffle Butter. This was my first time at this location so maybe I got a bad Tomahawk, who knows? My regular location is in Costa Mesa and Newport Beach. Their Tomahawk Steak is more superior than the one that I had in Beverly Hills.
Honestly I was pretty disappointed in this dining experience because the Tomahawk was not up to par with other Mastro's location.
Although I do believe in second chances I am quite hesitant to come back to this location.
Best service ever received for my partners birthday she felt the service impecable.
The hostess wouldn’t seat us even though the majority of our party was present (4 out of 6 people were at the restaurant, LA traffic is a beast, so a two folks were running late), but the table was ready and waiting. We also had late reservations (10:15pm) so I highly doubt the table would’ve been turned for another party after us. Nonetheless, besides the hostess’ decision to have us stand in small hallway for 30 minutes (she eventually seated us before the other two arrived), and the fact that the volume of the music was on super loud, Mastro’s is everything you’d expect a steakhouse in Beverly Hills to be... part good food, part scene, part “extra”. But once we were seated and ordered drinks, we had a good time. We ended up staying until the Penthouse closed (1am), but that’s probably due to the fact we didn’t sit down at our table until close to 11pm. Way too extra. But a spot you have to experience if you want an authentic “LA experience”.
