   My steak was not charred the way I ordered it so Jason are waiter to give it right away however when the second one came it was not cooked the way I wanted it I ate it so I didn't want to complain but Jason noticed it and he took care of it right away in addition he gave us a free dessert which is very good so overall High grades highly recommended thank you for providing us a great meal

   Waited an hour to be seated, once we were seated waited another 20 min to be waited on, waiter was jumping between our table and another without finishing taking orders. When we finally got our food, or one steak was cooked correctly. Some were too well done others undercooked instead of apologizing the waiter made jokes. While I understand it was Mother’s Day and was a busy night the level of service was outright atrocious.

    I love mastros buttt this location in my opinion is mediocre. The food was just okay — the chicken was over cooked, the steak was underwhelming, the sides were not hot the butter cake honestly was the best thing/hotter than all the food put together. The service was terrible as we never saw our waiter — well maybe like 2 times and that was after we had to flag him down several times. He hardly checked on us if we needed refills and it took forever to get the check even after all our food was packed up. I definitely will not be visiting this location again — the location in DTLA IS FARRRRR BETTER and would have been worth the ext20 min drive. You all have been warned! Happy eating :)

    normally love mastros - but this experience was awful. food took 1 hour to come then was severely undercooked. responsiveness from staff was slow as can be. nothing was done to rectify this terrible experience at a normally top notch place. I hope this is not a sign of where this once great spot is going

    The food was amazing! Our service was top notch! The place over is exceptional but it’s very loud with live music which was excellent but hard to carry conversation durning a business dinner. The portions are ALL SHARABLE ASIDE THE MAIN COURSE!!! Heads up lol!!! I was there on business staying in a hotel so a lot of waste!!! I mean everything is sharable except the MEAT!! Lol deserts, sides, salads all of it!! Amazing food and service!!

    I took my 90 year old mother and aunt and uncle here for a gratitude celebration! The staff and the food were amazing! Gary and his team went above and beyond to help me give my mom and my aunt and uncle an over-the-top experience. He made menu suggestions based on their tastes, he chatted with them, he (and his team) never failed to check on us and make sure everything was perfection. They did all of this without interrupting the flow of our dinner and our good time. In fact, if anything they enhanced it! The food was amazing, as well! Thank you, Mastro’s and Gary and team for making our evening one to remember!

    This was our first ever Mastro’s experience and it was to celebrate my husband‘s birthday. I don’t think I could have made a better choice and received better service and quality of food than at Mastro‘s Penthouse in Beverly Hills. The highlight of the visit was our server, the extraordinary Paris, who knows so much about the items on the menu and how they are prepared. Her radiance, charm, and superb hospitality, were evident in everything that she did to make our evening a splendid one. The restaurant was quite busy, but Paris managed to keep an eye on every table she was charged with, and everyone’s needs were met and aided exceeded. My husband and I both ordered the filet mignon. I asked for chard rare, and that’s exactly how it was delivered to my table piping hot with a little butter on it. Perfection. My husband‘s medium rare steak was also cooked exactly to order. Both were the essence of tenderness and flavorful. Prior to the main course,we ordered the seared scallops which were cooked in a garlic butter lemon sauce and they were exquisitely tender. We both agreed that these were the best we’ve ever eaten and since they are a favorite of ours, and we order them just about every chance we can. The selection of fresh breads are either homemade or from a very experienced European bakery. They have a very broad selection of wines to choose from to fit just about any budget. They also shake a very mean martini there with the large shaker left at the table so you can enjoy the dividends. It was quite a night and one we will long remember. The most important thing was it put a big smile on my husband’s face and I could tell it made him feel very good when they delivered a complementary birthday cake that was homemade and decorated with his name written in chocolate sauce. It was a touching gesture from Paris and Johan, her equally hospitable assistant. Five Stars!

    This place came highly recommended but I can’t tell you what the hype was about. The service was good but the food was average. We were a little disappointed because we went with high expectations. The price for the quality of food just didn’t add up.

    I’ve been going to Mastro’s PH for years & have always liked it. This time we had to wait *1 hour* past the reservation time of 830pm. The waitress & manager tried to make up for it with comped drinks, but good service is much more important to me than free drinks. The NY strip was also overcooked (medium instead of medium rare) but I didn’t want to wait further by sending it back, & wasting a big piece of meat. Overall a mediocre experience; hope it improves - a lot.

    we were a party of 9 last night but it wasnt busy. service was NOT good. couldnt get water refilled. i had to clear our table of empty glasses and plates. i had to ask the waitress to hold off on dessert. no one had forks, drinks, plates. food was brought out at all the wrong times. shared dishes were mixed up. the food was great but the whole meal was a disaster. I love mastros but its not what it once was, unfortunately.

    A table of 8 people next to our table of 4 were so loud, singing, clapping, being live on Tik Tok and completely obnoxious ruined our dinner. Even after we complained, Mastro’s did nothing to stop their behavior.
