The Pembroke is Washington DC’s newest dining sensation. Designed by world-renowned Martin Brudnizki, The Pembroke is complemented by a pretty and seasonal outdoor terrace and features an edifying blend of cream-paneled walls adorned with playful artwork, plush velvet plush banquettes in a mix of blue and coral tones and beautiful marble tabletops.

At its center is the beautifully- appointed marble bar, a classic cocktail bar reminiscent of the 1950s, serving a range of spirits and the finest wines. Lunch, brunch and dinner menus, created by Executive Chef, Marlon Rambaran, who has worked with some of the top restaurants in New York, Miami, Philadelphia, reflect the best organic product sourced from local farms and purveyors. Delicious global influences abound.
