Food and service exceptional! Very cozy, yet tables are far apart. Our first time there, but I see a return visit in the near future.
The service and food was just ok. The food took a long time to come out and 1/2 of the food was cold. The waiter didn’t come around that much and didn’t seem to care.
Fabulous app
Best prime rib in town!
Everything was really good. We will be back for sure. I believe our servers name was Cat which she was nice and full of life. Food was amazing especially for the price we paid.
great as usual.
Great food. Had the NY strip steak. Highly recommend it. Music was enjoyable
First visit and won’t be the last. Food and service were excellent. Live music in bar area was loud, but not an issue in the main dining room. Very clean too. Can’t wait to try more items on the menu which has something for everyone.
Food was great. Service friendly and attentive but not pushy. Music was our type.
Great spot for steak and seafood. Outside patio was cozy and quiet. Inside music was loud because there was a live Frank Sinatra type singer. Service was top notch here. I highly recommend The Pearl.
Julie our waitress made the experience lovely. Good food was a nice addition.
It was our first time at the restaurant. Lots of great choices. We had the fried chicken dish which was delicious! Food took awhile to come out but when it did, we really enjoyed it. We will be back for sure.
Had a wonderful dinner snd the service was amazing.
Having reservation booked much in advance, they couldn't suggest us good siting area, with restaurant being 60 empty, they wanted to sit us in front of the kitchen, than table where AC was blowing like crazy, than bar area where apparently they couldn't put child seat etc, we had to move multiple times to get comfortable. Steak was good, but medium rare was rare, when we asked to fix that, we had to wait a lot and of course they overdid it, lobster was a bit tough, mach potatoes so salty was difficult to eat it, risotto didn't have any resemblance to it at all.
From walking in, to leaving, the experience was great.
The band was right in the entry as we came in and was quite loud which immediately was a bad feeling. Very loud and even after we were seated in the back of the restaurant, the music got louder. My husband is hearing impaired and this loud music ruined the dinner. The former restaurant that was there was one of our favorites because he could always hear in there. Will not go back. Food was good, but service was not.
The food here was great and the service was wonderful. Great variety on the menu. The fried chri ken was so tasty and perfectly cooked. Loved the bananas foster done tableside and how the waiter got my grandson involved. We will be back!!
Celebrating parents 55th anniversary, great food and service, Julie was great! One of our favorite places
Advertised Happy Hour and then only said it was available in the bar once we were seated in the dining room.
No food specials on the weekends
Needs to be more conscious of dining room guests don’t want to hear the live entertainment coming from the bar to the dining room.
Was all you can eat grab legs, they keep them coming, which was nice. They were a little salty , but overall good. Waiter was a little slow, but ok.
We were greeted like we were part of the family. Tony, our waiter, was attentive, knew the menu and made sure we had a pleasant experience. The food was outstanding. The triple tail was the favorite and the sweet potato waffle fries are to die for. As we left, we were thanked by several staff members for coming. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
Kat was pleasant/fun waitress. Food choices were plenty. Food was HOT. Reasonable prices.
great as always
We have been eating at that location even before the new ownership. The new owners are doing a great job of making the dinning experience enjoyable.
We ate in the dining room in a booth, which we really liked. So much easier to have conversation. But if you like a more energetic area, the lounge would be more to your liking, with live music. The service was outstanding, everyone was so attentive and courteous. The food was excellent, prices reasonable by Naples standard. Good selection of beer, that was all we were interesting in for beverages. We were seated at 6 PM and the dining area was all 1/2 full, from what I could see. The booth keeps your group very private.
It was quite loud in the lounge during Happy Hour, though I don't know whether it was the acoustics or my declining hearing. Wait staff was very personable and prompt. I went for the comfort food (the meatloaf) and found it very tasty.
All you can eat snow crab! Amazing!
I decided to try the Beet salad. It was wonderful and i’ll be having it again.
We had outstanding Service and the food was absolutely wonderful looking forward to coming back again!!
This was an enjoyable experience. It was our first visit there and we will return again.
Everything was great! Our server was very good and the food was outstanding. We sat outside on a cool evening and the heaters provided more than enough heat. All of us agreed we would be back after having a wonderful dining experience.
Food tasted great, and great drink poor from the bar. It was a little loud by the bar area but that’s because they had live entertainment. Once we were seated a good distance from that, it was nice. We would definitely go back.
We love this place...food is great every time. Highly recommended!!
Delicious meal- great service
Everything was perfect!
We went to The Pearl for the first time last night. We got to our table on the quiet patio next to the lounge and waited about 8 minutes before letting the hostess know that we hadn’t seen our server. She let him know, and he quickly came to take our drink orders. The drinks were half off, as it was still happy hour, so we each ordered two right away since he seemed pretty busy. Long story short, all the food and drinks were delicious, but service was slow. I think maybe the servers were spread too thin between the lounge and the patio during happy hour. I was a server once, so I understand how it can get sometimes. Definitely recommend the scallop entree and the raw oysters as an appetizer. We will be back!
Menu was good but very limited.
Do understand this is during tough times due to Covid regulations so definitely will return again.
Slow service
We went with another family and do we were a party of 8. They set a quiet table up for us outside. Our server was terrific. Excellent food and great variety of offerings on the menu.
We had a fun night out !!! Our waitress, Sam, gave us great suggestions from the menu and the service was good.
First time visiting the restaurant, was a great experience. Clean, friendly and great variety. Highly recommend
