Located at Gateway Plaza, Barnsley, serving food and drinks 12pm-9pm Wed - Sun. We offer a casual dining menu serving stone baked pizzas, gourmet burgers, wraps & mains, including our popular Chicken Katsu Curry. Our casual furnishing and contemporary surroundings compliment our premium bar, serving extensive premium cocktails, beers, wines and spirits, offers guests a relaxed experience. Our varied food menu includes a mixture of cuisines from Italian classics to delicious handmade burgers and Japanese inspired dishes. Sit back by the fire and enjoy fine cocktails or book our booths for a relaxed family dining experience.
Afternoon Tea is also available with tea / coffee, prosecco or cocktails, sandwiches and fresh cakes, Wed, Thurs, Fri, 2pm - 5pm. (24hr Advanced bookings only)

Always enjoy our catch ups at the Pavillion. It’s such a great place to have a nice meal and a few drinks. The staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks for another lovely evening 😊

Food was good but we waited over an hour for a burger and pizza by the time it arrived we were on our second bottle of wine. It was New Year’s Eve however the pub wasn’t that busy and we were sat at the table 25 minutes before we were asked if we wanted a drink. The staff we’re running round non stop so I’m not faulting them as everyone was lovely and apologetic but the wait took the shine off the evening

Great staff, very friendly and attentive, but the food was disappointing. Shredded duck and chorizo pasta with ciabatta came with no chorizo and no ciabatta. They gave us discount though. The katsu chicken was very bland.
Patatas bravas/hallumicheese parcels starters, fyetas share these we're very nice would recomend.
Great atmosphere, friendly helpful staff with service second to none. Party of 4 good range of food well cooked and presented well. We all enjoyed our meal. Will definitely be back

Service staff not attentive. Had to ask to order drinks and then had to ask if we could order food. Staff sat at a table attending to admin rather than meeting customers needs.
Waiting staff were very friendly & polite. Didn’t really like the table location we were assigned as quite close to the door & there was a large party on the next table who were stood over us when we were seated. Food was very tasty & overall good value for money.
Lovely and attentive staff, nice drink selection- meal was good quality and all meals were a decent price.
Overall we loved it and are regulars but last night the music was too loud and we couldn’t hear each other talking

Not good to be honest, had a sharer meal was really expensive for what it was, bar area really loud and table small and cramped, bar staff not attentive ... was really hoping for better

Our first visit to The Pavilion and we really enjoyed it. Quite a limited menu though.
We had the BBQ fajitas for two. The chicken was very tasty and the spices were just right. Nice sides too. Would have liked to have had my wraps warm but that’s a personal thing.
