   We had a delightful dinner at The Patio sharing yummy plates of food. It was a rainy night so we had to eat inside. The small indoor area was very inviting and intimate. The outdoor patio looks fantastic for better weather evenings. Our service was very attentive as well. I highly recommend dining at The Patio!

   You cannot go wrong here! The food is fantastic and the staff is great. Whether you're having brunch with friends, a romantic dinner, a first date, or an early happy hour, this place is perfect. They offer a fantastic list of local, regional, and international wines - along with a full bar. We love the chicken sandwich, the meatballs, the beet salad, the mac & cheese, and the butternut squash soup. Honestly, everything is yummy.

   Well, it was disappointing. No host up front when they opened. Had to walk back to patio in back to be seated. My food came out before my coffee and we had mostly eaten it all before it did. My food tasted good. But it was mildly warm.

    The menu was limited and the Caesar salad was dry and did not have enough dressing and was just kind of bland for the price.

    First time here and we sat outside in front vs. the patio (private party there so will hopefully experience that next time) and greatly enjoyed a few small plates. The halibut ceviche was divine, the meatballs excellent and the charcuterie plate just right for two people. Decent wine selection too. I will be back!

    Would definitely recommend, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. I know it's SF, but it did feel on the pricy side. I appreciated that they held our table even though we were late (see parking, below). The avocado toast was average, I've had better. The fried chicken sandwich someone in our party ordered looked phenomenal, and he ate it in about 4 seconds, so that's the clear food winner! Mango mimosas were a nice option vs orange juice. Bathrooms were always readily available and relatively clean. The primary downsides are the lack of parking nearby and the noise level if you're wanting to talk. Parking may as well be virtually non-existent. I would advise budgeting for about 15-20 minutes just to either search for a nearby spot or to walk from several blocks away. The noise level is definitely 'energetic,' diplomatically speaking. If you're trying to hold a conversation it may be difficult with more than a few people as the music is fairly loud. But if I could walk here from my house, I'd be here quite a bit!!

    We had a wonderful time - celebrated Father's Day with lunch on the outdoor patio. I feel this is a hidden gem because the food is great, the service friendly and attentive, the menu creative but carefully curated, the ambiance lovely. I can't believe we didn't know about this place!

    Went to The Patio for brunch on a Saturday. Liked that it had reasonably priced food and could make a reservation. When we got there, the hostess tried to seat 3 of us in a room with cocktail tables (low to the ground) and covered benches. As the set up would have been fun for appetizers and drinks, not the best setting for eating a meal. She was gracious and found a table for us to sit at. Overall the place is dark and again feels more like a bar/nightclub than a restaurant. The staff were very nice and provided very good service. We all ordered omelets. The food was good but the portions were small and they didn't include toast. We had to buy toast and jam. I feel like bread should be included with breakfast food and that you shouldn't have to pay extra. Overall, it was an okay place but we don't plan on going back. There's so many better places to get good, hearty breakfast food in San Francisco for a reasonable price.

    Staff very welcoming and efficient even though it was Father's Day and very busy. The ambiance was great. We all had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the lovely space the restaurant has created in its back patio.

    I selected the Patio for my company team dinner due to their very cute outdoor seating area shown on their website and diverse menu. I was very disappointed to be seated in the street box with rickety tables, poor ambience. Food was very good and service was also great.

    We had a great time catching up with friends over brunch on the back patio! Everyone was happy with their food. One of the sides arrived a bit late but really didn’t impact the experience. Grapefruit mimosa was amazing! Really enjoyed our time. Thanks!!!

    The space at the Patio is very cozy and a mix of indoor and outdoor. They had heat lamps and offered extra blankets which was so nice because it was upper 50s. The beet salad was great, the ceviche was solid and we had the cheese charcuterie mixed board. All the food was very good and presentation and service was outstanding.
