One of the best meals we had in a long time. The whole fish was top notch and much larger than we expected. The extensive wine list is nice but we picked the lowest priced red and really enjoyed it. Service was spotty. The restaurant was not very full but our waiter was gone long periods without checking on us.

When we arrived we told our server we wanted to order right away as we had play tickets. We had to inquire twice about our food and just short of an hour later our food arrived.

Food was brought out quickly and our server was attentive for the first half of our meal, but once it got busy he was hard to be found. Had to wait to get refills on coffee and bottomless mimosas.

Las entradas buenas, nada excepcional. La hamburguesa muy mala y las papas a la francesa peores. Nada recomendable.

Looks like a good place to hang out with friends. The ambiance has organic and relax atmosphere. The service is kind of slow though, maybe they didn’t have a rough people coz it was New Year’s Eve when we went. Otherwise, the waiter was pleasant and definitely will return next time.

I've been to dinner here a few times and found the food, service, and ambiance delightful. This was after having tried the PB Patio when it first opened and not being impressed at all, and a little let down. A friend recently told me to go back for a 2nd chance. Lovely dinners, so tried a family brunch and we were all hugely disappointed in the food quality, presentation, and taste. :( Can only recommend dinner here.

The Patio has improved a lot after first opening a few years ago. The new professional chef has brought a higher quality food preparation to match the interesting restaurant design. We enjoyed our meal outdoors with my guest thoroughly enjoying the mussels ("the best in the area") and I enjoyed the delicious burger and interesting fresh fries. Service is great.

The service is always very good at The Patio. Usually I am very pleased with the food and the small portion they provide for birthday celebrations. I would defer from sampling the artichoke, spinach cassoulet. Pretty flavorless and too much spinach. Other than that, high marks go to Alex, our outstanding waitperson and for the quiet setting for good conversation.

It was very nice atmosphere the waitress was very very good very friendly. However the menu was really uninspiring. I recommend the artichoke and spinach cassoulet. However everything else on the menu was not too inspiring the cheeseburger was less than delicious or memorable. I go back for happy hour and appetizers but not so much for dinner. It was bad it just wasn't great.

This is the second time we been there and we had a very nice time. The food is good and brought to the table in a timely manor. The wine selection is fine but a few more less pricy items would be nice. Overall experience was very good.

We had such an amazing meal with incredible ambiance. The shrimp polenta was incredible light and flavorful with huge shrimp. The veggie curry was just a wee bit too spicy for me.
The wine and gin gimlet enhanced the meal perfectly.
Service couldn’t have been better.
Thank you, Patio!

We enjoy coming here with friends and family. Dog friendly, you either love that or you don't. Personally, I'd rather someone bring their dog then their whining, crying child. Love the outdoor fireplace, cozy ambiance, good wines and unusual foods. Salmon pate...not my favorite, lamb shank was very tender but not meaty...more like stringy.... Ahi taco's are amazing, steak was tasty, octopus was good, seafood soup was delicious.

I enjoyed the vegetable flat bread. The flavor was excellent but I would urge the chef to use a different vegetable than broccolini. Too fibrous. Was disappointed that the tuna tartare was being taken off the menu. I attempted to order it because it is one of my favorites. Also my companions were disappointed that the half sandwich, soup, and small dessert option had been discontinued.

Sat down for lunch today and was not impressed. This was our second time here, last time was over 2 years ago and I remember it being good. To start with, the service was very slow and one meal was brought out 10 mins after the rest of us. Took 20 mins to get a drink order in- and the place was pretty much empty. As for the food, it was not good. Cafeteria food at best. Out of the 4 of us no one liked their meal. Salads were tasteless, BLT was soggy, fries tasted like cardboard. Ahi was sold out so that really limited an already small menu. Don’t know what going on here but it’s not good!

3 of us shared the Chopped Salad, Market Vegetables, Whole Fish (a 3 1/2 lb. sea bass!) & Lemon Creme Brûlée with Lavender Lemon Cookie. We left happy and full with leftovers :)

Great ambience, service and if you get there during Happy Hour, some of the items, like the Chopped Salad, are full size at discounted price.

Fun vibe and good food

The menu is full of choices to meet all palates. We had the vegetable curry, which was terrific. Two new appetizers had potential but missed the mark - the ahi belly and the burrata salad. The server said they were new and wanted our comments to pass along to the chef. Very good move!

The restaurant is in a neighborhood full of places to eat and drink so it's very lively. Parking will always be a challenge, but they do have valet parking.

Good wine selections, including wine flights, plus lots of coctails and craft beers. Prices are good and the happy hour has a lot of selection.

Definitely be back.

We decided to go to the Patio on Goldfinch last night and I can’t believe what we have been missing. We ordered the Steelhead Trout and Shrimp & Cheddar Grits. All I can say is phenomenal. The trout consisted of poblano purée, kale, sweet potato, butternut squash, apple gastrique, cilantro. This dish went above and beyond amazing packed with flavor in each delicious morsel. My husband ordered a baguette just so he could sop up all the goodness and not miss any flavors.

The waiter stated they just started a new menu and this is one of their top item as well as we were one of the first few to try the trout. This is definitely a must do if you go to the patio.

I had the large and very delicious and well-seasoned shrimp & cheddar grits which consisted of roasted bell pepper, white wine chili butter and top with micro greens. I must say I have never had roasted peppers in shrimp & grits before however it is a must have as it adds an additional level of flavor.

What a delightful meal and superb wait staff…thank you Ryan. The entire menu looks wonderful and I can’t wait for my next visit to The Patio on Goldfinch.

We put in reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, but that was never mentioned by our waiter. Waiter was clearly tired and very uninterested. I ordered mussels and they were served cold so had to send them back to kitchen. We ordered 2
Desserts and had to wait for 1 way after the other and nothing special for the birthday girl, disappointing. Food was good, service really not so much.

I was at The Patio on Goldfinch this weekend on a date, and it was a fantastic meal and experience. Our server Arianne was outstanding with the recommendations, and we both really enjoyed the food and cocktails. The plant walls make the ambiance super neat and I love the feeling like I am on a patio. I highly recommend the cheese plate! I would go here again for a date and also as nice casual weeknight dinner.
