   Great food and friendly staff. It was a highlight of our trip to the wine region of Niagara on the Lake.

   We had a great dinner outside. We had the Beef Tarta and the oxtail lasagna. They were very good. Dispointingly, they were out of the Cornish game hens, we ate late on a Sunday. The menu selections are different than what is on the website, that was not an issue for us. We would eat here again.

   We were headed to the Shaw Festival and looking for an early dinner. I discovered the Patio @ Ferox on Open Table - available for 4:30pm for “lunch”. I had not heard of Ferox, but the patio looked tranquil and the reviews were superb. This turned out to be an astonishing meal - far beyond a “lunch”. Five courses, each one beautifully presented and paired perfectly with various Ferox wines. Chef Adriano hails from Ragusa, Sicily and has worked at the Michelin-starred Locanda Don Serafino - a restaurant we coincidently had dined at just this past June. He brings that level of dining to this tiny patio sandwiched between two of the Ferox buildings. His foraged Chanterelles paired with Chardonnay and oxtail lasagna with Cabernet Franc were absolutely delicious. Nicole, his wife, provided attentive service and was a delight to chat with. A hidden gem that likely won’t be hidden for long - they plan to open a small, indoor dining space over the next few months. I suspect it will soon be very hard to get a reservation!!

   We went to the Ferox Winery today for lunch and had a wonderful experience: we shared the tapas plate, which was wonderful, and the outdoor setting was great. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back there when in Niagara on the Lake.

   Had lunch with visiting family on the patio. Excellent food and wine. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Beautiful setting. Overall a wonderful experience.

   I recently visited the Patio at Ferox Winery and was blown away by the experience! The dishes were not only visually stunning but packed with incredible flavour, making it one of the most unique culinary experiences I've had at a winery. Each plate was beautifully crafted and paired perfectly with their wines. If you're looking for gourmet food that excites both the eyes and the taste buds, Ferox is a must-visit!

   Truly exceptional dinner. Food was outstanding, service was amazing and patio was lovely. A true hidden gem. Can’t wait to go back.

    What a wonderful find! Loved the ambience on the patio. The food was totally delicious. We had the charcuterie, gnocchi, salmon. Everything was superb. Will be back in the next two weeks. Thank you to Nicole who was a wonderful server.
