I always enjoy the Pasta Shop.....again my feelings / expectations were met Thank You Family....
The food and service were exceptional. It is a friendly restaurant, with people at next table congratulating us on our celebration.
Food was great! Pasta was freshly made and tasted great. True gem to find here in Henderson. Very reasonable. Will go again soon!
First of all, the food is absolutely delicious and include both traditional Italian and vegan Italian options. Get the Brussels sprouts even if you think you don’t like Brussels sprouts.
It’s tight in there leaving my daughter to get bumped repeatedly as other diners tried to squeeze through small spaces; it was not a comfortable dinner experience for her, especially when people at the table next to us spilled red wine and it splashed on her clothes from mid-back to her legs. Those guests didn’t bother to mention it to the serving staff leaving them to tromp through it repeatedly and never acknowledged splashing her. We sat at 6:20 and the volume was acceptable; by the time we finished our meals, the volume was uncomfortably loud. If we return, we’ll be there for the early-bird seatings.
quirky eclectic italian restaurant with homemade fresh pasta and other traditional favorites. Excellent Vegan menus as well. Prices are a little expensive for location, but they do include a salad and some cheese bread that is fair at best.
Great weekday specials including no corkage Wednesday and half price bottles on Thursday.
Atmosphere was nice, food was good (maybe a little less sauce on the rigatoni) good wine choices and service was great. Our waitress was knowledgeable and knew the menu and wine. Pineapple upside down cake was great!
Always great food and service. Great local restaurant!
Our Valentine's dinner was great except for one issue. The evening was fixed price limited option menu. I ordered the filet minon for $55. I'm fairly certain that what I received was regular steak instead. That aside the rest of the evening was great!
Incredible food, relaxing atmosphere.
Service was great, was met promptly when arriving. Waitresses were attentive and food was great.
As always, the Pasta Shop was excellent for their Valentines Day special menu. My wife had the Filet medallions with papardella pasta and I had the lobster mac'n cheese. Both were excellent. Their wine list is also good and doesn't cost a fortune for a bottle. And their servers are a delight. Delightful restaurant.
Great vegan options (not pictured).
Our first time dining here, and we will definitely be back! My husband and I are vegans, and the whole back page of the menu is filled with vegan items, and they are delicious! My sister who is not vegan, was dining with us and had the eggplant Parmesan which she loved. The portions are hearty, and we all had leftovers to take home. It is so nice to find a restaurant that has a full menu of vegan options along with a wonderful regular menu, meaning we can dine there with all our friends!
Lively ambiance although a little difficult to hold a conversation with the noise level. We went on a crowded Wednesday and their wait staff were rather harried and service was slow. Other times service was better. Good vegan alternatives.
Undoubtedly the best pasta we have ever had! Small eclectic restaurant with excellent service
A wonderful experience. My server was so positive and energetic. The homemade fettuccine noodles were perfect along with the huge sautéed shrimp. They serve you cheese bread also. I will definitely go back when I’m in Henderson.
It was my first time there. I consider this family-owned place a real find. The food was excellent, and tasted like the ingredients were both homemade and very fresh. I recommend Frank's Meat Sauce over Rigatoni. Delicious! Ambience was nice, quiet, and perfect for conversation. A good place for date night. The art wall on the walls was for sale, which was a cool feature. Definitely going back!
Very authentic italian. Great portion sizes.
Pasta was outstanding and prices were good considering the quality of food. I will be back
Delicious food. We want to visit again and again so we can try everything on the menu!
Great menu choices, food was delicious and had room for their great pineapple cake dessert!
This is the fourth time we have been here and every time it’s been awesome! The food speaks for itself! For the most part the staff is friendly and service is good! The cold artichoke on the appetizer menu is absolutely delicious (and I don’t share it with anyone....Lol)! The ravioli Bianca is amazing as well as the meatballs and sausage! I can go on and on but go try it for yourself and you will not be disappointed! We are Italian from New York so we are very picky eaters and we will continue to come back to The Pasta Shop!!
Amazing vegan food! I recommend this restaurant all the time. It's absolutely delicious.
Pasta Shop is a regional treasure. Always have great food (authentic pastas) and service. I regularly take out-of-town visitors and family there.
We always enjoy dinner at the Pasta Shop. Love the ambiance of a small local restaurant. In our experience the menu choices are extensive and the food quality is consistently good.
My husband got the filet on the bed of pasta on the fixed menu for new years...It was supposed to be filet medallions, however it was 2 pieces that didnt exactly pair well on top of the pasta. I had the four cheese Raviolis with sage butter that was amazing and had great flavor.
Our first and not last visit. We had a party of eight and everyone ordered a different entree (this was unusual). We had a couple of picky college kids that absolutely loved their dishes. Warm welcome and we were seated early. Very attentive and informative servers that knew the menu inside and out. We ordered the Bruschetta appetizer which was fresh and tasty. Entrees ordered were Lasagna, linguine and sausage, spinach linguine with chicken, beef medallions, ravioli, egg plant parmesan, rigatoni, and chick parmesan. Everyone shared their dishes (except for the college kids), and LOVED it! No dessert this trip as we were too full. Definitely going back.
Great food and the waitresses there work flawlessly together. Great teamwork between staff.
Had friends from Northern California which we insisted they try our local favorite Italian place. Well you did not disappoint...they were so pleased. Thank you for always being our favorite local place to dine.
As usual the dinner was great. The lasagna casserole was excellent. The wine selection superb. This is a highly recommended dinner location.
My absolute favorite go to restaurant.
We went to celebrate my husband’s bday which we mentioned at time of pre-booking. The table had no above lighting or at least dim, candle lighting, so felt like we were stuck in at a dark, back table. No mention of my husband’s birthday, or of dessert. Waitress was fairly inattentive.
The bread we were served and paid for was fairly flavorless, and each of our Caesar salad’s had 1 crouton...a joke around the table. We were a group of 5 and as the person who booked my husbands birthday dinner reservations, I was embarrassed I had chosen this place.
Eggplant parmesan was heavily sauced. Sauce was HOT. Eggplant was just barely warm. Italian sausage with linguine was okay. All overpriced based on similar restaurants
I have been at your lovely restaurant on at least a dozen occasions. I don't go out much but I usually choose your restaurant if I am given the choice. I ordered the linguine and meatballs. Meatballs GREAT!! but the linguine was mostly a glob. So I was disappointed. But will come back.
I love the Pasta Shop! It’s the one place my kids eat every bite! I love the artichoke and bakes rigatoni. You can tell it’s all made from scratch, an amazing price and great ambiance. It’s cute enough for a date night but priced so you can eat there for everyday. I love this Neighbor favorite.
I have dined here before ... they never disappoint. Family owned and operated... warm feel from start to finish. Wine is priced appropriately . Entrees include salad and bread. Food is exceptional! We were celebrating a birthday.. they made it very special! We sat for 2 hours never feeling rushed . They sent us home with a bag of fresh pasta to cook , complete with instructions!! I will return SOON!! Thanks Bianca!!
I chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner. We went with another couple. Dinner started with salad served on a cold plate. Crisp and fresh. Their bread is warm and delicious. (Asked for seconds when our entrees came.) Several of us had chicken marsala. Others had a pasta dish with shrimp and a salmon dish. Wine list was good, and prices are reasonably priced. Didn't have dessert, as we were going back to our friends house for that.
Service was very good. Only complaint was the very noisy family next to us with children who liked to screech and run around. Can't have everything, right? We will go again, as we've been several other times with no issues.
Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, and quiet enough for good conversations.
Nice enough but very unmemorable food it is not a bad place just the food doesn’t give you a reason to go back
Delicious homemade pasta and a wonderful brussel sprouts' appetizer. We were very impressed with the efficiency of the service!
Being a second generation Italian and making homemade pasta by hand with my grandmother as a child then as an adult, the pasta was awful! I love linguine and clams. I had to send it back. It looked and tasted bad. Noodles too clumpy and way too fishy tasting. While I waited for my chicken parmesan, I tasted my husband's spaghetti and sausage. Again, the pasta was clumpy and the sauce tasted like it came from a can. The sausage was good. The waitress said the pasta was clumpy because it was fresh! WRONG! My chicken parmesan with rigatoni was served. The pasta was ok. The sauce again tasted it was from a can and the children parmesan tasted like a bad cheap frozen cheese pizza! I took it home then threw it away.
We just moved here from Chicago and was hoping this would be an Italian restaurant would would frequent. It had good reviews but a total disappointment. We had three different dishes and they were all bad! 😕
