                                                      I made a reservation because I know how busy restaurants in Little Italy can be and didn’t want to wait for an hour for a table. When we entered, there was barely anyone there so we were skeptical. That ended with the first taste of our appetizers (calamari and mussels). Our entrees tasted awesome. Everyone was happy with what they ordered. The owner stopped by to see how we’re doing. Great experience and food!!

                                                      First off, the owner, Baby John (the Cannoli King) was there. He makes everyone feel like family. The staff was so attentive and top notch. We had the clams to start with. Delish! The dishes we chose were lasagna, rigatoni with Sunday sauce and fettuccine Alfredo. All were spot on. The Sunday sauce is so rich and comforting. It was truly divine. The atmosphere was great. Quaint and relaxing with the best music playing. Overall, we loved our time there. It was a perfect place to go to experience Little Italy. Highly recommend!!

                                                      Best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to! Amazing service, high quality food and fun ambiance! We ordered the lasagna and shrimp scampi which were amazing! They also made a Cesar salad taste AMAZING. Will go again whenever I’m in NYC

                                                      The fresh-cooked food at thje Pasta Boss is excellent - pasta cooked to perfection snd sauces with real depth and flavour; the Montelpuciano is a dream too. Plus, warm, friendly, attentive service - what's not to like?
