   The staff were gracious and accommodating. Food was overall very good, some of the best hummus I’ve ever had. The only complaint we had were the cocktails were on the sweet side. Great atmosphere!

   Amazing little restaurant, you have to try their souvlakis and pita bread is amazing. We also had some sake cocktail and it was so good!

   The service and food was very good! My only issue is that I felt like the waitress was “turning” tables and I felt rushed to pay and get out. The music overhead was techno music and was too loud. The genre of music was not a good choice. You felt like you were kind of in a hipster lounge.

   The food here was exceptional. Best Greek food we have experienced in a long time. I would go back in a heartbeat. The service was not great. The waitress was young and not friendly. Very robotic. There was another girl that worked there who was very nice.

   I had to really think about posting this poor review. I know the restaurant business is hard...but our experience was so BAD that I wanted to warn other diners. Our party of 6, with reservations (of course) arrived on time for our 6pm dinner, was walked through the pleasant dining room through a corridor to a back room which was awful...dark and SO loud. Perhaps this is where they seat any groups. It was so unpleasant! And the food...terrible! Most of the food arrived cold, including the pitas for the hummus. Like VERY cold. My friend's spanakopita was not only cold but miserable. After she sent it back the next order was rather warm but still terrible. My chicken souvlaki was like rubber. I think the only food that was edible was the moussaka as it actually came hot! Our waitress worked really hard to keep us happy, but we were not happy but very disappointed. We received a 20% discount off our bill and some free desserts. A special evening out with old friends was so disappointing. We also received a card for a 20% discount on a future meal, but needless to say we will not be returning.

   This was seriously one of the best meals I have ever had. We started with delicious cocktails and the calamari, which was outstanding, especially with the sauce. Hubby had the sea bass, which was delicious; a whole fish that he enjoyed taking apart and eating, as it reminded him of his childhood, growing up on the coast in South America (only have it if you don't mind the fish looking back at you as you eat it.) I had the pomegranate meatball soulvaki and I feel my life shifted a little after that meal. Wow! We finished with Greek coffee (delicious and potent) and baklava on a bed of yogurt and honey. My gosh What these chefs do with sauces is life altering! Just be sure to make a reservation as we saw so many sad groups of people walk in happy and then have to leave because they were fully booked for the night.

   What a delight to get authentic Greek food in the heart of San Francisco! The Steak Souvlaki was absolutely fantastic. Dolmades, Hummus and Pita Bread, delicious Greek wine: Paradise! My server was simply the best.

    But frustrating as we booked an openable reservation but they never had a table for us. The bartender (who we think was the owner) was kind and got us a seat at the bar, which was ok. We saw others who came in and had the same problem. They need to do a better job of honoring their reservations.
