The Parthenon is a fine establishment founded by Chris Liakouras and his brother Bill. Together, along with Chris's daughter Yanna, they created restaurant that serves delicious and authentic Greek cuisine. The chef, Sotiris Stasios, oversees the menu and takes delight in ensuring the highest-quality dishes are served from his kitchen. He also enjoys creating new cuisine for guests to enjoy. Those dining at The Parthenon can enjoy the traditional flavors of gyros, tzatziki, roast leg of lamb, riganati, sea scallops flambé and baklava. There are also separate banquet and buffet options to help suit guests' needs, as well as catering services that are available for special events. The Parthenon has a long history of being one of the best options for Greek food in the Chicago area.
