Our lovely open-plan restaurant has traditional oak-beams and contemporary furnishings with a harmonious and relaxing ambience. The perfect setting for you to enjoy a romantic dinner, family celebration or night out with friends.
Our Head Chef and his brigade are passionate about food. Every dish on the frequently changing menu is freshly prepared from the finest ingredients – locally sourced wherever possible.
Norfolk is rich in great produce and our kitchen’s philosophy is based on seasonality, provenance and flavour. Game, fish, meat and vegetables are chosen with care daily. We have a close relationship with the finest suppliers in the county and they know that we insist on buying the best. We don’t do run-of-the-mill at The Parson but we do believe in offering great food cooked with passion and flair.

This is our fourth visit and still we have found everything just perfect. Very pleasant staff excellent food .

Good food slowish service. Given dessert menu but no one came to take our order so we gave up in the end paid up and went home for our own dessert

This is the second time we have visited Parson and have not been disappointed. Fantastic menu choice, the meals have been amazing- Fisherman’s Pie, the salmon special, halibut special all so tasty. Portion size is good and puddings that melt in your mouth. Favourite place for a meal out!

Great olde worlde pub/restaurant serving excellent food. The service was very good and the staff relaxed friendly and attentive. Menu varied to suit all tastes. (too good to be honest so many choices). The bread served with our soup was warm (which in my book is a sign of a good restaurant). It was also presented well and a shame to break up a work of culinary art...but it had to be done!!. I recommend this fine country pub if you like your food well cooked and a pleasure to to be in lovely surroundings.
