Service and food was great. The chicken and avocado spring rolls were a little bland, but the salmon made up for it.

The ambiance and atmosphere is great and the service was really outstanding despite maybe being a little short handed. The Pavlova was great but the rest of the food was just good to fair and far below what you would expect based on the price. Probably won’t return.

While the food was good, it was overpriced for the size of the meal. Yes, it's a romantic setting with all the woodwork and pretty table settings, but there was nothing special about the food. For a steak dinner, you only could choose a 6 oz sirloin or a 10 oz New York strip steak. My sirloin was placed on top of the mashed potatoes, so any moisture in the steak went into the potatoes. There were just a limited number of selections for any category and the wine that my husband ordered (one called red or white wine) wasn't very good. There wasn't any bread brought to the table beforehand. The best thing was the round carrot cake that we shared. It's been several years since we have dined there and enjoyed the food much more than this time.

Menu options a little limited. We were a group of 4, 3 different dinner selections were ordered (2 people had same thing). All were OK, but none were great. Pork chop and salmon dinners were a bit over cooked. Took a long time for meals to arrive, but server kept refilling water and checking on our drinks. Overall, it was an okay experience, but nothing really special.

Fabulous as always. Delicious food. Excellent service. A lovely place to dine. Highly recommended. I’ve been there many times and I am never disappointed. Can’t wait to go back.

Prime rib was very fatty and almost raw. Mashed potatoes were too salty. Salmon with orzo was nice but not spectacular. Server was friendly and gave 50% discount on prime rib dinners. Service was slow. We arrived at 6:00 but food wasn't served until 7:00. Kitchen problems?

We went for breakfast prior to going to a show and it was a great meal. Service was fantastic and we will definitely go back next time we’re in Stratford
