We enjoy very much dining in the restaurant. With the menu adjustment, unfortunately the crab cake appetizer change was not good. It looked like a melon ball scoop was used on two pitiful crb cakes. Hardly a bite. The server did not say anything but her expression said it all. Because we have had this appetizer many times in the past it was far from previous.

Customary excellent experience except very odd interaction when departure necessary prior to meal completion. We do not waste food and were with Business guests. We asked for small piece of foil or small box to take out the excellent food we had paid for as Members. Server told us this was prohibited even though we showed the small portion we unexpectedly needed to save. Another staff gave us a paper napkin which was worse than nothing. If some folks are reportedly abusing your policies, at least give those who must depart before meal completion, a chance to keep their paid meal by inspecting the box at door The commentary in front of Business guests and admonition was quite embarrassing and perceived as very inappropriate by them. Because of need to depart, we asked Guests to avoid saying anything more.

It was an excellent and gorgeous venue with an amazing brunch! Definitely a gem in Sarasota! Would highly recommend!
