Paris’ first taproom brewery with a focus on quality beer; a tasting room where the product can be sampled and enjoyed with food from our scratch kitchen. On-site, beer, food and entertainment combines to create a local, cultural experience for residents and visitors alike.
Our bottle shop has a great selection of our fresh beer for you to take home to enjoy. We’re using our own hops grown on our farm in Paris as well as sourcing locally grown food and ingredients.
The Paris Beer Company is a diverse team; we are proud of what we do. We are farmers and brewers with the intent to use our business as a force for good. Our core values: genuine, grit, intentional, sustainable, learning & growing.

First time visiting and the food and service was great! I had the most delicious Radler with the Blonde! It was not overly sweet, so light and fresh, no bloating, and no gross aftertaste. We plan on going back to try more of the menu.

The service from the get go was phenomenal, our brunch choices perfect...eggs Benedict was awesome, so tasty and pulled pork sliders delish. Food is served quickly, staff are all amazingly attentive. The fact that I could get a five ounce beer for $3.50 was a great addition to the menu...much appreciated when not wanting a full glass. Overall a lovely experience...thankyou for being in Paris, our hometown.

Took a foodie to experience the something different in a small town for their birthday, and boy were they amazed. The service from Noelle and Jaimie was extraordinary, the food divine and ambience breathtaking. A truly unforgettable birthday celebration was had by all!

My daughter and I enjoyed a delicious meal on Saturday and we were served in the tap room. The bruschetta bread was so delicious! We also enjoyed a pretzel and dip. Also delicious! We shared the cob salad as it was a huge serving. Full of awesome ingredients. The jerk tacos, although spicy, were also delicious. The noise level was higher than other times but it was a Saturday at 2:00 pm. A great time!

Been coming here on a recommendation of a friend for close to 2 years now. The food amazing and the staff as well. The new hostess was not too friendly which is unusual since all the staff is so upbeat.

Good, service, ambience amazing! We dined on the patio and the atmosphere was perfect as the allow furry customers on the patio! Highly recommend if you’ve not tried it.
