    When friends from out of town mentioned that they were seeing "Just In Time" and wanted to meet for dinner before curtain, I knew that The Palm would be the perfect spot. Whenever I have had tickets for a show in the area, I go to The Palm for pre/post show drinks/dinner as I have never had anthing but a great experience/meal there. As my friends were from out-of-town, I needed a sure-fire hit and knew that woudl be The Palm. And it did not disappoint. My friends (and I) thought the food was great (we all had different dishes) and our server, Carlton, provided wonderful service. He also told us about the Landry's Select Club program which I enrolled in.

    Salem was our waiter and did a great job of keeping us happy. One of the best crab cocktails I’ve had and my wedge had delicious sugared nuts to accompany the bacon. His steak was perfectly prepared. The Palm is always a sure thing.

    Found a hair in my lobster bisque, server was right on it! Manager came and told me it would be remove from my bill, DA! And then gave me a glass of wine. After that I feel I was not properly treated for the unpleasant experience.

    Three orders of the bone in rib eye, all prepared MR, and it was the most dry and tough steak any of us ever had. It did not taste like a true rib eye, but more of rib roast. The carrot cake and chocolate cake were both incredibly dry. However one guest who had the lamb said it was phenomenal. The Cesear salad was also delicious. However for the price and the poor quality of steak, very disappointed.
