We had a party of six... our server was very quick on her feet she made sure we had everything we asked for from food to our drinks even if they didn’t have it in the menu thanks

Erica (I think was our waitress) was absolutely amazing !
No complaints other than the noise level of the little one
The food and wine were fabulous, but we became rather disenchanted when it took 15 minutes after we'd completed eating and our server came to ask about dessert ... and after we said 'no, thank you', anther 15 minutes before he even looked our way so we could confirm a readiness for the check.

I've thought about eating at the Palm for decades and finally got around to it. Bottom Line - very good meal. However for $54, an ala carte 14 ounce steak should be amazing. It wasn't, but I did enjoy it. Our waiter was both friendly and very professional. My only knock on the service was that when I made the reservation, I requested a bottle of Stag's Leap Artemis be decanted an hour before we arrived. I called again, the day before the meal, and was told the restaurant was aware of my request. I arrived 10 minutes before my guest and inquired about the wine. The receptionist told me it was decanting. After we ordered our lunch, a bottle was brought out and uncorked at the table. This would be understandable if they were busy, but the restaurant was literally empty when I arrived for an 12:00 luncheon.
Service was excellent, the meal was exceptional, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was elegant and relaxing. A great dining experience!

After a bit of a slow start (our fault for requesting a different table - not the one by the bathroom), it was great. We loved our waiter. He was knowledgeable and helped us with both food and drink selections. We all learned a little bit more about port. The service was attentive without being cloying. All very professional. The food was terrific. We started with the shrimp cocktail for the table. He split two Cesar salads for the three of us (thank you!) and was very generous with the anchovies (on the side). We had steaks, cocktails and wine and port for dessert. It was a great evening. Thanks.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Despite there not being many customers, service was incredibly poor. I had to request flatware, then had to get a server's attention to order. The wedge salad was good, the Manhattan was ok, the filet, Oscar-style, was... beyond odd. Instead of crab and asparagus, they had pickled peppers and tough lobster meat. It just wasn't working.
Shelly terrible experience. My father and I ordered steaks and both were cooked to the wrong temperature. Mine was returned fine, but my father’s was again incorrect. Even then, my filet mignon tasted recently unthawed. We also h had a glass each of 1942, which had very distinctly been diluted. The entire order was comp’d but we won’t be going back.
Food is always good as is the service. Because of the pandemic it was very quiet that night, but all was good.

When you are at the Palm you know its going to be Great Service and Wonderful Food. Shrimp Cocktail and Shrimp Cocktail Bruno Style were both outstanding. Great size in the shrimp!! A Must. Excellent drinks. NY Strip was perfect and Salmon was outstanding!
Our server, John, was personable and professional. He was old school - like the Palm! Food was cooked just right. Hubby got the lamb chops and I got the 9 oz filet. Perfectly cooked and delicious. Lamb was better than the steak but not by much. Healthy pour of wine in a large stemmed glass with a small carafe. Husband's whiskey in a solid, crystal old fashioned. Creamed spinach with a touch of nutmeg and fried onions and jumbo shrimp apps were huge! Cheesecake to top it all off - large enough to share! A memorable dining experience

For the price, we expected the Tomahawk steak to be tender but it wasn’t. Regardless, it did have a great flavor.
We enjoy going to the Palm, and we usually enjoy our time there because of the ambience, service and food, but sometimes the food just doesn’t meet our expectations for the price. Such is life.

Best bone-in filet I’ve ever had! Despite being short-staffed because of pandemic you would never know it. Service was great!
Great food at reasonable prices and outstanding service
Overall good. With the place empty it echoed with two extremely loud people. Not the restaurant fault, just very loud guest. The price we pay for being so empty I guess.
The steak was a little overcooked, asked for medium rare but got medium. Still very tasty. Drinks were outstanding.

I decided to treat myself and my daughter to a delicious dinner -- crab, steak and lamb. Yum! The only disappointment was no brown bread. So we had chocolate cake instead.

Low foot traffic gave staff plenty of time to recover from service errors, over done steak ... Med well instead of requested Med rare, not even close with no pink, had to make 2nd request for steak topping not delivered
First time back since COVID re opening. Still great food and great service. I had a really sweet 5lb lobster. It was great!

Excellent experience. Terrific staff all around. Very kind and appropriately attentive. The food was exceptionally good. I have been to the Palm before at this location a and in other cities. It is always good, but this time it was exceptional. We will definitely return.
