    Ordered the sea bass crudo appetiser. It was stuck together, almost frozen in the middle and above room temperature around the edges. Clearly it had been prepped days before, put in the freezer and badly warmed up. Deeply unpleasant and unhygienic.

    Freaking amazing. Steaks were great. Appetizers were great. Sides were great. Overall, it was just great. My wife and I found a new favorite steak place in NoVA.

    Enjoyable meal in a booth. Salad and sides were excellent. Oysters were very good. Entree was tasty but not the best ever: seabass with some lobster meat and shrimp with mustard sauce.

    These days is hard to find good food and good service due to the staffing issues the restaurant industry is going through, but the PALM ALWAYS has the ability to provide both. Thank you for making our night so special, we had an incredible night.

    Went for a birthday dinner. Our server, Heath was very attentive and personable. The food was delicious and is definitely worth the money

    Our waiter was delayed in arriving and apologized. Prior to that no one acknowledged us after we were seated as then when we did get a waiter is was annoyed and bothered that he had to wait on us…, thank goodness our waiter arrived because he was phenomenal. The food was excellent as always.

    We have in general always enjoyed The Palm. Last night we shared the Porterhouse, the side of hash browns, Oysters Rockefeller and lump crab appetizers with carrot cake and cappuccinos to finish it off. We left with about half our meal to enjoy again later in the week. Our waiter, whenever we saw him, was very pleasant. Just disappointed that we had to flag other wait staff to bring a bread basket and butter, to clean off our table after appetizers and later entrees and then to bag our leftovers. In other words, our waiter was out of sight most of the time even though he was a nice guy.
