Our server was Bill, and was great, very personable, and made the whole experience come together.
Food(12oz Filet) perfectly cooked and the 3 cheese au gratin was tasty as well. Very nice experience, and worth your money.
I've been to the palm prior and had a great experience. I had a reservation the 2nd time I showed up, but still waited some time. I then was able to get my table and had to wait an hour before receiving my meal. Overall, the experience at the palm is good.
The food was good as usual and the service was great as usual.
we've been going to the palm for years, but after yesterday's experience we will not be returning. the service was dreadful. worst service i've had in my 20 years of going to the palm. we were also told the palm is under new ownership... clearly they are hiring the wrong people. there were numerous times the server didn't get our order right, from drinks to meals, and when we were ready for dessert, we were told the menu was all "verbal" but she couldn't remember all of the options. then, after taking my wife's order, she didn't ask if I wanted any dessert or coffee.. almost as if I was a ghost! crazy! after my wife was done, she then asked if i wanted coffee... wth?? of course i said no, and asked for the check instead. only to get a bill that was $300 for lunch and have to contemplate leaving a tip after the worse serve imaginable given the palms reputation as high-end. over rated food for cost, and serve not commensurate with expectations or the bill you get.
Service and food was excellent as usual!
Extremely overpriced for the quality of food. We got the blackened sea bass special. It wasn’t blackened and completely lacked flavor other than oily unsalted butter. Dinner for two with 3 cocktails (total not each) was $500!!!! Are they serious!! I could have made a better meal at home for 1/5 the price. I am a foodie and will easily go to a 5 star restaurant without blinking an eye if the food is worth it. This was beyond disappointing.
This is the place to go for HUGE lobsters and steaks.
The food at the Palm is always good. Service in usually excellent. Noise level is very high. The also have a small patio on the side to eat outside.
Never disappointed when visiting The Palm for dinner -lunch or bar scene
Poor experience. Several menu items were not available(the ones we wanted). No explanation given, food was good, not worth the price anymore. people in ripped jeans and sneakers, t-shirts. Much has changed I guess.
Great to see The Palm coming back to life. The staff is working super hard and it shows.
Absolutely a consistently great meal, fantastic service, and great location. The food is ALWAYS delicious, and in the summer, the Soft Shell Crabs are the best I have had!
Great time, great food! Always a pleasure and service is the best!!
There's nothing special about the restaurant, and I wouldn't return. The food was bland and the service was okay. It was pricey and not worth the money.
Service started a bit slow but improved through the meal.
The food was good but shareable sides on the small side. Our waiter was a little too high pressure sales and trying too hard to pretend he was connecting with us. Be prepared for the prices on everything.
Absolutely perfect, I always love going to the Palm.
We had a great dinner. Nicely spaced tables. Service was good.
We were a party of 6 celebrating a birthday. The food was amazing, not a single item that wasn’t sheer perfection. This will probably be our go to restaurant for special occasions.
Blackened steak was cooked perfectly. Waiter very attentive. always enjoy the ambience!
Steak salad underdone, cold, and mostly fat. Friend’s lobster roll not very tasty and not compensated by the mound of French fries. VERY disappointed. Excellent service.
We were extremely disappointed with all of the food. It was bland and not cooked to our orders. It was the single most disappointing dining experience I have had.
We ate inside on a quiet monday night. The food and service was A+. Booth felt very safe and no one sitting close to us. Server was knowledgeable and helpful. Valet parking prompt and professional. The cost is quite high but the quality and generous portions made it a special occassion.
We had an overall great experience. The entire staff was great. Our server was amazing, very knowledgeable about the menu and wines. The food was very flavorful and perfectly prepared. I highly recommend the Sea Bass.
Porterhouse for 2 is the best steak. Cannot touch Peter Luger but still solid. Been there twice and the steak was consistently warm not hot.
Cottage fries are amazing but obnoxiously priced at $18 for a pretty small order.
The wine list is atrocious. Offensively priced with $10 retail wines priced at $50-60. Full of overextracted California oak bombs. I couldn’t find 1 drinkable white for under $90.
Have not tried the lobster. My guess is that it’s excellent and super expensive.
Had the veal chop Parmesan to go. $75 and made with processed mozzarella. Not pounded thin enough. I give it a 6.
Overall you can skip it. Except Tysons is lacking a great steakhouse despite the abundance of big name chains. So you may just have to try it.
Great food and service, thank you for a wonderful evening.
Surprisingly noisy (must be the acoustics), but the food and service were excellent.
Miska server is the best!!!!! Great dinner and time
Super as always with excellent wait staff like Mishka makes the experience amazing. We had excellent food as well and it just made for a terrific evening. Thanks!
It was a typical very find Palm evening, except for one glaring problem: they were out of Lobster! The Palm out of Lobster? How could that happen? I brought three guests prepared to order two 4lb nova Scotia lobsters and a sliced steak. No lobster! I had talked about it all day. I never dreamed id have to ask a palm if they had lobster. My caricature was on the wall of the former Dallas Palm and I've never been to a Palm out of Lobster. Shocking.
The wait staff at this location are phenomenal. Always very pleased when dining here.
Good for a business lunch or dinner. Great service!
Awesome as usual.
The food was very bad. All steaks was supposed to be medium well but it was all well done. Very disappointed
Fabulous all around. Plenty of space inside too. Great food and service.
Food was not up to standards expected for the price
Steak not cooked to requested doneness and not very flavorful. Whole lobster had barely any meat, very small tail
First in-person visit since pandemic and Lawry acquisition. Pre-pandemic, the Palm was a favorite and regular go-to. This visit: restrooms was unkempt, food quality greatly diminished, but service was still Palm-level. Overall, the price is no longer justified.
