Missing Kobe filet mignon and featured bottle wine. Rather loud, food really good
Not my first time there, But it was my last time there.
It’s just a phenomenal restaurant that knows its lane and stays in it. It’s a speakeasy with great food, and amazing Steak and Lobster. The waitstaff knows the menus and makes everyone feel like a regular. Easily one of the top 3 meals I’ve had in my life.
The food and staff were excellent. We look forward to returning soon.
It’s the Palm. You cannot have a bad experience!
Great experience! Our waiter was Dakota, he was awesome!!
Great experience. we can not wait to go back soon.
It was clear from arrival that if you are not a regular this is not a place for you. If you are new expect to be rushed out the door. They will want to turn your table in under an hour.
Another fine meal at The Palm Tysons Corner. We had shrimp cocktail, casaer salad, whole lobster and cream brulee. Michka was our server. The food and service were excellent. Michka takes the meal to a whole other level. Can't wait to return.
It was a great anniversary dinner
The most expensive steakhouse ever with exception of wine list. Four of us tab with tip Was $610. Food was outstanding as was service. Everything arrived hot and on time for all of us. Take your wallet and your ear plugs however you will need both, We ordered only two cocktails and 3 glasses of wine so that did not drive the price. That good food is so expensive around the Washington DC area and that they were full to overflowing on a Wed night out to be a cautionary tale to all taxpayers.
Prime rib special was sinewy and over priced
Always a great time at The Palm. Mishka and his team are always on their game!
From Tim, the manager to the Mishka (our waiter) and the other waiters/waitresses and servers, guests are made to feel special. The food is excellent. Afterwards, in the lounge, Smitty continues the truly professional treatment of guests. We’ve been patronizing this restaurant for about 15 years or more. It’s our “go to” place.
As usual, the food was great and only matched by the service.
I thought that will be a promotion of Alaska king crab and steak as advertised in the email that I received in the morning of my visit to The Palm but it is not true.
Great meal, food is excellent, as is the service and entire experience.
One of the best steak places in town, either at the DC, VA or NC locations, their quality, service and attention to detail is unsurpassed
I used to go to the Palm in DC, and Tyson’s corner. The quality of the food the service were so bad I will never go there again.
Underwhelming. Perplexed by their strategy of advertising themselves as a great place to have an business lunch and then executing like a fast food restaurant. If you prefer to relax at lunch then look elsewhere.
Very pleasant, the waiter was great and the food was excellent
The Palm is one of our neighborhood favorites, never disappoints and always greets us like returning family...the meals there are always Moveable Feasts!
Great steak salad, great appetizer, great service, and great chocolate layer cake for dessert!
Fantastic meal, the service by Mishka was 5 star. Part of what makes the palm the palm is the service and the hustle of the dining room
Food was excellent, as usual. I was disappointed that there was no acknowledgment of a birthday being celebrated by one of our party, even after calling ahead to make sure it was noted on the reservation. This happened once before. Maybe birthday dinners are not worth noting for them-seems easy to acknowledge a celebration (as other restaurants do) without costing too much.
Best dinner we have had at the Palm in quite some time. Appetizers were excellent and salads and soup quite good. Our steak was under seasoned, but well cooked. We had not been for quite some time but this was a good experience that will bring us back.
The price they charge was way above the quality of the food. Will not go back.
We were seated at table 25. The pop-up edges to make the table larger continuously fell during the course of our two hour meal and hit us in the leg every time. Very annoying to spend $500 on a birthday dinner and not have a functional table. When we brought this to the attention of the server he said we’re working on replacing most of the tables I guess we haven’t gotten to this one yet. No manager stopped by our table to check on us otherwise I would’ve let them know.
I ordered a steak that was pretty pricy but wasn’t worth the extremely high price. The quality of the steak was “ok” at best. Don’t think I’ll be returning anything soon.
Mishka as always was the best server / waiter I could ever hope for, he loves what he does and shares that joy to all he has contact with. The food as always was the best, that's why I frequent the Palm as often as possible.
The food and staff at The Palm Tysons has kept up its traditional great quality and quantity.
GM Tim has been at the helm for over 29 years and has not skipped a beat.
Terrific management, food, and service, even in the bar, make the Palm 5 star.
Service was great, food was mediocre. Had drinks, apps, entrees, sides, and dessert and nothing stood out or was particularly great. A little disappointed for the price point
Always a great experience! Tim & Mishka....100%
The food is absolutely the best !! Very noisy though. But can’t wait to go back !!!
I thought the food was fine and what you would expect from The Palm but I felt our waiter was unfriendly and almost annoyed he had to work. This will probably be my last time going to The Palm as I was very underwhelmed by the whole experience. We had steak and lobster for our meal and it costs over $300 and for this amount of money I think I could go to another restaurant and have a better meal and a better overall experience.
New Year’s Eve
Have been to The Palm several times and New Year's eve dinner experience (7:00 PM) was the worst by far. The atmosphere was good as I stated in previous slide and the Server was pleasant though very hurried. From the minute we sat down (party of 4) we were rushed throughout. The Veal Parm (2 of us had that) was the worst ever. Plate was warm..likely microwaved and the Parm was 'mushy' and obviously not freshly prepared. I was very embarrassed in front of our guests when the bill came and I handed the Server the Open Table Reward Card....specifically asked for The Palm - Tyson's. She was confused and took it to her Supervisor who refused to accept it as it said Balance:$0.00. The Supervisor and Server did not follow the instructions by Open Table on how to credit it. Therefore I still have it and need to get it credited back to my account.
We had a wonderful evening at the Palm in Tysons Corner Virginia. As soon as we were seated, we were given a Happy Birthday card which was for my wife. She was thrilled to receive that. Our Server greeted us with a nice Happy birthday also. The food and service was absolutely outstanding in every way. You just cannot express enough just how nice dining is at the Palm. We frequent the Palm in Las Vegas and the Palm in Atlantic City New Jersey. All three are outstanding in every way!!!
