The Palm Orlando Ratings and Reviews
Had another wonderful dinner at the Palm. my son and I love the Chicken Parmigiana and Hash Browns. The Palm has wonderful steaks and lobsters along with great sides but the Chicken everyone should try the chicken parm one time if they have never tried it before.
Our meals were fantastic and the service was incredible. They had a way of being friendly and warm while also being discrete and professional. I was very impressed with all the staff we encountered from the hostess to our servers. The food was very good but the staff made the night incredible!
We love steakhouses. We always try at least one on vacations and also for special occasions. So we are kind of picky. The service was excellent, the waiter very nice. The atmosphere overall and table ( booth) were great. The food was just average including the steaks and sides. Have had tastier and better prepared lobster mac and cheese, ( too milky, not cheesy and could not find any lobster) sautéed mushrooms,( couldn't eat due to strong taste of balsamic vinegar which I didn't like at all) The filets were tender and perfectly cooked but lacked flavor. We had a nice time overall even so.
The team at the Palm is outstanding. Great food, Great Service and a sincere attitude to make each and every visit memorable. We especially appreciate their ability to cook to our request and their flexibility to occasionally deviate from the menu. Great wine list , always specials for 837 members.
Took my husband there for his birthday on this past Tuesday evening. It was unfortunately quite a dissappointment. I am not sure exactly what the issue was, but our server was totally non-engaged. He was not personable at all. Almost seemed a bit bothered when we expressed to him that my husbands steak was over cooked. He actually tried to convince my husband to eat the middle of the steak, because the edges of the steak are often dried out.
They did replace it, but it seemed like there was an issue with it. The food was ok. I was extremely let down, because I was quite excited by many of the reviews I read, and the negative ones I ignored.
I will not be returning. Surprisingly, the server came around and shook my husbands hand as we left. After changing from our table after the main course. Strange..
I did let them know it was my husbands birthday before hand, but there was no acknowledgement of it at all. Except by the hostess who said happy birthday. Overall, I really wish I could leave a better review, but I can not. Please be careful if choosing this restaurant for a once in a lifetime occasion. Maybe just for dinner, but a special birthday dinner became just "average" because of our experience here.
Went to the palm for a birthday celebration.
Service was top notch!
I ordered the thick bacon as an appetizer, wish I hadn't though as it was tasty but it had a rubber like consistency.
I ordered the 9 oz filet to be cooked medium
It arrived well done. I told my server and a moment later a manager came by apologized for the mishap and within a minute brought me a new filet steak cooked to medium perfection!
Our sides of home fries, mashed potatoes, asparagus, were all very tasty and cooked perfectly.
You can expect to pay about $100 per person if you order a drink, appetizer, main course, a side and dessert.
Overall it was a nice birthday dinner celebration.
We'll be back.
The restaurant was a bit noisy when we first arrived at 08.45 but the noise did die down a little as the evening went on.
Martini Vesper, scallop starters, bottle of Italian red and creme brûlée were all excellent. Steak and fries/ chips was far too salty when it arrived, it was changed for one with no salt but it would be nice to see restaurants ask if customers want salted added or not. Customers with high blood pressure need to be careful with their salt intake.
Very, very disappointing. I have been a 837 member for 16 years and this offering of a 4 pound lobster for $99 was atrocious. The amount of lobster meat served on the lobster could not have been more than 5 ounces for TWO people. leading us to question the weight. The tail was overcooked and chewy. The manager Christian came to our table as requested to the server and really did not get the point. My wife was extremely upset with him. He did "comp" our $35 bottle of wine but that again was not the point. We will NOT be back in the Orlando Palm.
I am retired now and have used nearly all my points so that is that!

Expensive dinners often disappoint. Not this one. The ambiance was clubbish, warm and friendly but near enough to the big windows to balance the dark woods. Drinks were New York strong and professionally made; appropriately sized. The food – lobsters and steaks – were excellent. Never believe anyone who tells you that a six pound lobster must be tough. It was both tender and sublimely sweet. The sides were great. I recommend the roasted corn with pearl onions and the lobster mac and cheese (with smoked bacon). Above all, the service was perfection, from bartenders to waiters, concierge and manager. Yes, I can find fault. Just not this time.
It was a real experience meeting up with my friends at one of my favorite steakhouse.
From appetizers to dessert.
Our server was Angelo(Italian stallion) was very professional and funny as usual.
Best food and service in town.
Would highly recommended to everyone
Overall, it was a good dinner. We went for father's day while on vacation. We did find the steaks overly salted/ seasoned. My husband's waygu steak was overcooked, but was still tender and he liked it. The sides and dessert were delicious, as was dessert. Great wine list too!
We went to the Palms for Fathers Day. To start they are suppose to have a 4 pound lobster special for 2, we were there at 6 and told they were out of lobsters. The next issue were our cocktails my son and I ordered the Palm Manhattans and my wife ordered the Palm Martini, the drinks were suppose to have special garnish but were served with the regular cherry's and olives, who knows if the rest of the drinks were made as described. On top of all of this the service was poor, we had to keep prompting our server for items, Whenever you go to an upscale restaurant service should be impeccable. The food was OK but having such poor service put a damper on our dinner. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Wonderful, I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and the food at this restaurant. We went here for our 5th anniversary and we were absolutely delighted by the entire staff. They presented us with a card wishing us a happy anniversary that was signed by the entire staff. I had the lollipop lamb chops which were excellently cooked and seasoned and my husband had the filet mignon with brandy peppercorn sauce; both were delightful. I highly recommend this restaurant for an enjoyable evening out or for a special occasion. Thank you for the great food and service.
