The Palm satisfies as always. The Palm is a lively steak and seafood restaurant with a reasonably complete wine and scotch list. The service and preparation are always first rate.
The veal chop was cooked perfectly. Everything was delicious and they do not skimp on the alcohol in their beverages.
The servers seemed confused as to who was taking care of us. Very little interaction with our server. I received the wrong steak. For an upscale steakhouse the screaming children detracted from the enjoyment of the meal. The one highlight was our busboy, who was very pleasant and engaged in genuine conversation.
This was my 2nd time there. The food was great. The service was very good. One of my guests is vegan and they made him a great dish. The only complaint I have - and it is a minor one - they forgot my salad. After I reminded the waitress, she brought it out and comped it.
Joe serve us
he was amazing
Just love this restaurant
Gabe was awesome as usual!
The Palm Hard Rock Orlando once again exceeded all expectations. Fantastic meal and service as usual.
It is expensive, but food was excellent!!
Very good service, food was great, atmosphere good
Our server was attentive, funny and energetic. The food was amazing! You definitely need about 3 hours to fully enjoy the experience and relax between courses.
Excellent service. Food was exceptionally prepared and flavorful.
Very heavy on the salt. Ordered 4 items for 4 diners and we all could not appreciate the food. Salt was so overwhelming that one dinner was pretty much untouched and the others hard to stomach. Not fine dining despite the cost
Our serve Gabe was excellent! Food was amazing, very pleasant experience! Highly recommended!
The food was great, but the ambiance left a lot to be desired. I have dined at The Palm in DC on several occasions and assumed the ambiance would be the same. I should have known being as close to the Disney/Universal Parks as the Orlando one is, that it would be LOUD. Lots of big groups, families and even babies filled the place for our late Saturday anniversary celebration. Service was as expected, as was the food. It was just louder, and more young kids than I expected.
Birthday celebration was great
Liked the ambiance, service ,our server was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly
The display and presentation of our meal ( lobster) and help in breaking to enjoy the sweet meet. Our next table was little noisy otherwise we enjoyed the evening meal.
The food and service is the best in Orlando! I would recommend the Chilean sea bass.
Great anniversary dinner. The lobster was delicious. My husband had the veal Marsala and loved it
Bob, Gabriel and Carlos helped us to have a perfect nigth
Had a lovely family dinner. People in from out of state. My favorite lobster and Steak house. Food always great. Our server Stacy was fantastic.
Exquisite dining experience you should experience for a special occasion or just a nice night out...service top shelf... never had to ask for anything the staff was always ready...plenty of dining choices including some of their original Italian dishes from when they originally opened...steak and lobster to die for and seafood was the freshed we've ever had...
Excellent food, service and overall dining experience. Great escape from the craziness of the parks for a romantic dinner.
Great food wonderful service! Gabe was wonderful
Great service. Made a family celebration very meaningful.
Have long been a visitor of the Palm in NYC. It was great to visit the Orlando location to find out it is equally as solid in every aspect. Food was terrific, service even better! In a resort environment you sometimes never know how that willwork out. My expectations were met and even exceeded!
We had such an amazing meal at this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary! The staff were so attentive and friendly, the food was outstanding and would highly recommend!
I don't mind paying Palm prices for a special occasion, but I expect Palm excellence in return. This visit was disappointing. My wife and I split an undercooked and undersized 4 pound lobster. It was so undecidedly undercooked that parts of it were actually almost raw. And I know what a 4 pound lobster ($99) looks like, and this one definitely fell short. In fairness, both our waiter and the maître d' were very responsive to my polite complaints. They re-cooked the lobster and brought two additional clause. I give them full credit for their excellent customer service, but it should not be necessary when you dine at the Palm.
As always the service and food was first rate. My clients had not been to the Palm before and all of them plan to return with their families.
Thank you Christian, Lauren, Jessie and Hatim for always making dining at the Palm ‘worth it”
The service was great the food not so much. My filet was over cooked “mushy” and flavorless.
Anniversary dinner that was not very special. The restaurant was not very busy. First no one recognized the anniversary even though it was noted in reservation. The meat (Veal and Steak) were good, but the accompanying Asparagus was not (1" in diameter plain spears). The service was ok. Overall not a very good value (prices were on high side). We will not return.
My wife and I visited to celebrate my birthday.
We were welcomed at the host podium and made to feel very welcome. They took care of the valet parking fee right there and then which I thought was a great touch. As were we seated I was presented with a birthday card signed by the staff and ultimately received a free dessert.
The wait staff were very pleasant and appropriately attentive. The menu selection was varied if a little predictable. The Nueske bacon appetizer was delicious and easily satisfied both of us. My wife enjoyed her sea-bass with pumpkin squash risotto, I chose the filet which was fine, maybe a little salty as is the wont in most restaurants. We chose the brussels with shallots and lemon zest and this proved to be a good choice, more than enough for two people.
My only knock against this place is that despite signage to the contrary, it seems that shorts and a tee-shirt is appropriate attire. The restaurant is in the Hard Rock hotel and I know that guests there are in vacation mode but I like to have a little more decorum in a fine dining restaurant.
I shall return for special occasions.
Service was very poor - took 15 minutes after being seated for someone to greet us. Our meal took over two hours. We were sat at 8pm and didn't receive dinner until 9:30pm.... too late to eat in my opinion. The food and the wine were exceptional.
I’ve been lucky enough to have eaten at several palm locations. It’s ALWAYS delicious. Can’t wait to go back.
Our waitress must have been new. We went there for the Sunday special, which was a turf and surf with a baby arugula/roasted beet salad. After looking at the menu, she told us about the evening specials. She didn't even mention the special that we received by email but she did push the lobster!
We waited more than 35 minutes for the salad and the restaurant wasn't very busy at our 5:30pm reservation!
The steak and crab legs were delicious though!
I always visit the Palm in Orlando. I order a 4 or 5 LB lobster and it is a wonderful experence. I had the Mushroom Soup special and it was great!
Very expensive. Extremely small portions, spent over $250 on dinner and still left hungry....
As usual The Palm held up to its traditional great food and service...
Overall, great dining experience! The food is pricey but worth it! The restaurant was also accommodating to my daughter’s dietary restrictions. We had the strip steak, Alaskan crab legs and salmon. All were delicious! The sides were also fabulous. The restaurant was not noisy so that we could converse easily.
Joyce was taking care of us she was great !!!
And at the bar the best martini are from Chris
Excellent service and food
