The Palm Nashville Ratings and Reviews
In the Palm tradition, and consistent with Palm dining standards in other cities, the Nashville Palm did the name proud! The food, service, and ambiance were exemplary. We sat for about an hour after completing our meal, and there was no hint that we had overstayed our time.
Kudos all around!
My Husband and I were having a long week-end visit to Nashville, and we were told by friends that this was a wonderful place to dine. We totally agree! The service was exceptional, and the food was delicious! However, I was not expecting such large portions; next time we will split an entree! The au gratin potatoes were "to die for!"
Our service was very attentive, as our waiter was very polite and prompt. The atmosphere was very nice and inviting. The food, however, was rather mediocre. We did enjoy the lobster mac-and-cheese, but the “prime” steaks were quite bland and my New York Strip was burnt on the outside, not charred, but burnt. They did not taste “Prime” either like some other high-end restaurants. In other words, they are not much different from what you’d get at Applebee’s. I guess you are paying for the location and atmosphere here. For the price, Kayne Prime, Jeff Ruby’s, and Bob’s are significantly better tasting and are much better quality.
The restaurant had such amazing reviews so I was very excited to eat at the restaurant. The staff was very enjoyable and pleasant. we were greeted with a warm welcome and seated quickly to our table. We went for dessert and drinks for New Years Eve as we had dinner at a different restaurant. the desserts were delicious. The ambiance of the hotel was OK, nothing too great.
My girlfriend and I went her for New Year’s Eve, they were extremely busy (understandable) but we had reservations and got seated at the time of the reservation. Food was great, and the server was fantastic. Other staff was just as friendly. It’s not a place to go if you’re not looking to spend a lot of money. But the money spent was worth it, the food was excellent and the service was above expectations.
Food was overpriced and mediocre at best. The steak was all fat, mashed potatoes were instant and tasteless and the chicken parm tasted like chef bourdee. Wait staff was friendly and attentive and ambiance was decent and loud. Would never go back to a palms.
Preds pre game meal last night. The food and service was excellent. First time here and the place met or exceeded all expectations. Was concerned initially about prior feedback on pricing. Found there to be no concern. Food is very reasonably priced. Wine could pricey if you let it. We will definitely be back, especially after joining the 837 Club!
I expected atop notch experience but was disappointed We ordered oysters that were fair main course orders were overly seasoned or too bland desserts were nothing to brag about and our waiter was rushed and seemed very harried We would never return or recommend The Palm I it way below advertised recommendations
We had a family dinner here on Christmas Eve. The restaurant was packed, but as usual the service was spot on and the food came out as ordered and was excellent.
The Palm has some of the most professional, well trained wait staff around. It is just a fun place with good food and excellent service.
Hello , our reservations were at 8 p.m. and we got there at 7:20 and they gave us a table early, so that was a nice start. Our waiter was polite and prompt , even took his time to take a picture for us. I went with a Filet Mignon, asparagus and cheesy potatoes. The asparagus and cheesy potatoes were great but the filet was good.
So for $200 , I could have went to Applebees
4/5 times .
