Food and service could not have been better. We always go to The Palm when in Nashville because of service and quality of food. Everyone wore masks and seating was spaced well.
Great ribeye prior to preds game. Get the Oscar. Asparagus was awesome. Great calamari apps.
40th wedding anniversary .
Waitress was good but the restaurant was very under staffed. Drinks and food took forever which overall ruined our family reunion. Waitress was almost crying as she apologized for our experience.the manager came over twice and was completely useless. He never apologized for the terrible experience
Our last night in Nashville and the food was incredible. I don’t remember our waiters name but he was amazing. Very tentative and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. If you want a good meal and have the money i highly recommend The Palm!
As an out of town guest it was great finding a restaurant that we would not have the opportunity to go to at home.
This one was the perfect choice
We had a very nice relaxing dinner
Love the servers insight and stories THEY truely added so much value
We went for a birthday and I reminded our server twice. She didn’t offer to bring a dessert or anything - which we would’ve been happy to pay for. The food was mediocre. With so many great restaurants in Nashville, we won’t be back. Bummed because we really like The Palm in Los Angeles.
Hadn’t been back in over a year. Used to be there all the time for lunch and dinner before retirement and then Covid. It was like going home! All the best things remembered were not disappointing. Excellent service...excellent food, and a warm, welcoming vibe. Like running into a long lost friend. Can’t wait to go back!
Great food, great location and amazing service! Thank you Jeff for making it a fabulous experience.
the problem was with our server, he was not very helpful, our checks were wrong and the order for one of our birthday guests was wrong. he didn't know or ask about pricing for 2 requests we made
Service and meal were outstanding! We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday and were treated so well.
The meal and service were wonderful! We were not rushed and it was the perfect place to spend my husband’s birthday! We will be back soon!
Wayne is the man
We had a wonderful time and had a very attentive and knowledgeable server. Steak was cooked perfect.
We, unfortunately, had a server that sort of left us often and didn't check in with us. She wasn't that friendly. She did make sure to try and push all the extra a la carte items since everything was separately priced. I was also disappointed to go to a steakhouse and the only steak with a bone was the tomahawk.
Myself and 5 clients, ate like kings, food was excellent - preparation, presentation, and taste. Very good experience, we were headed to the Preds game and they didn't care that we were slightly less than "business casual" in attire.
Will definitely return.
Great food, fantastic service and fun environment! This is a great place to go for a date night and busy meeting when you don’t want it to be too stuffy. The service and food was fantastic 5-Star quality but it wasn’t the typical ambience of a traditional high end steakhouse. The character faces on the wall were fun to see who all has eaten there before too!
Food was absolutely wonderful, service was impeccable, everything about it was perfect
Completely overpriced ala carte steakhouse. For the price I was expecting a phenomenal meal but what we got was a well cook medium steak with no seasoning. We were excited for the au gratin potatoes but we're notified after ordering that they were out. Not worth the visit
It was good food but a little to touristy for my taste.
Great service
Pre Preds dining- steaks were top notch, the sides were not as good as usual.
A premium shrimp pasta dish was imo poorly executed, and the creamed spinach didn’t have the pop of the one I make from the restaurant’s cookbook.
Service was good, but we could have used more bread.
No creme brûlée on the menu was a crushing disappointment.
We will return to see if it was a pandemic situation or a systemic Darden issue.
Salmon, filet and chicken parmigiana with sides of gnocchi and asparagus. Beautiful meal!!
Vacation in Nashville with family. Always a great meal.
Server was fantastic!
Good time! Management did a great job getting our large party accommodated.
The cost of the fare here was way overpriced for the quality of the food. The mixed drink my wife ordered was unpalatable. She returned it after a sip and they still charged us for it. We do not think an actual bartender made it.
So disappointed!!!! We’ve been going to The Palm for years and we’re so disappointed to see the changes the new owners have made. They took all of our favorites off of the menu. They no longer have the hash brown potatoes, lobster bisque, Cesar salad, tuna appetizer or entree. The dishes we had instead were poorly executed dishes. We had the 16oz spare rib that was undercooked and super fatty, with hardly any meat. It was a very poor piece of meat. The rib eye and salmon filets also tasted like poor quality. The scallops and crab cakes were marginal. Where The Palm served high quality products that didn’t need a lot of sauces, most things here were heavy with bad sauces. We were
Sad to see the professional long time servers and staff were gone and instead we had very mediocre service. We loved going to The Palm and it was always such a treat and consistently good. It reminded us this night of a very average hotel restaurant. Many other great restaurants in Nashville but sad to see this one go.
Not a shadow of what they've previously been. I order a very dry Sapphire martini up in a low ball glass. They messed it up twice (never happened before). Their signature shrimp cocktail has also gone away. They now serve specimens 1/2 to 2/3 the size of their originals on a bed of ice and the shrimp had no crunch. The Caesar dressing was totally lame and the service was spotty. The seafood posillipo was so-so at best. First place I wanted to go after 2nd vaccination. They've got a long way to go to become "an old standby" again.
Service was awesome. Side dishes were amazing. We had brussel sprouts, au gratin potatoes, and lobster gnocchi..wow! The steaks were wonderful. Sea bass was good but not great. Will stick with steak next time I go.
I have been going to the Palm for many years. This was the worst experience that i have ever had. The service was not great, very slow. I always order a Lobster for the table..
The Lobster was mushy, way over cooked.. I told the waiter and was expecting the manger to come talk with me about this. I will find a new restaurant for Steak and Lobster.. when you spend $800 on a meal, it all needs to be top notch!!
Excellent food and service. We will definitely return.
We went there celebrate our daughter's birthday. We had a wonderful time! The food was awesome.
Our server Daley was great
the oyster appetizers were delicious. The filet was cooked perfect.
Great Dinner. Restaurant was less crowded as usual. We dined on a Sunday evening.
Steaks were bland. An order of mediocre mashed potatoes was $19.
We recently celebrated my birthday at the Palm in Nashville Tennessee. It remains one of my very favorite restaurants of all time ! The service is absolutely impeccable and the food is consistently delicious.
Their calamari is absolutely my favorite!
You can’t go wrong with any type of steak and the sides are amazing.
