   Dependable meal every time I visit. Staff are super attentive and friendly and the food was great last night. I know it's a steak house, but their chicken parm is on point.

   Our waiter, Dillon was amazing! He catered to my tween daughter’s and friend’s simple preferences. The food was amazing! It was the perfect pre-hockey game meal! We valet parked, had an exquisite meal, then crossed the street into Bridgestone.

   Another great experience at the Palm. Outstanding service , food and cocktails exceptional! We will be there twice this week, before shows ,downtown or sporting events it’s the place to go.

   I now remember why I haven’t been here in several years . What a pretentious staff - pretty sure everyone there hates their live / job - unhappy hosts (that’s unusual) bartenders who don’t smile at all and a waitress who literally didn’t care about anything - timing of food / taking a n order - etc . There’s now enough other steakhouses downtown - they should close this one

   I reserved a table before the SEC tournament for my wife and I and it was our 35 year wedding anniversary. The restaurant was mostly empty but the hostess decided to sit us by the kitchen doors. I was beyond belief why would she sit us by the kitchen doors with an empty restaurant for a special occasion. I was upset to the point that I had no appetite and we decided to leave. We have ate at The Palm restaurant at many locations. This was the worst. I’ve never had a bad experience until today. Thanks for a special occasion “The Palms”! A very unhappy customer

    Go to place for best steak in town. Wine list is very pricey, so recommendation is take your own and pay corkage. Server was outstanding

    We were sat more than 30 minutes later than our reservation time. I suspect staff shortages were the reason because there were open tables available.The Hostess was more than a little testy when we asked about the delay. Once we overcame the delay everything else was on point.

    Hosted was unprofessional pretending she did not see me right in front of her as I was waiting to let her know I had a reservation, then had an atitude when I said I was early to my reservation… did not even let me finish saying I was going to seat at the bar until our table was ready. She was also on her personal phone while ppl were waiting to speak to her. Food is not good, clams cassino was chewy, chicken parm had not taste and sauce was too sweet, Vial martine was not good either, all sauces were too sweet. Waitress had the bad habit to keep touching ppl in a waited way… not going back!

    Not worth it. My husband and I went for dinner. We ordered soup, 2 sides, and the night's feature which was "market price". The total was $340 without the tip. I would expect to receive a spoon with the soup and a knife with the steak. We actually left hungry. I feel like the "market price" is decided per the type of person you are (your physical appearance). The food was okay, not bad, but not great. There are so many other restaurants with amazing plates that do not cost this ridiculous amount. This truly was a disappointment.

    Celebrated our anniversary. Dillion, our waiter was outstanding, very attentive. French, the manager, welcomed us and made us feel very special. Food was excellent. Will defined return. Thanks for an outstanding and memorable night!!

    Everything was great except our sides came out too late, but the manager and server brought out a dessert on the house and comped one of the sides. All of the food was delicious.

    Came in to Nashville to see my son and daughter in law who live just outside of city, they don’t go out much and I wanted to celebrate my sons birthday, I read reviews and made a reservation for 5, menu & service was fantastic with very professional staff, good wine selection and absolutely delicious, definitely coming back. From the seafood tower appetizer to steaks, seafood & salads it will be a tough decision what to try next. If you want something elegant instead of bar food location is superb to finish a great meal and walk it off after on music row.

    The chop salad, chicken parm and cheesecake were fabulous. Our server Alex was even more fabulous. The entire staff was attentive and the meal was delicious & satisfying. My husband & I split our meal as we had a long engagement afterwards that required lots of sitting, so we did not wish to be over stuffed. It was a perfect portion with nice drinks. No complaints from staff and we felt appreciated as guests.

    I’ve been to The Palm several times but this time it was disappointing. Basic things like entrees brought out while we were still eating salads. No knives. Just basic service issues that you wouldn’t expect here. Expect to be around tourists in tshirts and ballcaps. No dress code.

    Been a while but The Palm remains a dependable white table cloth restaurant....Enjoyed my meal...(I always have). Service was as usual good... Everything in the world costs more and The Palm is not cheap.... It's old school and not cheap like the neighbors places around the corner....Easy to recommend!
