Great evening! Victor was great and energetic. Thank you for a great evening
Food was fantastic, there were several drink options unavailable though. Would recommend for great food quality.
We had a wonderful meal. The service fantastic and so was the food!
I had made this reservation a few weeks ago. I did not expect to be seated in the noisy bar area. It definitely detracted from our meal.
We went for a birthday.
The calms we’re not cleaned properly and you still could get that sand taste/texture.
Both sides we ordered were sub par at best.
Waiter forgot to add the steak topper and blamed it on the kitchen, come to find out he never put it in.
It could have been just an off night but I got the feeling that other tables were more of a priority than ours. It did not appear there was a lack of servers but for whatever reason our server did not pay very close attention and left us pretty much high and dry for nearly 35 min. It wasn’t until my husband took issue that he became more so. Unfortunately , we were already a bit soured on the experience .
Very nice atmosphere, friendly and prompt service.
The food was mediocre and lacked flavor.
Exceptional food, warm and welcoming ambiance, stellar wine list and white glove service. Looking forward to our next visit. Cheers!
Steaks came out cold and took a very long time. Server was extremely nice and really good so we believe it was probably the kitchen.
Excellent service and the drinks were made perfectly.
My wife ordered the Chilean Sea Bass. The portion was very small and lacked any flavor. She ordered it Oscar style. The amount of crab that they placed on the fish could of fit in a thimble. For an appetizer we ordered the clams casino. Being from the northeast this was always a favorite of ours. The clams were so small and didn’t come with all of the typical garnishments that are prepared with the clams other than a piece of bacon that was bigger than the clam.
I ordered the veal chop parmigiana. The veal chop was prepared fine but frankly should of been pounded prior to its preparation. The pasta that was served with the chop was by far the worse on the planet. Over cooked, tasteless and disgusting. It was removed from our bill.
I found the pricing to be ridiculously expensive and certainly not commensurate with the food. Extremely disappointed. I don’t know if the change of ownership to Landry’s has effected the Palm but it’s certainly not the restaurant that we have enjoyed dining at in the past.
Food was SPECTACULAR!! The environment was so nice and peaceful. Would 100% come back.
Late birthday dinner with my daughter. I’ve always enjoyed the palm but this visit was truly a very bad experience. We were seated near the restroom although the Resturant was not crowded when we arrived. The traffic alone was unbelievable. Our waiter seemed inexperienced, we waited 10 minutes before he greeted us, another 25 for our wine, the calamari arrived after 35 minutes…bc the breading was doughy, the waiter took it back and we received a new order that was better cooked but really tasteless. I ordered king crab that was delicious but the butter fir dipping was cool, the lamb chops were charred and burned, even though we stressed no pink but not over cooked. The meal was over $200, I think the Resturant Mgr should have felt bad for me when I mentioned that food and service was worse than usual.
The Palm never disappoints! We had calamari, wedge salads, steak and salmon. It was all excellent!
Horrible experience. Service was awful. Took almost 15 minutes just to get water. Cocktails were comped because they were so late in getting to table. I ordered crab legs and sent them back. They were rubbery and cold. The food took aver an hour and half to come out of kitchen.
Manager was non existent. Did not try to come to table of make good of the situation.
The food took forever to come to table. When it did finally come we all ordered the same filet. One person in our party did not get theirs until the others had eaten theirs. They for got some of the side orders. It was over $700 for 4 people. Not a great night at The Palms.
Food was great! Service was great!
Took my wife and two friends for an anniversary dinner. The server was very knowledgeable and helpful. Food was very good.
Bartender was extremely rude and curt when trying to inquire about certain wheated bourbons. Our server was not knowledgeable in bourbons either. Oysters Rockefeller was decent. We ordered the steakhouse wedge, sea bass and potatoes au gratin and the potatoes were soupy and the sea bass was not hot but more or so a few degrees above room temp. My mother stated it seemed fishy (which is never a good sign) but we proceeded to eat two thirds of it. The next morning we were both sick to our stomachs. We have no desire to ever return nor recommend this establishment to anyone. We had such excitement walking into the restaurant but from the staff to the food and the overpriced underwhelming drinks we will not be returning. Disappointing to say the least as I’m sure the history of the restaurant is exquisite in which no one dared to even walk us through the history of the restaurant or what they are known for.
Great Service, great food, great atmosphere, and extremely easy coordination group a large party of 15. We enjoyed this experience and will most definitely be back.
Great service from Jayma and Bailey!
Food was solid. Service was a little below average but I’m guessing it due to the staffing difficulties caused by COVID.
Great place, but bring your wallet!
All the food was subpar. Way overpriced for food that Applebees would serve better. Pasta came out cold on top. Salad looked like something from fast food. First time leaving a review here and I just had to because the place is way over rated. Plenty of other places to spend your money.
Every item we ordered from app to drinks, to sides, to entrees was a hit. A great place for dinner. Cool, lowkey vibe with a high-quality menu.
Our waitress was very accommodating during my Mother’s Birthday Luncheon. Even after one of our guests changed her mind after placing her order that had been submitted. I apologized for the late change. Our waitress’ response was simply no problem we want you to be pleased with what you order. She provided excellent services and really catered to our needs.
Delicious. Service was OK. Lots of add ons not revealed until bill arrived.
Very good experience at The Palm in Nashville.
Our Server was fantastic.
Food is always great.
Our server "Mack" was very accommodating to us. He did not rush us and helped us plan out our meal.
It took 1.5 hours to get our food. They asked if we were going the concert. We said yes. Awful. Missed the first act. Will never do that again
Bailey our server was excellent! Food was great! We will definitely be back
We were disappointed! The lobster bisque soup wasn’t hot and they don’t serve bread with the salad. Very overpriced for what you get!
Wonderful food, as always!
The pricing here is pretty appalling to begin with. Couple that with a loud open chain restaurant feel with kids throwing tantrums and bright lighting and you definitely feel like you are getting ripped off while you eat your $92 over cooked ribeye. Both cocktails we ordered were wrong, they delivered butter sauce when they charged us for the lobster bernaise and forgot our to-go items. In addition to the expensive mistakes the quality of what we did get was really subpar.
The oysters were room temp and they didn’t bother to lift and flip them so they were still attached - something you expect to be done at any oyster house but especially a restaurant charging $3 an oyster.
The salad was sort of a sad red color and looked like it was scooped from a bowl at a buffet before getting to our table. The lobster gnocchi wasn’t hot and the sauce was thick and gummy. Overall a serious waste of money - there are plenty of other steak houses in Nashville.
Reconnecting with family from far away- excellent service and food- The Palm never disappoints
Had not eaten at the Palm since a trip years ago to their Chicago location; Nashville venue is downtown just off Broadway in one of the Hilton locations. Vibe is subdued and reminiscent of a 1960's higher-end steak/chop house. Server, Daley, ably assisted by Katelyn, were an excellent duo as to recommendations/service for all phases of our Anniversary dinner experience.
Steaks were done to perfection as was small lobster which accompanied my foray into the beef. Portion sizes were about right, leaving diners going away from the table 'satisfied' rather than 'over-stuffed'!
For business meetings and special occasions, especially, I'd say the Palm/Nash compares very well with E3 Chophouse and similar venues around metro Nashville.
Bravo to the Palm Team! Well done by all...
Such a wonderful place to dine. We had fabulous service and the food was spectacular. I had the Chilean seabass with sautéed spinach, and my husband had the veal martini. Both were amazing. The key lime pie was scrumptious. Alli provided a a wonderful and enjoyable dinner.
Our host, Brian, was amazing! The food was decadent. It was very noisy, overly loud. I felt like I was screaming trying to talk.
