    Everything was good but there was a large group that was very loud, so our dinner for 2 was not very quiet. The food never is disappointing 😋 Loved that they were supporting Breast Cancer Awareness with proceeds from purchasing their specialty drink 🩷🎀

    The service was outstanding even when Derrick started to get slammed he was very attentive. He was very nice and very good. Thank you Derek. (Not sure if either spelling of his name is correct) Excellent server.

    Perfect pregame or preconcert dinner option. The wagyu lasagna is hearty and rich. The veal parm chop is the best item on the menu.

    Normally food and service is great. Must have been an off night. Slow service and not up to par. Can’t be perfect all the time!

    Our business meal at The Palm couldn't have been better. The food was excellent, service was outstanding, and the environment wasn't too loud so as to impede conversation. We'll definitely be back!

    We went for our anniversary last night september 18th &’ the manager was very polite &’ generous with a free dessert &’ 2 glasses of champagne to celebrate our anniversary everyone was veryy friendly &’ even Dylan who wasn’t even our server &’ he was very attentive &’ with a large party of like 40 I should say. The food was incredible &’ coming all the way from Las Vegas being a Landry’s Select club I will definitely come back !

    I will never go back again. The food was not good and they offered Lowry membership cards like a cheap steak house. How the mighty have fallen.

    My husband and I were out on the town in Nashville and realized we should probably go and get dinner. We had been to the Palm before and decided to check it out again 2 years later. I will preface with we were not dressed up, as we came off of being on broadway but I didn’t think that would be an issue. However our reservation was at 8:15 and we didn’t leave until 10:15. Our server Austin acted as if we were below him. He said he would bring us bread and then forgot. Brought it out after our appetizer. He didn’t deliver our appetizer. He didn’t deliver our food. It took a while to get a refill on a drink. No one came to check on us except for the server who delivered us our food. We had two rare steaks and it took forever. You would think when your bill is $200+ that the service would be fabulous and it shouldn’t matter what we were dressed in. But I suppose, what do I know. Unfortunately the way you treat your customers makes it or breaks it for me and after this experience even though the food was good, we both would never go back. Nor would we recommend it to anyone we know.

    Wait staff was awesome, food took forever!! Dining at a restaurant like this I would never expect for it to take this long! The manager was frazzled and apologized but it was not would you would expect. The wait staff was so aggravated with how long it took and was doing their best to keep us updated. This is the 10+ time dining at a Palm, pretty disappointing…
