    La comida no llenó las expectativas. Desde q sirvieron el pan era viejo . La ensalada César los crutones estaban viejos . La comida de la cena acción de gracias sin comentarios , lo pedazos de pavo q me tocaron eran la mayoría con grasa o pedazos de piezas de mal gusto . Servido que no daba ganas de comer . Lo siento mucho pero la experiencia nada buena .

    We all had a super nice time at the miami Palm. We requested an special place and it was separated for us The food was delicious and service was out of the ordinary We really enjoy all the time we expend at the palm

    Lobsters requested to be steamed, they were broiled and dry. Gigi Salads had no flavor. Steak was raw and had to be sent back. Service was spotty. Sat with no water refills for way too long. Used to come here very regularly, thought we’d try again after long hiatus and never again!!! Not worth the hefty prices.

    One can say that the Palm is certainly an institution serving fine steak & seafood. Nevertheless, it’s famous name has dimmed. The service is always good, the ambiance has remained the same, however, the food has been disappointing. We keep on going back with hopes that the quality of food will improve but unfortunately, it has not. That said, at this point, we think that the food is overpriced along with most of their wines.

    We were disappointed. We ordered a four lb lobster. The roe was a back gelatin and undercooked. The servers did not say a word about it even though they cracked the lobster at the table. When we told them they said nothing. Just shrugged. The lobster bisque came out lukewarm. We had to send it back to be reheated. Hopefully, this was an off night for the kitchen.

    Overall, good service by Maria the server & the team. However, The Palm is not what it used to be! The food was overpriced & disappointing at best! The Filet Mignon 12 0z. was very dry and no flavor. My baked potato was not cut open and shriveled! I was told that's how they serve it! The shrimp cocktail was good. I have been a Palm customer for almost 40 years in both NYC & Miami and expect better quality for the increased pricing.

    We came for lobster which they did not have. Drove 60 miles to get there. You think they would have offered us something; a dessert or a soda or an iced tea but we got a story about the lack of the lobsters. I called two days before and they were available then so what gives ??

    The tried and true!!! It’s nice to k if you can always go home again to god food and good service! The prices went up a bit but par for the course- with all the NEW COOL TO BE SEEN IN RESTAURANTS lately this has proven to stand the test of time -

    The Palm is always great. Going on Sunday is nice, as it's quieter, but the risk, these days, is they might have ran out of lobster! However, they had at least 2, and we had a fantastic meal!

    Absolutely not worth the money. We were the only table in the restaurant and the chef couldn’t even get the cook on the steak correct. Food wasn’t the same as Manhattan. Absolute waste of money!!
