We went for a very early dinner on a Sunday. Service was great but my only complaint was they were out of the chocolate cake. They said it was because it was Sunday. Maybe they should consider that people still want chocolate on Sundays 😉. I definitely recommend the restaurant.

Everything was great except for when the bill came. I was charged for a $120 prime rib I didn’t order. When I pointed it out, they did take it off the bill. But it was a good thing I looked at the bill closely.

We love dining at The Palm be it here or in New York City. The restaurant month menu was killer and an almost unbelievable bargain. One huge benefit to dining at this Palm is that the original chef is still here and prefers to do things the old fashioned way like putting an actual piece of bacon on the clams casino (which is the correct way no matter what Landry’s thinks). We dine here almost every time we visit our South Florida home. Spectacular!

I can't even begin to guess the number of times I have left reviews on various sites for The Palm after going but suffice to say that it is a lot. Each review uses words like “outstanding”, “fantastic” and “perfect” and this last visit was all of that and more. I have been fortunate to have experienced most, if not all of the great steakhouses in Florida and many outside of the State, but The Palm continues to be our favorite, and why not? The steaks are second to none, the service is the same and everything on the menu is incredibly tasty. My wife commented that it’s a shame that other restaurants like Bourbon Steak are far more beautiful, and while true, being old school, I absolutely love the ambiance and décor of The Palm because I am reminded of the old days. Regardless, this recent visit might have been the best in a very long time, and we look forward to returning very soon.

The server made several mistakes. She was nice and attentive but still made several mistakes. 2 of the guests didn’t like their food. One received an overcooked dish. Finally, they were out of carrot cake, which is loved by all. Overall not bad but we expect more from The Palm.

Its not the Palm of the past, lobster dinner $50.00 more than with the original owners. Lobster special always came with a side so that was additional. Lowery has destroyed a great place with cooperate mentality. Not going back

Always love Thr Palm in Bay Harbor Islands - my favorite restaurant in Miami!! Right now they have a special drink called mediterranean express, which is so delicious. Also, for the month of August, they have a special “Miami spice“ menu, which has really good deals. You can choose an appetizer a main course and a dessert for one very low price. Enjoy!

Old school experience with outstanding attentiveness from the Maitre D, the bartender and our server. The cuisine is exactly what you'd expect it to be, the portions are appropriate to large and the quality very good across the board. The best part about coming here is feeling as though you're going back in time to a Steakhouse of old. You're not coming here for the newest culinary trends and that's perfectly fine if this is what you're looking for in a night out. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and we laughed with everyone all night.

We were really excited to do a girl's dinner at one of our favorite spots that we hadn't been to in a while. We were greeted by the Maitre D, and he was excellent and accommodated us with a great table. The dinner went downhill from there. The waitress made us feel like we were wasting her time and was rushing us to order, like we weren't going to spend money or something (which we certainly did). She was almost arguing with us that we weren't going to have enough room on the table and often forgot to bring forks, knives and sharing plates. The drinks started coming out wrong towards the end of the night and the host told us they were understaffed! Not what you want to hear. The food was excellent as always, but we left feeling like we were not appreciated at all and as good as the food was, sometimes that is just not enough. This place has always been a special place for me over the years and now I feel like it is just not the same.

Steaks were good, as they should be. Sides we ok, as were the appetizers. I think the best thing on the menu was the truffle gnocchi side dish. They also make a lot of money on the wine mark up. I find better value at Flemming’s or The Capital Grill. Doubt we’ll be back unless a client is dying to go.

This was our third time having dinner in the Palm. Service with Michael was top of line as was everything else. My only complaint was the someone cooked my bone in ribeye to well done when I asked for medium rare…I think my wife got the med rare.. An error in reading the order. I don’t like to waste so I just ate it…and hope the next time I get the total value of the steak. See you next time. Will Glaros

Been a Palm customer for many years. The quality of the food has definitely deteriorated in the past few years and I'm not sure whether this is a reflection of the recent change to corporate ownership. Very disappointing experience...the lobster was tough and might have been frozen?? Instead of the usual expected red color, it was a beige/green hue and the meat had a rubbery texture. Salads and sides were mediocre. Hope they get their act together as Miami has so many options for dining out.

I used to love it. Now it’s just ok. My friends ordered the lobster to share and thought it was frozen. I’ll keep going because it’s in the neighborhood but wish it was better.
