The Palm Miami
We had a terrific dinner at our favorite Palm in North Bay Harbor Miami Beach!
It is the BEST!
What a fabulous dinner we had!!!
From start to finish everything was excellent!!
Our waiter, Robert was fabulous!!
We’ll be back again soon!!
Me encanta el lugar, servicio y la comida,no faltó nada. Le doy 5 estrellas
Absolutely incredible. Great food, good service, not a complaint in the world
Over rated , and WAY OVERPRICED ! Don’t go there , decorum is outdated, food is average , except for salad which are awful. And the price !!!! You feel that for these kind of price , you’ll get something worth it , but it is overrated . I ate better at the outback .
Food and service is typical of all of The Palm (and I have been to a dozen or so), good and attentive as expected.
Wonderful and delisted as always
Everything was superb as usual.
Sub par food at best... ordered the chop chop salad... it was watery and tasteless...husband ordered the 14 oz NY strip... looked more like a 10 oz skinny fatty slab of meat... def not worth $53!!
I ordered the crab cakes, they were just OK, nothing to rave about... garlic mash potatoes were very good.
There are many many steakhouse restaurants in Miami/Ft Lauderdale area... def will not return to The Palm! Totally thumbs down!
We love The Palm no matter where it may be...we also have a home close to NYC...but the Miami location is our favorite. No matter the occasion, my 60th birthday, our 25 anniversary or just a really nice night out, nothing beats The Palm. Clams casino still done the right way (rare in this day and age), awesome steaks and seafood and my long time favorite: veal martini. Simply the best. Expensive, but well worth it.
Awesome experience every time at The MIami Palm
Amazing as always! Rudy was a great server.
The server was friendly and excellent however his help to service was intrusive, not pleasant and a bit pushy. As for the food everything was good, nevertheless they could improve on the fries.
The Palm seldom waver's....Prime steaks, fresh seafood, lobsters up to 5 lbs and Veal Parmigiano [ that's right ]. The sides are large and delicious ,the salads the same and if you have room ,so are the desserts. I like the 837 reward program where Palm gives back and a Happy Birthday dinner works for me as well.
Lots of steak house choices out there , but Palm seldom waver's .
Been going to the Palm in NYC for the past 40 years and the one in Bal Harbour for the past 10 years. Last night was incredibly disappointing.
The captain was obnoxious. I asked to sit in the main room yet he sat my party in a side room with none in it.
The service was terrible. Sadly I couldn’t believe how difficult it was to get cocktails at our table. The waiter apologized and brought us the wrong drinks.
After having salads, no one approached us to take away the dishes. They sat on the table for 10 minutes before I got a busboy yo clear the table.
Our waiter asked if he could get me a beer to appease me but sadly he forgot to bring it to the table. I was dumbfounded by this service.
This was my son’s 21st bday. Sadly, the Palm failed miserably at providing the celebration my family hoped for.
The best steak ever! Excellent service as always!
Very nice “everything”
Unfortunately the waiter, very attentive by the way, came with this comment when brought us the check:
“As you know sir, the tip is not included in the bil...”
What a disaster!!
Steaks don’t live up to the brand. A fortune. Wouldn’t go back. The only Palm worth going is Palm Too.
Great food and service.
Our waitress was fantastic!!
Best Prime Rib of any Palm Restaurant
Celebrated my mother’s 93rd birthday. Food was fantastic as always, our waiter was exceptional. The only issues concerned the maître’d who, while knowing full well we were celebrating a special occasion, attempted to seat us at the worst table, in front of the kitchen sores and beside the server station. Why he chose to do this is beyond my and even though we immediately asked for a nearby booth and were granted such, it soured the first part of the evening. Additionally, one would think that they could make a little more effort for a 93rd birthday than a candle in an ordered dessert with waiters singing. Other fine dining restaurants we have patronized for celebrations have decorated a nice table (Palm Las Vegas) or suggested a dessert platter decorated for the birthday (Prime Steakhouse at the Diplomat).
Small effort for big reward goes a long way.
It was our last dinner before heading back to Massachusetts. We frequent the Palm in Boston when we can. It was its usual deliciousness. Thank you for having us
As always a fun experience with great food
It was good.....not the best steak I ever had...but expensive as some of the best steak houses.
Like I said, it was good. Not memorable. May be back.
We had an amazing experience at The Palm. This restaurant never disappoints. Service and food are top notch.
Wonderful, Amazing Chilean Sea Bas
Must see old school restaurant with food and service that one would expect of a fine dining experience
favorite restaurant, best food, service is always good
Perfect dinner. Food, wine, service, ambience all wonderful.
I have been celebrating birthdays at the palm for many years. Mostly in NY. This palm is good. Steak is the same. But for some reason. The palm miami can’t get a five lb lobster cooked properly. It’s usually under cooked. Like Monday. It doesn’t stop me from going back. But for the price they charge. They should get it right. Service is the same as in NY. Potatoes and steak are excellent.
The clams casino one of the signature appetizers is a must.. There are a wide variety of steaks but the 9oz filet is my favorite. The Sea Bass is also superb or if you prefer pasta try the clams in oyster sauce. Michael and the staff always very accommodating and provide outstanding service!!!
As always, the quality of the food as well as the service was outstanding.
We had great time at the Palm. The food, service and ambiance were great and the front of the house staff are fantastic ! We look forward to our return.
Food was great as it always is.Fidel is a wonderful waiter.
Always a treat to visit my Miami Beach gem
The food and wait service were both fantastic however the valet service was very rude. The Palm usually has a working elevator that my handicap grandma uses to get in the restaurant but it was broken. When I called earlier, I was instructed to use the ramp from the adjoining hotel. When my ride went to drop us off at the ramp, it was closed off I guess because they were painting or something. While my grandma who is 92 years old is still sitting in the Uber I am frantically going over to valet for assistance. They didn’t care at all and completely brushed me off. It was so rude. Disrespect me fine but my handicap grandmother needed to get into the restaurant, I would have liked a little hospitality.
Paul was an awesome server.
Great energy & knowledge.
