The Palm Miami
Food was great as it always is.Fidel is a wonderful waiter.
Always a treat to visit my Miami Beach gem
The food and wait service were both fantastic however the valet service was very rude. The Palm usually has a working elevator that my handicap grandma uses to get in the restaurant but it was broken. When I called earlier, I was instructed to use the ramp from the adjoining hotel. When my ride went to drop us off at the ramp, it was closed off I guess because they were painting or something. While my grandma who is 92 years old is still sitting in the Uber I am frantically going over to valet for assistance. They didn’t care at all and completely brushed me off. It was so rude. Disrespect me fine but my handicap grandmother needed to get into the restaurant, I would have liked a little hospitality.
Paul was an awesome server.
Great energy & knowledge.
“I invited my grandsons to dinner celebrating a 21 st Birthday. Unfortunately, the birthday boy had to leave before dessert because he became very ill . He had ordered SeaBass with crab which no doubt caused this reaction. He was sick for hours after he got home. Everyone else was fine with other entrees.
Quite pricey for the outcome.
Food portions are not as large as they used to be.
Didn’t like our table. And we called early to specifically request a certain dining room
Incredible food! Incredible service!
Excellent Steaks as usual and friendly service
Food and service were great. We would definitely recommend this restaurant for people who love both fish and meat.
fantastic food great service
Been there many times. Squeezed into small tables. Ceasar salad quite small and overdressed had to order more and another. Six(6) pound lobster not six lbs and too late to wait to reorder additional food. Waiter certainly inexperienced for that type of restaurant and clientele.
Excellent in all respects.
You can always get a great meal with quality service at The Palm Miami. Guaranteed a fabulous experience
i have to tell you i have eaten there many times the last 2 dinners were fantastic and this last meal was not so good
Outstanding! Grass fed filet was expensive but delicious...

For my birthday I took my family to the Palm. First time trying it, tho I’ve been meaning to for years. Parked on the street easily since valet was busy. We were seated quickly. The menu looks great and our server was a total sweetheart. Overall service was extra mile excellent, but I could only give four stars as it wasn’t perfection/consistent. I was dining w two young children 7 & 9. The 7 yo went with the fried calamari. The 9yo, a lover of soups, wanted to try lobster bisque. Presentation was lovely. However, he didn’t like it (strong/non-traditional flavor?) so I ate it. Still thought it was very good. The server was so kind he brought a different type of soup for my son to taste in a little bowl. He didn’t like that one either, but the 7yo loved it. I skipped appetizer since I knew I might end up eating some of the kids food. I ordered filet mignon. Med rare. Peppercorn brandy sauce. It took a while to receive. They forgot my sauce and the outside was a bit dry/tough. The inside tho, was perfectly cooked. It def needed the sauce, tho it shouldn’t. For this four stars on food. Very good. Not perfect. Then my 9yo ordered the ahi tuna and was very very pleased. Getting the check took an eternity. Service became slower as night progressed. I’d go back again...if someone else gets the check. 🤣😂
Muy amable el personal y muy buena la comida!
The food is mediocre and best and when the price is taken into consideration it is difficult to justify.
As always, it was an enjoyable eve w yummy food.
Their steak used to taste like a $60 steak. Now it tastes like a $16 steak.
Fantastic! Our Birthday gal had never been before! She loved EVERYTHING!
We all enjoyed every aspect of our meal! Service and food were outstanding. We recently moved from NY and this was just as superb as our meals at the NY and Hamptons locations!
Everything wonderful, the manager/host/metradie/ very unfriendly,
It’s the palm, what else can I say. Great food, professional staff members from top to bottom. Always a pleasure
The ambiance was very nice, servants were great, drinks were great, food wasn't so great. I read the reviews and ordered steak- it was cold and chewy. I'm from NY so I'm comparing it to steaks I've had from home. Also appetizers were small.
The steaks are always good. Never disappoints.
The Palm never disappoints anyone. The food is outrageously great.
The food was horrible as well as the service.
7:30pm Service started off well but then had to wait. The 8pm main and desert took too long. Found a strip of plastic in the wasabi of the seared ahi appetizer. Had one vodka tonic then was charged twice for a Ketel One. Grant was polite whenever he came to our table. Michael was attentive too. Another waiter saw my water glass empty and filled it without asking. Food delicious as always.
The night before had better service starting 5:30pm. Chives expected on baked potato but green onions served without warning.
Last year I noticed no issues. Maybe the staff has changed over more than 50%. But it’s the little things that add it up for me.
The Palm is always amazing and even though I moved out of the area. This is my go to place for all types of Celebrations. Consistently recommend this restaurant to friends. We have never had a bad meal or service. Extremely Professional staff and always accommodating
The food and drinks were good but too expensive for some things. Also they only added a tiny candle to our dessert for our anniversary. Most fine dining places give you a desert with it written in chocolate for free.we ordered 1 large stone crab claw in season which was70$ added to our bill. We were very shocked.Im a member too so they dont do anything special for you. I signed up a year ago and never got a 25$ gift card as promised. Im never going again.
The food, service and overall atmosphere was outstanding. it's a place to celebrate a special occasion.
The crab meat cocktail and Caesar salad were delicious. The shell steak was cooked perfectly, but it wasn’t as good as usual. The asparagus were great. The potatoes only fair. The bread basket is excellent. The coffee is delicious and the chocolate cake decadent. We also had a great Cabernet, Stag’s Leap Artemis. But, be mindful, this is a VERY expensive restaurant. Dinner for two costs well over $300.
The entire staff was well mannered and attentive.
Excellent service starting from the valet and followed by the Hosts, Bartender and waiters. They make you fell at home!!!
Another wonderful visit to a favorite!
