A perfect 10 and will be back! The meal was great, had the Veal Martini, and the service above and beyond
Just as I remember it!
Food, service and ambiance were all exceptional. Looking forward to many more return visits.
Great service and experience
The food was amazing. Steak and lobster combo that we were able to split between two. Enough portions and the taste was great. Server was polite and attentive. Overall I would definitely recommend. The price is very high, but you get what you pay for.
Peaceful, waitress was funny, food was good
Had dinner for my boyfriends birthday. Super great experience. We had 2 servers as one was training but both were superb. 10/10
Great food and service as always
Steak perfectly cooked. Service was attentive and polite
Always an excellent place to eat, the staff is outstanding!
Perfect spot for a nice quiet and delicious dinner
Service is good. The smell in the restaurant is bad. I can smell some old things in the room. Food is not so good at all. expensive.
We showed up 90 min before our reservation and they were able to seat us. Food was incredible (as always) and so was the service.
Amazing food, Great people, awesome service
Classic location. Great service. Nice wine list. The best lobster in town. What more could you ask for?
Took my best friend here for her 29th birthday dinner! The whole lobsters were incredible! Loved the NY strip & the fritta asparagus as well as the garlic mashed potatoes! Margaritas were lovely and they even had a nice card written out for my bestie at our table when we arrived. She got some tasty chocolate cake too. I really can’t wait to go back here. Leftovers were amazing toooo.
The food is always was good service was all right. I was a little put out that two of the TVs were broken so I could not watch the basketball games.
Further frustrated when they said they had been broken for a few weeks?
Great food...great art...definitely worth it!
We had a surprise going away dinner for a friend and everything was great! Michelle booked our reservation and answered all of our questions with no problem! 10 out of 10 - would recommend!
The steaks were dry, a bit over cooked, and average at best.
Another great meal at The Palm. Great steak cooked perfectly, delicious sea bass, great wine. The calamari came out cold and the sauce was bland like ketchup but the rest of the food was delicious. Didn’t care much for our waitress, but the rest of the staff was amazing.
The Palm was fabulous, food delicious as always, our server was so nice, we really appreciate him. Overall experience was amazing.
Wonderful food and service
Went to The Palms for a college graduation dinner. It was nice
The Palm not what it used to be... Sad.
$16 for 9 skinny stems of asparagus.
First time dining at the Palm. It was quite a memorable experience. The food overall was fantastic. (Caesar Salad was a bit dry). The Lobster Bisque, Lamb Chops, Potatoes Au Gratin, Crab Cakes, Veal Martini, Chilean Sea Bass and the gigantor Lobster were absolutely excellent. We all enjoyed our dishes. Our Server, Juana, was very warm, attentive and professional! She even brought us a slice of your Key Lime pie (along with the Chocolate cake for my girlfriend's birthday). Loved the ambience & decor with many familiar faces well drawn! We will definitely return! A very positive dining experience.
Incredible Gastronomic Experience
Grateful to Michelle and her team as always ❤️
This was for Mother’s Day weekend. Upon being seated it was 15 minutes and no server had addressed our table. I had to ask who is our server. Someone coming off of shift greeted us With a great energy. The server taking over was much too desire in personality or lack of. We ordered a very nice bottle of wine and we were served with dirty wine glasses second strike. Ordered the food, had to ask is there a bread basket, because it was an hour into ordering the food that we are still waiting. 40 more minutes passes then comes the crab lump cakes my son ordered. Followed by an order of asparagus mind you did not come with the plate. I’m still waiting on my ordered lobster another 10 minutes for what was an overcooked dry didn’t even look like it was clean properly lobster. Bottom of the barrel should’ve never left the kitchen. I returned it obviously. I addressed all of these issues with the manager Chris he was empathetic and understanding and apologized profusely but the service and food at this overly expensive restaurant was one of the worst experiences I’ve had dining out.
Bad service. Lukewarm food.
Amazing service, great wine recommendations, super cute dining aesthetic
We had a very nice and memorable family dinner for Mother’s Day with family arriving from three different locations.
Sitting on the outside patio on a lovely night could of been better. The noise of the subway was bad....but it was our choice to sit outside. Took a long time to set up the heat lamps. We sat at 5:05 and our entree came at 6:10. Our salad did come quickly. Had to ask to refill our water and ice tea. Waiter said the kitchen was very backed up. Ordered the 18 oz Rib Eye steak which was just ok......steak was medium, medium rare and a bit rare all in one steak. Took over 10 minutes to pay the bill. We were very disappointed in The Palm. We do like to go there when we see The Lakers.....might have to find another place to eat!
I booked this place for mother's day, I read all the reviews but since there was no other place I decided to take my chances. reviews were not good at all.
we got there, from the minute we entered to the second we left, everything was amazing. we were a party of 8 , they gave us the back room, private, our water ( Greg) was funny , attentive and very good. the food, was awesome, we ordered three 18oz prime stake, two Salmon, one Chicken ptarmigan and the gigi salad... with some other sides.every single item was delicious and tasty, I am glad I didn't follow the negative reviews.
totally recommend it, we had a memorable mother's day.
Great food, great service
Great food and service you can't go wrong here.
The meal was good but down the road I hope the restaurant will have a more variety dessert menu. The restaurant should try to have dinner specials as well.
Waiter was too slow!!
Greg was simply amazing! I will need him to be my server the next time I visit. Thank you to all the staff, I really enjoyed my birthday dinner.
Food not what it used to be. 4 pound lobster had very little meat
A very nice evening celebrating an important event. The only disappointment was the overcooked butterflied filet. After eating most of the filet (we were to hungry to send it back) I informed the waitress and the Manager came over to apologize.
Perfectly prepared steak served professionally. Well done!
