Lopez is a fantastic waiter and his service was great. The chicken parmesan is a bit flavorless.

First time we had dinner at the Palm. I had been looking forward to eating there. We ordered 4 surf and turf — filets and NY strips with lobster tails plus many side dishes. Food was delicious. I particularly loved the green beans with panchetta and pine nuts toppings. It was so tasty. My husband loved their hash brown as his fav side dish. They even made buttered noodles for our six year-old daughter. We have tried many steak houses in Vegas. Most of them have been great. We liked this one as well (price was decent).

9oz Filet with the added lobster tail - delicious. The filet was cooked to perfection! Ordered med rare and that's how it was delivered... tender, tasty and like the lobster tail, melted in your mouth. The Lobster tail... I've NEVER had a tail that was this tender and delectable! And I'm from the NE, we eat them quite often - they've got it nailed.

Sides were all tasty too - not one that was ordered was disappointing.

Little pricey, but then again, everything is in Vegas.

Highly recommend The Palm - classic and delicious... you won't be disappointed.

meal was acceptable but not to the standards previously experienced at other Palm restaurants. The food was not very tasty and portions for what we'd ordered were small.

A bit pricey for what we got.
Ferraro carano wine which retails for $26.00 selling at The Palm for $70.00...
charged me $10.00 for a side of pasta with my $38.00 Veal Parmigaiana which came cold and I had to send it back.
I just expected alot more for this price range and place.
Great service though from bar tender and our waitress!

Have been going here for years when in Las Vegas. This “palm” was recently remodeled to
accommodate more people , I assume. It’s still very nice, the patio is great, overlooking the shops at The a Forum. But the inside now looks like a row of cafeteria tables. Once I got over that and sat down, I tried to cross my legs and was unable to because the table was too low. I kept forgetting and then realized I had to sit sideways in order to cross my legs. I was shocked they would have odd tables like that since they had just redone the restaurant. When they were re- setting the table next to us, I realized why. They were using tables that folded in half, in order to be able to open them up when having large parties. That would be fine if they were normal when folded, but they are too low for comfortable seating. Also, when they took off the tablecloth, it looked like the table was old with ripped plastic! Maybe I was seeing things, but come on, get some normal tables in there! The food was great as usual!

We have gone to Palm on every trip to Vegas, at least once annually. This time the , the place was noisy, too open and food fair. Server was non making this an occasion vs just placing food (wrongly) in front of us. slow on drinks and bread. This was our 20 anniversary and the last time we visit the Palm. Too many better places in Ceasars and Vegas to eat. I hate to leave but the place has changed too much for the worse for us. Next time for an occasion we'll go to the "top of the World", much better with great staff. One of our eaters needs gluten free and "top of World " took this seriously enough to explain all meals to our guest there. Not so at Palm, had to drag out of waitress what was and what not gluten free. SOOoooo disappointed.

Great Wait Staff (Brian) and truly awesome food! Hearts of Palm Salad was astonishing and the Veal Parm is the very best in Las Vegas, period. Staggering wine list, and a friendly support staff makes The Palm my first choice for fine dining in the whole city.

We have dined at the Palms approximately a half dozen times in the past, the last time being about two years ago (we only holiday in Las Vegas twice a year). I chose it for our Christmas dinner because the food and service have always been excellent and the ambiance was attractive: dark wood and compartmentalized spaces that gave a feeling of intimacy.
The Palms has been renovated since we last dined there; the dining room now has the look and feel of a cafeteria: a large, bright, sterile space. Had our food been brought on metal trays, I would not have been surprised. Frankly, I was embarrassed to have brought my mother there for a special meal. The service was not terrible, but neither was it as attentive in the past.
The food continues to be excellent. I ordered a five pound lobster; the lobster that I was given looked bigger and was prepared perfectly. A side of creamed spinach was a delight. My mother and husband both found their meals delicious. And our bottles of wine were, by Canadian standards, very affordable.
The Palms menu is not inexpensive. If I am paying a high cost for my meal, I do not want to feel like I am dining in a Denny's. The wonderful taste and quality of the food notwithstanding, the Palms does not provide value if you are looking for an intimate and sophisticated dining experience.

Christmas Day Dinner was top notch from start to finish, have nothing negative to say and would definitely visit again if in Las Vegas. Anthony our server was top notch, such a treat to find someone that is good at what can be a difficult job. The food was also wonderful. Keep up the great dining experience! Was definitely in the top two of our Las Vegas trip.

First time back to this restaurant in a few years and it is still amazing. Myself and a friend decided to come here for Christmas day and had an early reservation. Parking was a mess and my friend was delayed but they still sat me and were gracious while I waited. Our server was perfect, just the right amount of restraint and energetic. She was very helpful with the menu which has expanded since my last visit. First we had the Slater special appetizer of one enormous prawn, a bacon wrapped scallop, and a crab cake. So good! Then we decided on the Ribeye for me and a 3lb lobster for her, the creamed spinach, and the asparagus fritti. Our server was able to explain how lobster differs, more tail meat vs more claw meat and asked about a preference. Having none, we left it to Chefs choice. The lobster was perfect, my steak was a delicious medium rare with being almost too rare to the inside. Since it was a 24 ounce steak this was perfect so once it's reheated at home, my leftovers were a perfect medium rare. The sauteed spinach was delightful but the asparagus fritti... Oh the fritti.... It was as tasty as I remembered. My poor friend could only get one spear before I ate the entire plate of asparagus. And then dessert. The Key Lime Pie was creamy and delicious. We usually prefer key lime to be more tart but with a nice cappuccino, this was a nice ending. We also tried the donut holes, a new dessert they offered. These were large balls of fried dough served in a bag with cinnamon and sugar, shaken tableside, and rolled out hot onto the plate and served with a chocolate and a raspberry sauce. I think after eating all that we had, this was too much dessert. While tasty, it was also a very dense dessert and we could only eat 2 balls. Next time I will try the chocolate cake.

All in all, a great Christmas dinner. Great service and atmosphere!

My husband and I usually go to another steak restaurant when we come to Vegas, but we decided to try something new. I got a filet mignon and he got a NY strip, both were flavorless. We shared the au gratin potatoes, they were ok.

Frankly the best part was the bread basket. I could have made a better flavored steak at home for $10 instead of $150. The place we usually go to charges same prices and has fabulous flavor and more attentive service.
