Everything was absolutely amazing
Always enjoy visiting the Palm wherever I travel but being a semi local the Vegas location is my favourite always
Service was awesome! However, three of us ordered filet mignon and none of us thought it was very good. It didn't have good flavor and it wasn't tender like filet mignon normally is, it was tough and chewy. Definitely not worth the price. If I'm at a steakhouse paying high dollar for a steak then I expect it to be good!
Ask for JR on the patio. Best show in Vegas
Service was great!! Waiter knew the menu. He was very outgoing and personable. He treated my wife and I like we were the only diners at his restaurant.
The restaurant and the food were great but it was our server who totally made our evening. Great guy, a lot of fun. He gave us good suggestions for wine, food and dessert. He was engaging and attentive. He came across like he really loved his job.
Amazing experience all around
Always enjoy the Palm, typically they would get a 4 or 5 star, unfortunately the chicken parm I had was well below what I have had in the past. Was very disappointed with it.
The wedge salad may be the best version I’ve ever had. Everything else was good, our server was not that friendly which took away from the experience somewhat.
I felt that the filet was not tasty and just average 12 oz Medium pink
I’m a Vegas local who dines on the strip every single weekend. Our dinner at The Palm is the worst experience I’ve ever had. This restaurant is advertised as fine dining, but this is not fine dining.
Examples of fine dining in the strip: Picasso, Twist, Le Cirque. The Palm comes nowhere close to these restaurants.
We made a reservation on Open Table. The hostess told us to wait because there were 3 parties “checked in” ahead of us. I have absolutely no problem with waiting, but I’m mentioning it because I’ve never experienced a wait with an open table reservation—especially not when the restaurant has at least 10 open tables (I counted). We were seated about 10-15 minutes after our reservation. Service was friendly but super slow and awkward. For example, our appetizer plates were removed BEFORE the order for our was taken. We sat with nothing on the table for a while. We had to ask for our waiter more than twice.
Food was equally disappointing. I had the baby kale salad. It was greasy, full of stems and flavorless, as the pine nuts and dried fruit all sat on bottom. For my entree, I ordered the 4lb lobster. Staff asked if I wanted help cracking it open. I said yes, and staff proceeded to crack my lobster for me WITH NO GLOVES. When I asked for a seafood fork, he pulled one out of his apron pocket- which was full of pens...
I don’t understand how The Palm got so much wrong on this night. We will not be returning, but I hope they get it together for future diners.
Barry is the best server ever
Was totally disappointed with the New York steak. Not very tender or flavorful, a poor cut of beef. The Seafood was outstanding. Service was excellent.
Meh. That’s how I feel when I finish up a different Palm restaurants. They are a chain and it comes through in so many ways. Their service is OK. Not bad but also not in like with their premium pricing. The just ok experience at Palms has been consistent with each of my visits to them in different cities. I want to love these visits but inherently always feel a tad bit let down.
Never disappointed at a Palm Restaurant. I have been a fan of The Palm since 1970 and expect nothing but the best.
Lopez was our server. He was great. We are locals and always appreciate The Palm for being exceptional.
Returned to LV for a weekend get away and returned to an old favorite. Great meal. Great time. Can’t wait to go back. The interior has been remodeled and looked great.
The food was absolutely delicious we were celebrating my birthday and Ruan(not sure of the spelling) was absolutely wonderful he was friendly he made menu suggestions he was able to chat a little bit with us as we did go early for dinner we will definitely be coming back here next time we're in Vegas.
Service was very good. Calamari was excellent. Steaks were pricey for the quality. Average filet.
Overall, good dining experience.
Great food and service Ate here prior to concert
Convenient location, a nice place to eat between the buzz of the Casino and The Forum stores. Our server was very friendly yet efficient.
They ran out of turkey and mashed potatoes. lobster bisque soup very salty and cold.
You can always count on the Palm.
Wonderful food, service and ambiance.
Excellent service Ruan was the best waiter!! Everyone there was simply wonderful!!
Standard, fairly reliable experience. This was Thanksgiving night and very busy but well staffed and good service. Steak was undercooked, but otherwise everything very good.
We were promptly greeted. We had a reservation and the host had difficulty finding the reservation made via Open Table. Someone else assisted and we were seated.
Our server changed once we were seated. Seemed odd but our newly assigned server was knowledgeable and attentive.
We ordered from the normal menu rather than opting to ordering the thanksgiving meal. Our food was prepared well and tasted delicious. I had the lamb chops and my husband had surf and turf - filet mignon with 1/2 lobster.
We shared the meal since I received 2 chops and his filet was large.
Overall, the experience was very good.
Love the food, service, the ambience , location... Worth every penny
Thanksgiving Day -
Great as always
Fabulous food and impeccable service. We loved the crab cakes and lobster bisque. The chicken parm is huge and delicious. Steak was good. Too full to have dessert but they looked wonderful.
Salmon and New York strip were delicious. Wait staff - wonderful. Only complaint - I had two drinks - a Manhattan and an Old Fashioned. They were expensive and not very good. Almost no alcohol and tons of ice. Very disappointing.
The food and service among the very best in Las Vegas! Definitely 5 stars!
As always great
Do not waste your money. We are from Houston and chose The Palm because we wanted a steak meal to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. We had reservations and were seated in the mall section. Our waiter barely gave us the time of day. He did not note the specials or anything we could add to.our steaks. The steaks were so bland. We have been to Killen's and Ruth's Chris in Houston and we know what a flavorful steak should taste like. This was an Unseasoned slab of meat, no taste at all. My husband's steaks was medium rare and he ordered medium. The whole experience was disappointing. Couldn't wait to leave.
Went here for supper for our last evening in Vegas. Blair was our server, and was phenomenal. From recommendations on the menu, to customizing our order, he was phenomenal. Way cooler vibe than most traditional steakhouses, and the food was just as good! Definitely recommend!
We came to Las Vegas to see Celine and celebrate my birthday. We chose The Palm after reading some reviews. The service was great! The food was NOT good - we ordered steak that was very tough and hard to chew-so disappointing. The waitress brought a slice of cake after I told the staff my husband and I did not eat sugar AND charged us for it!!!
So... would I eat there again? NO.
Our waitress Karen, was beyond amazing! She was super helpful, attentive, and honest about the food and portion size.
Food was great. Coyote was a terrific server. Very enjoyable dinner.
Our server (Karen) provided outstanding service, but the food was just "okay". Frankly, the three-cheese au gratin side dish tasted terrible. Thank goodness we only shared an individual-sized portion. The veal parm and veal martini dishes were nothing special. The lobster bisque was very good but seemed overpriced at $15. Oddly enough, lobster was a menu item but not available that evening. We attended the Celine Dion concert so the proximity of this restaurant was perfect. When we left, all tables were filled on a Tuesday night, so The Palm is obviously doing a good business but it won't be a repeat for us.
