Toni was the best server ever, he changed our lives.

Went back after not going for a few years due to bad service. A friend of mine got me a gift card so we decided to give it a try again. The dinner and service were great but the end of our night shifted everything. When paying for our meal we were informed that while the gift card showed a balance they couldn’t take them. There was no sign anywhere we were never informed and the website continues to sell them as well. To me felt like they wanted to full check amount possibly due to the restaurant being so empty. The server was very apologetic and we didn’t blame him but for a place that charges 250 for a meal for two would expect to leave happy.

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to hats off to our waiter Mr meatball great service he was on it the food was amazing so worth the $480 we paid

The service is impeccable every time. The food is fantastic. With social distancing, we almost had the whole restaurant to ourselves. They do a wonderful job

Fantastic!! Everyone was amazing and food was phenomenal! Our server James was outstanding! We had the crab cake and the salmon with mushrooms risotto- out of this world !! We had happened on this restaurant by pure chance when we were in Caesars doing so shopping- so glad we did ! One of our best experiences in Las Vegas!

The 2 course steak special for lunch was a great price. Our favorite item was the 3 cheese au gratin potatoes.
The service was really good. Only disappointment was covid rules for mask were not enforced. Celebrities & young military veteran guest were walking around the restaurant without mask on. State law requires mask on when you are not at your dinning table.

We were especially disappointed in menu choices. They were out of Lobster, crab legs and several other menu items. We should have been made aware of the menu limitations when we made the reservation. It was a special occasion and we all wanted lobster.
I still think this is a great restaurant but given the menu restrictions it was a very disappointing evening.

They didn't have a good bread basket the shrimp was very small & tasteless the other couple was very disappointed from Los Angeles. I was disappointed with our dinner.

We had dinner at The Palm Las Vegas inside Caesars on our last night in town. While a little disappointed that they were out of a few cuts after a busy New Year’s Eve and day, the sirloin and filet were heaven on earth- cooked perfectly to order (didn’t get any toppings nor sauce- just let the meat do the singing). Our server was wonderful, had a 3 year old with us and he brought out a gigantic live lobster he named “Buddy” to show her- wow, what a hit! Although nervous at the time, she has talked about it many times since! Definitely recommend this place for excellent service, food, atmosphere and drinks!

All in all this place was great! Our server, Costas, was so funny and so helpful. The food was good...no additional salt/pepper/steak sauce/etc required. If I had ONE gripe that night..it was that they "missed a delivery" so they were out of many cuts of steak. Not a problem, except it should be something the wait staff should start off with as soon as they greet you at the table. "Good Evening. My name is XXX and I will be taking care of you this evening. Before I take your drink orders, I would like to make you aware that we are currently out of.....". Our drink order was taken...we were given time to look over the menu and the thing that both me and my spouse wanted were not available. Granted it made choosing our meal easier, but it was a disappointment. But...the King Crab Risotto was on point. And the Lobster Butter Sauce for my steak? To die for. Amazing job. :) Thank you for a great meal.

The food was AMAZING!! Couldn’t get over how good my steak was and perfectly cooked! Will definitely be coming back here soon. Service and waitress was also great 👌🏼

Was not overly impressed! The steak was ok not what I would expect for the price. Could have had same steak at Texas Roadhouse for a fraction of price.

Took 2 1/2 hrs for lunch, understaffed out of several menu items. Not at all typical of this restaurant I have been going to over 20 yrs.

If you’re going to Vegas you have to stop by the Palm, and if you go to the Palm you have to have Barry serve you. He’s truly remarkable. It always seems like he manages to juggle 100 things at once and still remembers to bring you extra butter for your lobster without even having to ask for it.

We chose this for our last meal of 2020 and unfortunately it matched the overall 2020 theme of blah! Our server was very nice and did his best to make up for what the food lacked. We ordered lobster and filets and split them. Again service did a good job of splitting for us. However, I thought it was odd to serve the lobster on wobbly silver trays and leave it there with all the water from the lobster after de shelling it. The lobster was tasty, not the best I’ve ever had, but decent. The filets on the other hand. They were the worst. I say filets as plural because we had to the first one back. It was so charred it looked Cajun. It tasted just as dry as it looked. It was suppose to be medium rare and sort of looked like it was, but it was as dry as paper to me. It took quite a bit of time to get it replaced. So long that the other guests in our party were finished with their meals when we finally got our steak. The second filet mignon looked a little better and wasn’t as dry. But it was flavorless. I’ve eaten a lot of filet mignon in my life, at some very high end restaurants and the one common ingredient to cook a filet seemed to be missing here...butter. We even make Costco filet mignon at home that tastes so much better. Butter, salt and pepper. That’s all you need. Yet I didn’t taste any seasoning or flavor in the filet at The Palm. I almost wanted to ask the chef how it was prepared but opted not to. We also ordered garlic mash potatoes. Again, yuck. All they do is stir in WHOLE garlic cloves to the point of it being garlic cloves with thick sticky mashed potatoes. Super disappointed with the overall meal and will not be back. The best part of the dining experience was the cocktails we had and the cheesecake and coffee. Probably shouldn’t be the highlight, but it was.

We were seated right away. Food was good but there was a wait. It is also in the mall so there was a lot of people walking by.

Our server Lynh was amazing and made our dining experience the best. The food was perfection, we had the filet, the creamed spinach was on point!

Amazing server and food

When we get out for a fine dining experience we want to make it count! Our meal was fantastic and so was the service! We split the 55 ounce prime porterhouse and a bottle of wine, in addition to the shrimp cocktail and jumbo lump crab appetizers. The lobster risotto was wonderful as was the asparagus. Our waiter James was a total professional! His amazing personality was the icing on the cake! Can’t wait to come back!

Outstanding Christmas lunch today! My wife enjoyed the 3lb. broiled whole lobster. I had a perfectly prepared filet Mignon. The sides and starters were good too. Service was superior.

Food was average at best. Go to capital grille instead.

Good lunch today. We enjoyed their Power Lunch. My wife had the fish of the day, salmon, and I had the filet. She loved it! Mine was okay, not the best filet I have had here, but fair. It was a bit bland and surprisingly tough. It certainly didn't look like it had been grilled professionally. We started with the Caesar for her and the lobster bisque for me. We shared an order of the half and half. Always a good call.

Our waiter forgot to bring our drinks. Then when getting soft drinks, there are no refills. There was no seasoning on the food. I will not go back.
