Definitely get the NY Strip steak for two!!
Excellent food and services
I haven't dined at the LV Palm for 15 years but, it was as good this time as it was before.
Great service and the steaks were amazing coupled with some very good wine - a great memory to take home to the UK.
Great food and ambience
Elena provided us first class service
Mike, restaurant manager, was attentive to our needs
Very nice service and card
Love the place and atmosphere. The service is outstanding and the food is awesome!!!!
Such an amazing way to celebrate my husbands birthday! Everyone was attentive, kind and personable. We can’t say enough good things about “The Palm”. Thank you for making the night so special
Food was bad
The ambiance was OK, it was very very loud and the restaurant set up just felt super open. The food was pretty good, but nothing really special so I would say a bit overpriced for what you got. The wine list was really good and I got a great Cab at a good price (for Vegas). The service was also excellent. Our server was very attentive and other staff members provided support so that we never had to ask for anything. I would say not a bad place to go, solid choice but not particularly memorable either.
La pasta pésima. En la carta decía con almejas. Pues no tenia almejas. La pasta flotaba en un caldo impresionante. Mi esposa pidió lubina y le pusieron bacakeo. Para olvidar
Always consistent always the best
I haven’t been here in several years. I didn’t like the remodel, too open and too loud. The steaks weren’t of a very good quality for the price. We also felt rushed although the restaurant was overly crowded.
Steak was cooked to perfection, lobster was over cooked and chewy
Best Alfredo sauce I have ever tasted.
Daughters burger was amazing.
Wife’s wedge salad is the reason we come here every time we are in town.
Wait staff is the best in the business.
Barry Teal is by far the best server of the best food in the greatest restaurant in town. Thank you Barry and Palm.
The Palms is located in the forum shops at Cesar. After figuring this out, everything else was wonderful. We were greeted by several people and then shown to a great table. Our server knew the menu and drinks front to back and we took all her recommendations—which were experimental. The food was delicious and flavorful and plated and portioned to make you satisfied. Wonderful dining experience overall.
New Year’s Eve celebration with friends. The service was great! The waiter was attentive and got all the orders right. The food was cooked as requested.
We had a party of eight for New Years Eve dinner. From start to finish could not have been better. We had a circular table which made conversations very easy. We were never rushed and were capable of really taking our time to enjoy the evening with old friends. It was the first time there for the other three couples and they loved every minute of it including the fantastic food. We had two great waiters who took good care of us. I would recommend this restaurant for any special occasion.
One of my favorite stops when I stay at ceasars
Outstanding food, drinks, and service!
New Year’s Eve dinner was awesome and so was the service
Food and staff was exceptional. I will definitely visit again.
Friend visiting from San Diego before seeing Journey! Had a very nice meal will be back!
To expensive food is very good but service is very poor
From the moment we arrived the evening was amazing. We just moved to Las Vegas two weeks ago and we were excited to find a Palms restaurant. We have often visited Palms in Atlantic City and also Manhattan. It is truly our favorite steak house.
We were going to dinner to celebrate our anniversary and the hostess walked us to our table and sprinkled glitter hearts all over the table. It was so beautiful then we were introduced to our amazing funny friendly knowledgeable waiter Barry.
The evening was amazing
The steaks were cooked to perfection as always. We highly recommend the Palms you won’t be disappointed
This was our first time there and I have to say I was underwhelmed. The food was good, not great, our service was OK. The place has a nice old school charm but the service and food don't match that in my opinion. With all of the choices in Vegas, we will most likely not be back.
Food and ambiance was great, but our service was terrible. I had to ask for someone to wait on us, but the service was subpar even after we were finally assigned a waiter. I rated them five overall, but gave them poor marks on service.
Wonderful experience, delicious food and outstanding service. Thank you!
Very good foot. Expensive but one in a year is ok
Always great food and service at the Palm. They do it right!
The steak and 3 lb lobster were cooked to perfection, seasoned well, and delicious! Barry, our waiter, was attentive and accommodating! Very good experience!!
Service was erratic. Very slow at times. Lots of staff seemed to just being hanging around.
The Palm I s always good. Impeccable service and delicious food and beverage. My go-to favorite.
The waiter's service was terrible, he wasn't even paying attention when we were giving him our orders. Therefore our drink order was incorrect, we never received one of the appetizers we ordered, and we never received one of the side dishes we ordered. I ordered the Veal Marsala and it was so watery and had no flavor at all so I sent it back and didn't order anything else because the dishes the rest of my party ordered weren't very good either. The steaks were very fatty and tough, which for a Steak House is unacceptable. The green bean side dish wasn't even cooked they were raw and hard. The potato au gratin was the only dish that was very good. The bus boy's service was very good, he was very attentive with replenishing our water and clearing the table between course. The manager was also very understanding and accommodating. We will not be dining at The Palm Las Vegas ever again.
The reason I rated three stars overall it’s because I had something floating in my water. The manager Kind of gave me the look of what’s the big deal it’s just some thread from the napkin, my napkin was white, this was black. Very strange attitude from her made me feel like I was bothering her to point it out.
Delicious food. Although they knew it was for our anniversary nothing was acknowledged. That was disappointing.
Unfortunately for us, and very stupidly; the Palms was always one of those restaurants we walked by enroute to something else. We had eater there at a Christmas party back in 2006 and again we sat on the old “patio” for lunch and both times were wowed and kept it on our “we gotta try this place for dinner” lists. We opted to choose the Palms for Christmas dinner with family and it did not disappoint. First, we were greeted by the GM Michael Martin and had read about him on the website. Then we were seated with Tay Thompson and she was absolutely FABULOUS! She recommended great drinks, great wines, and great entrees. Everything was just superb. From the lobster bisque, to the Veal Chop, to the Veal Martini and a five-pound lobster – everything was just perfect. We had zero complaints about anything. Tay even convinced me to sign up for their 837 frequent diner supper club. Mike runs a great establishment and we will definitely be back. If you’re on the fence – just GO! You will not be disappointed.
J R was spectacular!
