The food, service, and ambiance were great!
Scott was awesome as always. We will be sad to see him go, but we will follow him to his new adventure. The food was fantastic, we always enjoy The Palm and we will be back. Thumbs up to: lobster, bass, and pomegranate martinis. Yummy!
Good Luck, Scott!!!

Our server Bryce was outstanding! He also handed an elderly woman choking with little distraction and professionalism.
Overall my experience was very good but our server was not friendly and he was very unprofessional!
Perfect spot for Valentines, the fixed price menu was outstanding and they even allowed us to make a substitution on the menu since we weren't eating dessert. This is now our favorite Denver restaurant
Sauces were cold, chicken Marsala was ok, steak was overlooked but still good, Galicia potatoes had way too many garlic pieces in them overwhelming the taste. Our server was great though.
Scott was an excellent server and made our experience truly incredible .The food, wine, and dessert were awesome! Great experience
We met friends in Denver to attend a concert. I have eaten at the Palm before and knew my friends would enjoy the food. As usual it was a wonderful meal. The waiter did a good job. My only issue with him had to do with giving us bibs to use while eating the crab and lobster I ordered. I felt this was an odd thing to do at a high end restaurant and I did not request anything like that at all.
Outside of that it was a great experience.
Lunch Special steak tasted “cheap”.
Needed to order special sauce to top it.
Service extremely slow, post lunch rush.
The food and the service were flawless. The wine list has a great variety of excellent wines.
We have been enjoying The Palm for over 2 decades. Each time we return we are greeted with such warmth and appreciation. We have grown accustom to allowing our servers to select our wine based on our dinner selections; knowing they will choose something reasonable in price but excellent for meal. Again I stress the trust in their staff and their continued efforts to make each dining experience we share one to remember.
Steak was dramatically undercooked. It was cold in the inside aka rare. We ordered medium. Server (guy with ponytail) was fine, but really didn't care anyway.
The Palm had a great atmosphere and the staff was outstanding to ensure our experience was perfect. Would go back there for sure next Date night in Downtown Denver
Amazing experience all around one of the last traditional chop houses. Quintessential
The food and service are always exceptional. Ask for "Ali" to be your waiter. He is a fixture there and provides amazing service.
Very attentive service. Food is consistent & good. You know what you will get when you order. Normally find interesting wine. Would enjoy a bit more variety on the menu, tho.
Had dinner here. The tuna appetizer was wonderful, rare, fresh & very well presented. The veal chop was OUTSTANDING. Had the asparagus, agile/olio, as a side dish. Cooked to perfection, a slight crunch & not over cooked & soggy. The food here has always been outstanding.
The steak was very bland and had no taste. The lobster did not have any finesse to it and the grey stuff that the server said was its insides and was edible I didn’t even dare to try it. Didn’t look appetizing at all.
The group table behind me and to the middle area were very loud and annoying. Never been there before and not sure I’d go back. Not a good experience.
Great food, exceptional service. Great location downtown near 16th street mall. Not a cheap meal but the food was excellent and the drinks were great.
I’ve eaten at the palm before and have had a overall good experience. However this last experience wasn’t very good. We were seated 45 minutes after our reservation. All of our steaks were not cooked how we ordered. It took an hour to receive our food and we didn’t have time to have it sent back. I understand it was New Years Eve and we will eat here again but not on a holiday.
We were seated thirty min after our reservation time. No one acknowledged that or provided us with any incentives to wait. Food was decent but didn’t wow us. Server was kind and informative but it was so busy so basic things were forgotten: filling our waters, giving us silverware before entrees hit the table, and clearing empty glasses and plates off our table. Not likely we’ll return.
The staff is amazing. Awesome handling of a busy night. Our server, Ryan, was over the top service!
Very crowded and the service took longer than expected, even we told our waiter we had to leave at certain time. Seated close to a very drafty area of the restaurant, we asked to be moved and we couldn't be accommodated.
I have never wasted anytime to write a review about my dining experience before, but I figured what the heck and felt compelled to waste some valuable time to write about my experience at this place as it was so ridiculously bad.
My wife and I have had a New Years celebration tradition for the last several years and we usually go Downtown Denver to spend the night and go out to a nice dinner to celebrate.
Given the number of times we've been to Downtown and the number of places we've dined in that time frame, we've had our share of some excellent dining experiences and some that were mediocre, but none have been worse than our last dining experience at the Palm Restaurant this past New Years eve.
For a Restaurant this established and price range, I was expecting to be "Wowed" with food and service that was extraordinary. Sadly to my surprise, the service experience was less than mediocre and the experience soured the whole evening.
It took about 20 minutes for our rude waiter Chad, greeted us. Then walked away and did not come back for another 45 minutes.
We finally placed our order, another 1 hour goes by and finally got our food and not once in the next hour did Chad stopped to check on us.
The strange part is that Chad was walking the floor and was paying attention to his other tables but for whatever reason did not bother to check on us.
I did not really care one way or the other how he felt about us as patrons, but for someone who's been in the industry for as log as he has, the quality of his service was just ridiculous.
By this time both my wife and I did not care about the food much less the quality of service and just wanted out of this place, but again no waiter around so we can ask for our check.
I'll leave it at that and let you experience this place at your own risk.
We were here for New Year's eve, so it was bustling to say the least. The only thing we would've changed would have been our actual table location. The Bar was more 'cozy' than the back of the restaurant, and I'm sure we could've requested it ahead of time, but didn't. My wife's filet mignon was ordered medium rare and came out medium to medium rare from one end to the other. But it was delicious. I ordered Chicken Parm, which is a Palm staple - but I recall receiving a side of spaghetti with it at previous experiences.
New year, very accepting, warm and enjoyable!!
An excellent dinner--both food and service were superb. This is a totally different restaurant with the new management and everything is better than it was.
It is always an excellent experience!!
As always The Palm delivers one of THE BEST steaks in Denver. Chad and Michael are bartenders extraordinare and one of the main reasons we go there. They take such good care of us. Love this place!!
Well, the food was good. The service was scattered and the ambiance with Denver’s homeless passing the front windows while passing joints was....distracting.
As a long time customer of the Palm it was one of those “I don’t think this is worth it experiences.”
Came for Christmas Dinner and had a less than ideal experience. Service was not as expected having dined at other Palm locations before and hostesses were flustered. Bread was terrible and my entree salad was not good - overcooked and fishy shrimp. Boyfriend enjoyed his filet though. Had been looking forward to a lovely Christmas dinner but was disappointed. Won't return.
This is truly sad for me. I spent a huge part of my 20’s at the Palm. My husband and I loved it there in my 30’s and as he failed from advanced colon cancer, his last real meal came from the Palm. Recently I have had multiple very disappointing experiences, tonight was the last straw. We were rushed through our meal like the table was on fire, my prime rib was massively over cooked, they were sold out of the first two wines I requested, the third wine I selected came as a 6oz pour despite the fact I asked for the larger. We were not offered dessert but I asked for decaf coffee which was old and came without cream. To add insult to injury, I failed to get credit for the my purchase to the 837 club - the reservation was not cross referenced and the waitress never asked if I was a member. On our way out the manager, the hostess, no one even asked how our dinner was. Take your business someplace else - the Palm is tired, entitled and for me done.
Excellent Christmas Dinner - food, service, ambiance 5 Star!
Couldn't have asked for a better Server - Bryce made recommendations - all to our satisfaction. Was attentive - made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable evening. From cocktails to dessert we dined on the best....Sea Bass and Lamb. Enjoyed calamari with our cocktails. Asparagus and wild mushrooms were to die for. Had to ask how the wild mushrooms were prepared - I hope to be able to duplicate their preparation - best we've had in a very LONG time. Key Lime pie - delicious. Based on this fabulous dining experience we decided to join The Palm again on New Year's Eve. Of course, we requested Bryce take care of us.
Food and service were very good, ambiance was joyful. I always find friends at The Palm.
Great experience and great food!
It was wonderful
Food undercooked. Service poor. Not a good experience at all for a very expensive lunch.
Food & service were great! Many of us are fans of the blackened steak salad (old style) which they will do upon request.
Elegant and delicious dining. Desserts are decadent and wonderful wines.
