Had a great experience here with several business colleagues. Great pours on the cocktails, steaks were cooked perfectly as was the seafood. Service was attentive but not overly attentive, giving us our space.
During lunch, the lobster within the (lobster roll salad) was tough...must have been left over from last night's lobster preparation.
Will not order again
They made my husbands birthday so special. It is all about the little details and they really made my husbands birthday unforgettable
Service was great amd atmosphere was excellent..steak flavor was sort of bland
Great food!
Birthday lobster dinner was fantastic excellent service. The lobster was perfect Saturday evening before Easter so quiet night at restaurant. Made for great night with easy conversation
Ordered the lobster bisque, it was served luke warm. I ordered the strip steak medium rare, my wife order a filet mignon medium. My steak came out medium and hers medium rare. Prices are in line with most steak restaurants, with some many choices we will go somewhere else next time as there is nothing compelling to draw us back to the Palm
Amazing food, attentive service and lovely ambiance.
Typical Palm.
Excellent service.
Food beyond superior
Thanks for the experience, Shannon!!
As always, The Palm delivers on food, drink, and service. We went this time for my birthday, and The Palm staff was on top of it. They knew where we wanted to sit. They knew what the kids could have for beverages. Their attentive factor is always off the charts. Not sure how else you can describe service close to perfection. The bar staff can’t be matched anywhere in Denver for personal attention. We ordered 5 different entrees and when you see all 5 family members quietly enjoying their meals, you know you’ve done well. Booyah!!!
The service was amazing. Some of our steaks were over cooked but we enjoyed them any way. The manager was awesome!!!!
The service was outstanding! Louis was our waiter and could not have been better, all the service people were very friendly and professional.
It was a little noisy. We are early, 630 and the bar was quite loud.
The food was delicious, even though we split the striped bass it was ample.
We would definitely go back!
Superb! Quality as expected... loved it from beginning to end...
65th birthday
Sea Bass and side dishes were perfectly prepared
First time dining at the Palm. We live in Boulder Co but it was worth the drive to Denver. Celebrated a birthday and service was really attentive. Food was wonderful!!! I would recommend it to anyone for any occasion. Beautiful setting. We will be back!
Great restaurant.
Great meal!!!!
Had a great night. I live out of state, didn’t know it was restaurant week. But The Palms was able to cater to our large party. Thank you for making my sisters 40th birthday memorable on a busy weekend!
Our server was exceptional, as was the meal and the overall experience.
Good spot, great old fashioned.
If there was a higher number to award for their service it would be a 10!
At Palm Restaurant, my experience has been excellent! The quality of service is exceptional, the attention to detail is second to none! The quality of food is always superb! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a positive dining experience!!!
Shannon was not that friendly and forgot a few things but Ali and Logan made up for it, they were awesome!
Really disappointing meal .We have ofter eaten at the location in Las Vegas and always enjoyed it .Denver was a major disappointment !
Poor service .Forever to be waited on after we were seated .
Steak was severely overdone and had cut marks in it as cook (not good enough to be chef) must had cut into it early to see if it was done enough than put it back on and forgot about it..Literally inedible .Split someone else's meal . My steak they did not take off bill.
I did see other meals also returned from other diners as they also had wrong temperatures
After a long delay and waitress brought the wrong desert .
Checked this place out during Denver restaurant week; it was good overall. Customer service was amazing. The ambienc
The overall was fun but service was really slow. When we finally got food we ate quickly which made the guy think we really enjoyed it. While we waited not one person checked on us. There was 7 of us
Mediocre food quality at best. Definitely not worth what you pay.
My issues are we didn't have any bread or butter with our salad and no vegetable choices, otherwise everything was great.
Our waiter Donald was outstanding! Service from the wait staff was excellent, overall.
It is always a pleasure to have Dinner at the Palm. Always have great service, food, drink, ambience and wait staff. Try the crab cakes--Maryland style with large lump meat.
Tried contacting them about my experience via their website but no response.
Service was awful. Got seated 20 minutes after reserved time, once we finally got seated and ordered, it took an hour and a half to get our food. I had hoped for a great valentines day date, but it turned out rather poor. Food was good but didn't make up for the wait.
Was very disappointed with the service. Arrived at a peak hour time during Valentine’s Day. Upon arrival was great by the hostess who was very nice. My girlfriend and I once seated were not greeted by a wait staff personnel for 20min. 20MIN!! Seriously, that’s just where it begins. Once we were greeted we were notified that the “Valentine’s Day Special” was sold out. Yep, that’s right... SOLD OUT! Ok now I get that v-day is a busy night but that’s the reasons place “like this” takes reservations. This tells me that this restaurant clearly does not have a management staff that can run the restaurant. Wait for it... the V-day special is the specialty of the restaurant, LOBSTER! This was absolutely the worst experience of “Fine Dining” that I have ever experienced.
Well I have to say I’ve never written a restaurant survey before, but I thought I would this time. I’m not even sure if it even matter, but here it goes. You know, when I book the restaurant I thought it would be a special night for Valentine’s Day. But it was a disaster. Tables around me were complaining but I didn’t understand the gravity of their anger until we were sat at a table. It literally took 45 minutes for us to get our food. And when the food came out the steak was cold. It really surprised me. The restaurant took care of us, but the night was pretty much ruined. I really didn’t know to say. I did not want to get mad and make a scene and I really didn’t know what to complain about. And I still left the $30 tip to the server who I believe had no control of what was going on. Supposedly there was a problem in the kitchen. I guess the only thing for me to say is if you have a holiday where a lot of people are expected, you might want to put contingency plans in place to better serve your customers. Again management took care of my order and it wasn’t about the money, it was about tonight which pretty much set the tone for the rest of the evening. This is my first and only review and I hope they learn from it. Thanks.
We have enjoyed The Palm for years and Sunday evening was no exception! The food was delicious, although my daughter was disappointed that the Prime Rib was not available. Rather odd considering our reservation was at 5:00pm and the restaurant was not busy.
The Birthday donuts and staff singing was a nice touch for my husband!
Excellent service and great steak and lobster
Service was great, food was mediocre (for the price, anyway). Steak wasn’t seasoned and bland.
Service was great - attentive and knowledgeable staff. Food - well, the au gratin potatoes were wonderful - cheesy and tasty. Lobster - was tough to extract the meat, not much in the claw and almost without flavor, even for lobster. The "sauce" for the mixed berry dessert was runny and no flavor. I listed it for Special Occasions only because you would not want to go there consistently with the cost involved.
Excellent steak. Had the 12 oz wagyu ribeye. One of the best steaks I have ever had. Will definitely be back.
The service was fantastic. Our food was outstanding. Our son was disappointed in his salmon. It was perfectly cooked, but was hoping for a special crust.
