I had a wonderful dinner. Not perfect but I was still very satisfied. I started with a bowl of lobster bisque. It wasn’t hot enough or good enough to stand out compared to the rest of the dinner. But everything else was good enough that they get a pass on my comments about the soup. I ordered the veal chop medium rare + Pittsburgh and they cooked it perfectly, beautifully! It was exquisite piece of meat (See the pictures). I had it with what they called “exotic” mushroom risotto. While it was absolutely delicious, there was nothing exotic about the mushrooms. Shiitake, porcini and button mushrooms, the staple of any grocery store produce section. But it was still delicious! My server Ryan was terrific and When the manager stopped by and chatted with me, it capped off a terrific evening. I’m looking forward to going back. Can’t wait to try one of their Italian specialties.
We enjoyed a wonderful meal and great service at The Palm. Especially impressed by the diversity of the menu selections.
Pretty standard fare but the steakhouse chain generally delivers good food at a not unreasonable price.
Trifecta week at the Palm. Monday and Friday lunch in Denver and Wednesday dinner at Tyson’s Corner Palm. Great service and food as expected.
Steven and Kelly were amazing. Great food, as always
Good service, tasty food. Steak and the rest of the food was well prepared.
Ali was outstanding as our waiter! Wonderful experience!
Business dinner for 4 on a Wednesday evening. The valet at the Westin (the restaurant is located in the Westin Hotel downtown) was very attentive and kept our vehicles close at a lower rate (always nice). Dinner was excellent. I have the petite filet medium rare, and it was spot on. The drinks were excellent, and the bartender has a good solid pour (BTW if you like a sweet drink, you gotta have the Hanging Chad - my wife swears by their recipe!). Appetizers were fantastic! The crab cakes and bacon were especially good. Always a good choice for that special occasion.
Not impressed with the experience. Kinda funny when they bring your meal and state, this is not up to our standards but wanted to deliver something since others at your table are getting their meals. Looked at the burned little piece of halibut and chuckled inside. My meal comes and the manager said again, I made you a second plate since the first was not up to standard....and proceeded to take the burn one away. That was a first for me. Lobster bisque was like spiced up tomato soup.
The Palm was excellent. Luckily they were very customer oriented and very accommodating at the hostess stand since our reservation we made through Open Table wasn’t sent to the restaurant! Luckily they were very gracious and sat us promptly anyway. Our meal, service and overall experience was fantastic.
Just mediocre. Told celebrating engagement, they thought anniversary. Not too big of a deal. Steak was much fattier than usual. Both asked for medium rare and steaks were cooked noticeable different. The soup and dessert was best part of meal which should tell you all you need to know.
Food was all bland. We actually returned the lobster spaghetti dish because it was so tasteless. The got a chick dish in it place and it wasn’t much better.
My experience at the Palm was rather underwhelming. My husband ordered the halibut and I had the steak. The steak was cooked perfectly and was well seasoned. However, my husband's halibut lacked seasoning. In his words the halibut was boiled and had no taste. It was a big disappointment. The service overall was fine, but our waiter did not provide necessary insight that would have enhanced our dining experience. At other comparable high end restaurants the waiters have typically provided recommendations on the menu. This was not the case at The Palm. The rest of our dining experience was enjoyable. We were seated by a window with a nice view of Denver on a snowy evening. The noise level was also appropriate for the dining experience.
My Wife and I and another couple dined here for the first time in many years. To me, this is just another typical over priced steakhouse. Sure, my veal chop was delicious, but for $42.00! As usual everything is ala carte, yes the asparagus was grilled and tasty, yes my cocktail was perfect, but to me the value is lacking. The room was very noisy, the service was slow and the waiters seemed a bit frazzled (and this was only a Wed. night).
Great food and great staff. Meal was great. Selection was perfect for the occasion
The Palm has never disappointed for ambience and service. Great meal.
The Palm was beautifully decorated, the food excellent. Our server Ryan was fantastic.
We are loyal to the Palm Steakhouse in Orlando and enjoy the consistency for the last 12 years we’ve been going. We were in Denver and thought we would try that location for my husband’s birthday. They served the hot tea without any condiments (honey, lemon, sugar) had to ask for it. They were also out of the wine that we originally requested. Then we’ve found out that they do not offer half lobster any more with the steak, would have to buy a whole one. The server was very accommodating and worked with us. The lobster was very undercooked.
The only thing that was an issue was the service. We were ignored on several occasions. I had to have another server get our drinks and water. When the server finally showed up he was dismissive of us. He was much more engaging with all the other tables.
Overall, our dinner was good
The calamari was ice cold when it was brought to the table. Had a nice flavor especially the peppers.
One of the waiters took our bread basket during dinner. I wanted it with dinner, not before.
The risotto had a wonderful flavor but 1/3 of the rice was still uncooked
My fillet was perfectly cooked. My husbands rib steak was bland and dry
A spoon would have been nice with the fruit and sauce, I couldn’t eat the sauce with the fork it dropped all over my shirt. No one came back after it was served.
My waiter was working the other table much harder than ours.
The food was excellent. The bartender was excellent. The service was extremely slow and very disappointing. It appeared the servers were understaffed and had too many tables to wait on. This is not the first time this has happened. While the food remains excellent it seems the service level over the past year has gone down hill.
Great food and wonderful service! My family and I were treated very well and were impressed with the taste and quantity of food served to us!
I have been wanting to try the palm for years and we finally went over Valentine's weekend. They weren't ready to seat us when we got there so we started at the bar. The bartender (female) was awesome! She was very friendly and attentive. As soon as we were sat at our table we could tell they were struggling. We definitely waited a long time for everything but they made up for it by comping off our drinks which was awesome. We would try it again, because you can't judge a restaurant on one night of service!
Belated valentines dinner. The food was amazing and the server was knowledgeable and very personable.
The food, service, and ambiance were great!
Scott was awesome as always. We will be sad to see him go, but we will follow him to his new adventure. The food was fantastic, we always enjoy The Palm and we will be back. Thumbs up to: lobster, bass, and pomegranate martinis. Yummy!
Good Luck, Scott!!!

Our server Bryce was outstanding! He also handed an elderly woman choking with little distraction and professionalism.
Overall my experience was very good but our server was not friendly and he was very unprofessional!
Perfect spot for Valentines, the fixed price menu was outstanding and they even allowed us to make a substitution on the menu since we weren't eating dessert. This is now our favorite Denver restaurant
I brought my wife here for Valentine's day. We had their Valentine's day special. It consisted of a 4lbs lobster and a 18 New York strip. We were super excited, as you could guess. When we arrived we were greeted by a super friendly host. Our waiter was easily the highlight of our dinner. He was kind, prompt and super attentive. He brought us some drinks, bread and took our order. The Shrimp cocktail was very good. Followed by the lobster bisque which wasnt bad at all. When our main course arrived it looked delicious. The Lobster was huge. The claws were cracked opened by the staff that brought them out. The claw meat was ok, but the rest of the lobster was mushy and under cooked. Followed by the steak which came out cold and a tad under cooked. My wife didnt want to deal with it, so we didnt say anything. We politely paid the almost 3 hundred dollar bill and left. The following day I did leave a polite email on the website regarding our experience, I'm sad to say I never heard back. There are alot of amazing restaurants in Denver. I would recommend skipping this one.
Sauces were cold, chicken Marsala was ok, steak was overlooked but still good, Galicia potatoes had way too many garlic pieces in them overwhelming the taste. Our server was great though.
Scott was an excellent server and made our experience truly incredible .The food, wine, and dessert were awesome! Great experience
We met friends in Denver to attend a concert. I have eaten at the Palm before and knew my friends would enjoy the food. As usual it was a wonderful meal. The waiter did a good job. My only issue with him had to do with giving us bibs to use while eating the crab and lobster I ordered. I felt this was an odd thing to do at a high end restaurant and I did not request anything like that at all.
Outside of that it was a great experience.
Lunch Special steak tasted “cheap”.
Needed to order special sauce to top it.
Service extremely slow, post lunch rush.
The food and the service were flawless. The wine list has a great variety of excellent wines.
Great service but bread was cold as though it came out of the fridge. Ordered tuna and it was overcooked. The lobster bisque was good but a small portion for $15. Husband said his steak was "OK".
We have been enjoying The Palm for over 2 decades. Each time we return we are greeted with such warmth and appreciation. We have grown accustom to allowing our servers to select our wine based on our dinner selections; knowing they will choose something reasonable in price but excellent for meal. Again I stress the trust in their staff and their continued efforts to make each dining experience we share one to remember.
Steak was dramatically undercooked. It was cold in the inside aka rare. We ordered medium. Server (guy with ponytail) was fine, but really didn't care anyway.
The Palm had a great atmosphere and the staff was outstanding to ensure our experience was perfect. Would go back there for sure next Date night in Downtown Denver
