I went with 3 friends to the After Work at the Palm Court and everything was amazing. The service was excellent, the DJ really good and the food and coktails we ordered was so good! I would definetely recommand the Palm Court and Ritz-Carlton to my friends.
Excellent moment passé dans le magnifique bar du Ritz-Carlton !! Le repas était excellent et le service très attentionné ! Je recommande cet endroit et reviendrai.
Valentine’s Day dinner We walked in not expecting it to be seated basically at the lobby bar of the hotel . Seated just feet away from the revolving entrance doors of the ritz, Where we continuously saw people in and out and the smell of pot from outside overwhelmed the lobby every time those doors opened. At one point we thought it was the waiter. Speaking of the waiter the description of the food he was serving us was vague (and not to mention cold) and it was more detailed in the menu. It was a set menu so we didn’t have much choice (which wasn’t the problem) but when u pay 90$ a person for a “4” course meal and purchase a 80$ of wine you expect the waiter to serve you your wine.. The waiter forgot an extra item I had added on to my order then after mentioning it to who I am assuming was the busgirl the extra plate came out and the waiter admitted he had forgot. He didn’t charge for it which I am happy cause it was cold and 100% reheated food . Just all in all not worth the 400$ bill
Bad experience on Valentines day dinner, we waited for 2 hours to get our main course meal. The couple next to us left without eating. For the Ritz it was super disappointing, our waiter never came to see how we were doing and if we needed anything, we had to ask him to come every time we needed water or drinks. All the staff seemed to be disorganized. The quality of the food and taste was good, per Ritz standards.
The worst experience I ever have in life
We try to celebrate Valentine’s Day the service is sooooooooo slowwwwww it’s takes forever to receive appetite and not mention the main courses and drink and even spoon for dessert
Not recommend
Food was absolutely delicious. Service was on par...as soon as they realized we had been waiting to be catered to for a good 45 minutes.
Management was on point...they came over and offered champagne to the whole party. Nice, classy gesture.
I would never recommend this restaurant. We spent so much money for the worst service ever! We were not told there was a set menu. $85 per person which did not give you many choices as the menu was just simple. Service: our servers were extremely rude, avoiding us completely. When we decided to leave and pay without having desert the server gave us the worst look removing all cutlery from the table.
The worst part was I thought this restaurant would be an amazing experience for NYE but it was not. I have to apologize with my friends as I was in charge of choosing the worst spot ever!!!
NEVER NEVER AGAIN!
