Beautiful ambience and service was excellent. The chicken salad was mainly roasted chicken but little lettuce or greens. The chicken sandwich was a generous portion and delicious. Truffle fries were very good.

For our group of 7 ladies, our experience was superb; all the way from the valet service, to the end of the night. The hostess was very accommodating and welcoming. Food was great and the atmosphere was perfect. I can’t wait to dine here again. Thank you for a memorable evening for our ladies night out ❤️

Lovely environment, food was presented beautifully, services attentive. Wine list was very limited with ridiculous mark-ups on the wine prices. I will not recommend The Palm Court without a huge disclaimer about the limited selection and outrages cost of wines. There is no full bar which was very disappointing.

My girlfriend and I made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we arrived the staff treated us with the most amazing service and made our night incredibly special. Special shout out to Jess our server and Noah for providing such warm and personalized service. We will most definitely be back.

It was the second time I had been to RH, but the first time for dinner. The view at the rooftop is the best just before sunset. I absolutely love this place and having dinner in between viewing the different floors of interior design is my new favorite thing to do in the City. What an amazing concept and a great idea for a fun night out.

We had the BEST waiter who made our experience 1000000% better and just so unforgettable. Her name is Millen. She was so personable and really took care of me and my girls. It was a special lunch for me because its when I asked my two friends to be my bridesmaids. Millen made sure that we were having a great time (gave us some free mimosas and dessert to celebrate the occasion!) and even gave us tips on how to not feel hungover after drinking all of the mimosas we ordered. She was amazing. I would definitely bring more friends there just to have Millen as our waiter!

The website does not reflect their current beverage options and they significantly narrowed down their drinks by the glass. They also don't have their full drink menu showing at the bar. Whoever is running their drink program is doing a poor job. Props to them getting black napkins (upon request).

My girlfriends and I had the most wonderful Birthday brunch at the Palm Court. The service was impeccable, especially all the love & attentive waitresses (Ann & Lesha). Every single dishes we ordered were absolutely delicious and refine. We thoroughly enjoyed our experiences and definitely will be back again. Special thanks to the management (Nino & Katherine) for sending us special Birthday surprises, we couldn’t enjoy ourselves more. Dishes we loved: wagyu steak, rotisserie chicken, Caesar salad, potato chips/caviar, avocado with caviar & one of the best banana splits I have ever had and of course the American birthday cake .

This restaurant is one of the most expensive meals we’ve had in San Francisco. With only 3 menu options (one being chicken ) we chose branzini. It was overcooked and a bit mushy. The crème brûlée for desert ,served in a deep dish tasted like vanilla pudding. I would not recommend this restaurant…..yet. Hopefully they will improve.

We had a wonderful time at the Palm Court Restoration Hardware. Our waiter, Noah, was exceptional. He acknowledged that my friend and I were having dinner before our concert. He made sure we got our drinks and meals in a timely manner. The food was amazing, especially the beet carpaccio and truffle fries! Great job to Noah and all of the staff. I shall return to try other items on the menu and will have to check out the rooftop.

What an entrance and exit from the Palm Court at RH. You definitely will be amazed and impressed by every room, corner, and place. Service is friendly and professional. While we were startled over the taste of the food, namely the Rotisserie Chicken (as we heard all about) our host Nino made all the difference by taking one of the items of our bill. He wanted us to be completely satisfied even while we insisted to pay for it. That speaks volumes alone and appreciate the gesture. We were going to leave disappointed until he came—that’s what I mean about the service. Will come back for another try and to explore the menu items.

Wonderful Brunch, the Belgian Waffles were fantastic and the squashed avocado was a winner too. We were amongst the first guests so it was very quiet but I’m sure later in the day would have been a lot louder.

Go to the Palm Court for a special occasion bc it's a fancy place with special dishes. We throughly enjoyed the Chicken Salad with the iconic rotisserie chicken and Truffle Fries. The highlight was the Banana split dessert -- absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed viewing the furniture gallery and the rooftop terrace.

Lovely food, ambience and wait staff are truly on it! Their Caesar salad which is my go to favorite has dropped down a few notches recently. Hopefully it will soon get back to being the fresh, flavorful salad that so enjoy!

Everything about this restaurant experience was above and beyond what I had expected! From the moment we walked up the steps where we were greeted with with kindness to the initial browsing of the beautiful furniture decor and chandeliers. The glass of wine and elevator ride to the roof top terrace is definitely something you want to make time for before you are seated for your reservation. The views of the skyline are breathtaking especially while lounging on comfy couches! Then it’s time, to dine amidst Palm Trees, chandeliers and a soothing fountain. The staff is so effortlessly wonderful and the maitre d is sweet as their butterscotch crème brûlée. But wait, the food was amazing! They really know how to satisfy the palette. The Cesar salad was the best I’ve had, dressed in a silky dressing and with croutons that were light and flavorful. Be sure to handle their heavy gauge pepper grinders and experience the finest ground pepper you’ve ever had. Then the main course which we decided to share, because who doesn’t love Maitake mushrooms with smashed roasted potatoes and then a plate of the most perfectly roasted chicken that melts in your mouth alongside arugula. We loved it all and we loved the ambiance! We loved the staff and we will definitely be back!
