Too expensive for the food quality. Good, but won’t be going back.

Food was delicious service excellent. A little pricey but overall was a great experience

Quite a nice evening. Toward the end of the stay, a really really loud party was seated in our quiet area.

Fabulous ladies lunch—all of our salads and French fries were outstanding. Sat outside on the covered patio and the service was spot on.

One of us ordered lamb that was over cooked for what he ordered. This is on him as he refused to send it back -not enjoying his meal as much as the rest of us. The rest of us (table of 5) OMG it was a great experience and meal. We will do it again!

Nice environment, and very pleasant wait staff but I wasn't pleased with any of my food.

We had not eaten at the Palm in years and we had a gift certificate so we thought we’d try it ! It was excellent, the food , the service , the drinks , everything !

Amazing experience! Always Great!

The calamary was not crispy at all and the marinara sauce was very tasteless. My meal ( Chilean Seabass) tasteless too. Fries were too expensive $16. The manager was kind though. Overall I didn’t like the meals at all.

The food at this location was great. The service started off slow but he got it together. I would definitely go back.

Staff was incredible. Very attentive. I agree with a lot of the reviews. I have no issue with paying for an amazing steak, but mine was just OK. I'll definitely be back to try other menu items, just because of the staff.

Always a great choice. The Palm never disappoints. Although it might be considered pricey the portion sizes and the exceptional food quality make it worthwhile.

Server Tiffany was excellent food excellent

Unfortunately, since taken over by Landry’s, it’s just not the same. They, for some reason, changed the crab cake recipe. Their crab cakes were the best on the planet. Sadly, no longer true.

Outstanding service. Our waiter was incredible (I unfortunately forgot his name (the drinks were too good 😉) but he was SO knowledgeable and kind)

They were busy as it was Valentine’s Day but the way our waiter catered to us as if we were the only ones in the building was remarkable.

The food was incredible as well! We got the lamb chops and au gratin potatoes and the shrimp Bruno for an app- all tasty and well cooked!

Kudos all around! We look forward to dining here again soon! Thank you for a memorable experience!

Excellent as always—food and the service

We’ve been to The Palm several times and this by far was the worst experience. Tony forgot to ask me how I wanted my steak cooked, then when he brought it out it wasn’t how I had asked for it to be cooked (after he came and only asked if I wanted it rare or medium-rare). I wanted it medium-well and got medium-rare, plus it felt like the steak had been sitting out in room temperature for quite some time. I’m not one to send my food back because I’ve worked for a restaurant and know how busy the cooks are, so I just ate the outer edges of the steak. We’ve never had a bad experience before but this one experience makes the difference in deciding where to go for some good steak.

Amazing food, even better service. Kasey went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Cant wait to go back.

Good experience

Was very disappointed with the overall experience this time. During dinner, the waitress tried to sell us a membership to Landry’s restaurants as they just bought them. Very tacky for an upscale restaurant. Food was not as good as it used to be and had to ask for bread. Also, Landry’s would not accept a gift certificate I had for there.

Valentines

One side we ordered never came out. Martini was order extra dirty and came out very clear. Crab cakes were thin and burnt looked like hash browns.

As usual The Palm was amazing! Great service and excellent food. We can't wait to go back again soon! Perfect Valentine's dinner!

Had a great time. Food was pretty good, for the price one would think one of my lamb chops would not be close to burnt, but the rest was amazing. Waitress wasn’t that great for this caliber place. She seemed ignorant to the different kind of coffees I asked about. I had to ask numerous times for lemons with my water, and just in general she seemed either out of her league or maybe her mind wasn’t in the game. Not really sure what it was.

Love Joey and his staff, it’s our regular Valentines dinner spot. Excellent filet and lobster and a great wine list.

The waiters and waitresses were amazing, the food was great would definitely recommend

Was our 1st time dining there. The food was great as was the wine but way to noisy for a restaurant of that stature. Several other patrons appeared to be bothered by it but it continued. The server was great and price was what we expected.

We enjoyed our meal here as always. Steak was perfect. Our wedge salad was delicious. The palm rarely disappoints when it comes to having a nice special meal without much fuss or worry.

It is always s wonderful evening and I always look forward to my next visit

Great food and service

The restaurant was bizarrely empty. Their menu doesn’t have many options and the one item I wanted they came back and said they were out of. This was odd since they had just opened. This food was way too expensive for what they serve. We have been to many, many nice steakhouses and this place missed the mark in every aspect.

My experience at the Palm this time was mediocre. Our main server was good and attentive, however, the server that brought our food to the table had only my meal correct. The other meals had to be taken back because she had no idea which steaks went to whom. Once we got the steaks back they were warm to cool. Additionally, we were celebrating 3 birthdays of which we got no acknowledgement for. When I told the main server about the interaction with the food server she told us that the food server had a long day and was probably tired and irritable. As you can imagine not what we expected for service at a place like the Palm. My family and I were very disappointed with this experience as normally the Palm has excellent food and excellent service.

It's the Palm folks... its always going to be good... two items of note that surprised me for The Palm... waiter did not clean the paper wrappings from our staw until he cleared the entire table, never proactively filled our water glasses- we had to ask... and for our taking home of items, he brought over the take-home boxes to our table with the bag...and put the take-home food into the containers right in front of us... that does not fir for The Palm

A must stop on every visit to Charlotte. Staff is always incredible and food it top rate. Had the evening special of Short Ribs over Palenta which was perfect in any way

We finished out meal with the Sugar and Cinnamon Doughnuts with dipping sauces. Perfect ending to a perfect meal

We were seated immediately under our reservation. Prompt service. Excellent food cooked at the perfect temperature! Sides were amazing and dessert was fantastic! Service was impeccable and professional. Definitely coming back!

This was an amazing experience. The food and service was outstanding! We will be back.

The food and service was excellent, as always. We had the king crab legs and 4# lobster, what a special treat!
