If you are looking for a good steak, cooked the way you like, The Palm does it well. Of course their fish and other dishes including Chicken Parm is outstanding. The staff works very hard to service the 8 tables and to make up for the lack of ambience.
The service for dinner on 2/12 exceeded my expectations for what could be the worst service ever.
Overall we had a very good time laughing about everything that went wrong.
I think we finished our bottle of champagne before the server even came around to take our appetizer order if that tells you anything.
Server was top notch - we had a great time because of him. Sea Bass should have been called Butter Bass. It was terrible. The Ribeye was ordered Medium and it was a legit rare - cool red in the middle. Cocktails were excellent...
In light of Covid we made no fuss and asked for no return on our tab. We want to be supportive.
Loud being outside, lots of cars driving fast throughout the meal. Food was decent but felt overpriced.
Had the filet, mashed potatoes and champagne - it was fantastic! And the service was great!
We didn’t eat there due to stay at home ordinance. We called twice to cancel but no on answered the phone.
Love my dinners here...great food...great service
Always consistently great food even during COVID. Would be helpful to have more heaters for outside dining.
My wife's favorite spot. They never disappoint with food & service.
Dinner was terrific as usual. We sat outside of the restaurant as they are following all COVID-19 safety guidelines and they still managed to make it a pleasurable experience.
Pre covid was average quality food. Really gotten worse.
Had an awful experience It was one of my favorite places. But steak and meat was awful and manager had no class. With that quality and service they will not last in Beverly Hills for much longer
Great way to sirens s discos occasion
Overall eating in Beverly Hills was a nice experience. The restaurant is cute and the ambience is sweet. As far as the food, it was average. Coming in from Texas to find a good steak was difficult. For us, the steak was average and a little undercooked.
It was AMAING AS ALWAYS ♥️
Food and service were spectacular
Very good lobster
Ny husband and I absolutely love this place.. The service is still awesome and we both felt safe despite the pandemic.
Love the Palm! A little different in the COVID world but nice to eat out again.
Been a fan for years. Unfortunately experience was not a good one. Seems like the place is struggling to find its footing in a post covid world. Bisque was cold (they did comp it). Steak over-cooked, and seating outside was loud bc the parking garage is next door.
Jeff is a class act as a manager - place is so well run - and was able to adapt during these crazy times. Always solid.
Always love eating at the Palm.
The food is DELICIOUS and the service is GREAT!
Cafe table, one of only 4, with wall size clear dividers to ensure safe dining. An early and leisurely delicious dinner.
Love the Ambience
Great place good service happy hour was awesome definitely go beck
Food is always great and the service was fantastic. I’m looking forward to them expanding their outside dining Al Fresco. You’ll never have a bad meal there. Always excellent and consistent.
Great food, great service, as always!
Love the Palm! Even in a Pandemic it's excellent. Great service outdoors on the patio
Very big portions of food, only problem was service. We had to wait forever for anything. When paying $150 for 2 people I expect more.
Our server was wonderful. The lobster was excellent. If you have to be outside, it was nice to be on Canon Drive.
Elizabeth was our server and she was absolutely wonderful, especially given the challenges! Short staffed, all the Covid 19 rules. Tiffany, as hostess, did a great job welcoming us and stopping by our table to frequently check on us.
Because of Covid, there were only four (4) tables, set up out on the sidewalk of Canon Drive, so the noise from the multiple Ferrari, Maserati, Porsche, McLarens and other exotics roaring by (then quickly letting off the accelerator so as to "rap their pipes" as loudly as possible) made for less than a quiet venue, but also a somewhat interesting one. Thankfully, there were also a number of Bentley's and Rolls Royce's that slipped by with hardly a sound!
My first visit to The Palm was for a business lunch at their first location in California - in West Hollywood - the second week they were open. That was back in 1975. I do miss that "special" atmosphere the place exuded for all the forty years it was open. But, the Beverly Hills, Downtown Los Angeles, and Las Vegas locations still get my business!
10 year anniversary
Service and Food outstanding as always!
Great service! Amazing stakes!
Outstanding food- salad, chicken and steak
Attentive and knowledgeable server
Great food good service
too bad was not more tables due to the covid
An amazing night again on the streets of Beverly Hills...love the few tables but everything was amazing again...second time in a few weeks for us but better than ever...hopefully they can continue to create this magic as it really is terrific. Oh, and it was my birthday as well!
We went to celebrate an occasion. We were able to sit outside with all social distancing and protocols observed. The Summer Lobster special was fantastic! Server was very personable and attentive to our dining experience. With all now going on in the world, we were able to step away for the moment, and enjoy the Palm experience! Highly recommend everyone to enjoy and support The Palm whether dining out (at home) or alfresco near the entrance.
With social distancing, outdoor seating can fill up quick. The amazing staff created a table for us where there was space at front door. Very clever! We thoroughly enjoyed our cuisine and amazing staff at The Palm.
