The lobster special was well worth it. We finished every morsel. Our waiter sal was terrific and the the busgirl was quite good., We have eaten there several times and will return.
The Palm always is a great experience. They go the extra mile to please customers.

Overpriced and the Chilean sea bass didn’t even taste like Chilean sea bass
The AC PALM is always and outstanding experience --from cocktails to desert . This evening we split a 5 LB lobster--the SPECIAL . We each got a side first My wife a wedge salad . I got the onion soup . Our dinner side was creamed spinach .
It was our anniversary and general manger Jim Haney comped our desert . Sarah ; a great server . A sweatheart .
As always, a WONDERFUL PALM experience .
Food was outstanding, service was amazing. A gem in Atlantic City for sure.
Waitstaff was slow to bring us our bottle of wine (25 minutes) food was excellent and cooked perfectly.

Great steak, salad, and sea bass. The prices are a bit high, but that's to be expected in a resort. The atmosphere was a bit more casual than I expected. Great spot for a good date or business dinner.
My wife and I had a great dinner at the Palm's restaurant on Tuesday night. The lobster and steak were great! The service was also outstanding!

I have always loved the Palm and particularly the summer lobster special. I was so disappointed in the service and quality of good that I doubt I will ever return to the Palm Atlantic City. Our initial waitress could barely find the time to take our order. The breadbasket was filled with ends of the loaf pieces as if that was all that was left for the night. Our lobster was overcooked. When the waitstaff removed our silverware after the appetizers they never replaced the knives and we couldn't get our waitress back to get us one so we took it from another table. At the end of the evening a different waitress brought us our coffee and dessert and she was lovely. I hope she received our tip. Nothing was the quality that one would expect from the Palm.

Service was well coordinated and efficient. Food very good as usual. Steak and crab cakes were excellent. Calamari/sauce prob could use a bit more spunk but that's being picky. Good meal/well taken care of.
Our latest visit was fantastic as usual. The special lobster meal fulfilled all of our desires. Even though The Palm is a steakhouse, the seafood was fresh , delicious and elegantly plated. Our waiter Eric was fairly new but gave his all to make our dinner a memorable one. He also seemed to have quite a lot of support and backup available. Will definitely be back!
I’ve been going to Palm Restaurants for over 30 years & needless to say my family & I have enjoyed every visit. Whether eating steak, chops, lobster, other seafood dishes or Italian, it always has been a treat. The wonderful cocktails & superb wine list is also a huge plus. Thank you Bruce & the entire Palm Family.
As a single dinner I was well received with the attentive staff, my requests were met and exceeded , I was not rushed , I offen do not receive treatment like this , i was happy to leave the appropriate Tip

When I made the reservation I requested a booth in the bar area. When we got to the restaurant there wasn’t any available. During the day, I had even confirmed my reservation & request for a booth in the bar. I have been coming to this restaurant for many years & always with the request of the booth in the bar area. So, we waited for 20 mins. & still nothing available in the bar. We then took a booth in the main part of the restaurant. The service was horrendous!! Our waitress was the worst!! She paid no attention to us.One of our worse experiences we ever had at The Palm!
Never disappoints. The waiters and waitresses are all very accommodating and friendly which makes the experience even better and we always enjoy the consistently amazing steaks and food
Had our anniversary dinner at the Palm and it was wonderful. Our server, Margarit, was outstanding and took care of all our needs. Will be back😄.
Waitress was fantastic. Steak is comparable to a Ruth Chris steak. But restaurant itself is not as nice as some of the other high end casino restaurants. Skip the desserts. They do not taste fresh.

On this night we had the lobster special . We added an extra pound for $10 and had the 5 pounder . I stared with onion soup, my wife the house salad . Our dinner side was extra crisp hash browns . MMM'M GOOD .

Wonderful time, the happy hour is great!!!! Dinner was also good - loved the donuts for dessert.
My wife and I started with the Lobster Bisque. It was definitely near the top of the list but definitely not the best we've had. For our main we each had the Surf & Turf, being a 9 ounce filet mignon and lobster tail. Both were perfect. The enormous lobster tail was one of the tastiest and most tender ever. It was a chore to finish all of it. Our filet was also perfect, both mine which was medium rare and my wife's which was medium. Our side was a very ample serving of steamed asparagus. Our server suggested a very nice Pinot Noir, which worked very well with the filet and lobster. Although we were stuffed we forced ourselves to go for the seven layer chocolate cake. Perfect again. Remember to use a credit card because you probably couldn't put enough cash in your wallet to cover the check. It is perfect for a special occasion and I'm sure we will be returning, either to Atlantic City or another we find. Very expensive but worth it.

We were promptly seated and given menus. The wait staff was very attentive. We ordered the summer lobster special and the food was very good. This was a wonderful experience and Wil be back.
This visit to the Palm was not up to their expertise. You always get one sub-par performance.
As always our dinner was first class, but it was extremely hurried tonight for no good reason since they were not very busy. While the kitchen may have been slow, dinner should be serviced at the customer's pace and not the kitchen's. But none the less it was delicious.
We had dinner at the Palm at Atlantic City. We had the lobster special for 2. The food and service was excellent.
We always go to The Palm during the summer when they have their lobster dinner special. Really delicious and a good deal.
My wife and I were excited to enjoy the lobster special. We arrived at 7 but had to wait 15 minutes for our table. We needed to ask about the special as it was not on the menu nor mentioned by our waitress. Our waitress explained the special and we placed our order. We did not order drinks and had water. As our salads were delivered, the waitress asked if we wanted bread. This is the 1st tome that I needed to request bread. Our lobster looked delicious and was perfectly prepared. Someone came to the table to take the meat from the claw. The lobster was excellent. We also ordered garlic mashed potatoes. The potatoes were on the dry side and a bit disappointing. No one from restaurant management stopped by the table during our visit.
Both waiters Jason and Sal were great . They were busy and Jason was training Sal and they were a very good team together . Food was amazing . A little on expensive side but worth it . Great for a special occasion . The manager John gave me his business card and was very courteous. Overall I will be back . Just as good as the New York locations .
