    Michael was our waiter. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. My husband had the filet, and au gratin potatoes. I had crab cake, Caesar salad and creamed spinach. All was delicious! For dessert we enjoyed key lime pie! A great dinner for sure!

    The food was not good. We started off with a 3 lb lobster that appeared smaller than 3 lbs but was delicious. It went downhill from there. I ordered parpadelle bolognese and it was not good, tasted like a jarred sauce. I said nothing bc my husbands ribeye steak had no taste, it didn’t seem fresh and he couldn’t eat it. Our friend ordered the veal on the bone and was overcooked. Her husband got a filet mignon and asked for it medium. It came well done. They redid it and then it came back raw. Had to take it back and cook it some more and then it was great. At that point, everyone was done with their meal and our friend ate alone. They did comp my husband’s ribeye as he didn’t eat it and my friends veal and did offer complementary dessert. The waiter was nice and apologetic, but we won’t be back. Been to Palms all over and we were very disappointed

    Strange, but it was a let down. The wedge salad had chives in it? Never seen that. The salad was also SMALL. The lobster tail was good, but the steak was not hot. There were just to many misses here for it to be right.
