Everything was excellent!

Love love loved our steaks and our Palm mules.The only disappointment was the risotto and our server didn't check in enough. Definitely would go back again!

we usually go to the Palm, in Atlantic City or Vegas at least once a year for our anniversary and it is always an absolutely wonderful experience. We receive constant attention and the food is perfection. The steaks are cooked as you request and they are tender and juicy.

Nice meal. Things have changed due to Covid. Bread is by request only. Size of carrot cake cut in half.

Dinner at the Palms is always a treat, but families with food allergies beware. We dined this past weekend and told them of my son's severe food allergies, ordered what we assumed to be safe grilled chicken (salt, pepper, olive oil) but he wound up in anaphylactic shock and in the hospital for 2 days.

I always love dining at The Palm when I stay at the Trop. It makes my stay so much better. The food is delicious and the wait staff are excellent and have the best attitude. The lamb chops are DIVINE!

I got a tomhawk steak medium well it came out burnt and dry .. they gave me a filet that was dead raw in the center ... didn’t even eat dinner

Highly recommend. Neil the waiter was patient and very attentive. Suggested the Sin City too & it was good. He deserved every penny.

Always a great meal and great service. Can get a bit noisy if you get seated near a large party.

Had a bad experience. Server never told us about specials. Never came back to ask if we needed anything. Steak was disappointing. Been there a few times and had good experiences till this happened. Even the man at the desk was condescending. Making excuses for service and food. Offered us apps next time we go there. Why would we? Very disappointed.

The Palm has definitely gone downhill- menu is limited compared to what it was. The steaks were all over cooked and the way we asked they be prepared , was wrong.
For the money it was, we were very disappointed.
Will not be back, even being a long time Palm member.

We visited on a Saturday evening with my 85 year old grandfather. He had a fabulous meal. Service and food were excellent! Can’t wait to go back.

The Palm is by far, my wife, and my favorite restaurant.
The food is amazing! Literally, every single thing we’ve had!
All of the steaks we’ve had there, and in my opinion, the worlds best chicken parm! I get chicken parm almost everywhere I go to diner, and nothing ever compares to The Palms in AC. (I’ve also had it at The Palm in NYC twice, and it still was not as good as AC’s)
The best creamed spinach, crab cake, and deserts, like the cheesecake and homemade crème brûlée, are all of our favorites.
And the service is always incredible!
From the GM, Jim, who came to the table, to Our server, Jason B. Jason was unbelievable! He gave us recommendations, he knows the menu inside and out, and he is so personable. He makes you feel as you you are more like a friend, than just a customer. He literally makes our dining experience every time that we get him!
And he suggested one of the specialty Old Fashions (Always in Fashion) for me, and it’s now my new favorite drink!
We will definitely be back soon!

If you are going to complain about the prices, then don't eat there. This is a high end steakhouse and the steak is outstanding. (You get what you pay for). First of all, our service was outstanding ...thank you Jason and Jordan for an excellent experience. Your recommendations were knowledgeable and right on. Your enthusiasm was also a welcome treat. Chef did a great job on the porterhouse for two. Everything including the sides were exceptional. I do dine out quite a bit (although COVID has lessened it somewhat), but I have to say this is a great place for a great steak. Would definitely go back next trip to the Tropicana. I will also add the wines were very good. Great experience. Thank you. One of our diners had the Salmon which she also said was very good and cooked to perfection.

Food and service was great. Staff did a great job in this tough time of social distancing. Our server made sure we had everything we needed. Refreshed our drinks when needed and was very attentive. Another great experience at the Palm.

Menu is diverse and first rate. Food quality outstanding. Staff attentive. Atmosphere was nice, not too much noise.

We enjoyed our dinner very much. Our appetizer, cocktails, steaks and salad were outstanding. Our server was fantastic. It was our first trip to a major restaurant in almost a year.

On the negative side, the dining room was very noisy, even when not filled to capacity. Will request bar booth seating in the future where the acoustics are better.

The shrimp that were with my Kona steak were not the best. The meat that the shrimp were wrapped in was brittle... can't recall if it was proscuitto but it was over cooked.

Surprised there was no bread offered. The website needs to be updated as there was no valet parking as indicated.

We will go back. We support our favorite places that have been hammered by the pandemic. The few suggestions did not take away from a great meal that we enjoyed and were long over due for.

Used to loved the Palm in AC but this was a poor experience. Apps were fine but the mains were horrific. Everything from the Steak to the Lobster to the over-salted Sea Bass was just terrible. To rub more salt into our wounds, we got the bill and so a ridiculous over-charge for our drinks as the waitress didn't have the courtesy to give us a headsup about their crazy high prices on what is otherwise, a mid level bottle of tequila. Won't be back anytime soon.

Food and atmosphere was great! Will be going back for their amazing chicken parm! Definitely recommend if you enjoy fine dining.

We ate at the restaurant and had a very nice time. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The vibrant energy was nice to enjoy our special meal in Jersey. We were most impressed with the quality of the food from the start of the meal to the last course. The steaks were the best quality that we have had in our experience. Also amazing was the lobster!!
