Absolutely fabulous. Let your waiter entertain you as ours did. Wow! Unbelievably good. Quite expensive, but worth every penny!!
The food was better on my last visits but overall it wasn’t bad at all. We had a table of 12 that grew to 14. The host quickly made the needed changes to accommodate our party. The wait staff was in top of it every step of the way. The overall experience was festive and I would definitely go back.
Excellent food and service!
Love the friendly people that work here. The food was outstanding as usual, and the service was awesome. Got to spend some time with a good friend catching up and they did not rush through the dinner. Love coming here.
Loudest I’ve ever experienced at this Palm. Crowded and for that reason service was less than stellar. This is in contrast to every other visit I’ve made to this location.
This Atlanta location is surely keeping up with the traditions that make The Palm a top dining destination in the United States.
Very good food and service...an outrageously overpriced wine list.
Great night - awesome food, staff, and Bar!
Sat at the bar. Great attention from three servers. Food was on time well prepared and good value. Really a wonderful date together.
We went for dessert but ended up getting an appetizer then dessert. The environment and service was excellent and I welcome anyone looking for a Mid-to High cost date night. A great place to date. Having reservations, we were greeted warmly and seated immediately with a lot of great service even with just getting dessert. We will be back!
Food was bland. Had the Thanksgiving course, it tasted like school lunch food. It looked very unappetizing. Not worth it for the price but the service was fine.
Service was slow and lacking . Overall most of the food was good, however the bone in ribeye was just ok, and for the price of the entire meal it was a bit of a let down.
We do Thanksgiving here every year. We love love love the food and atmosphere.
Thanksgiving at The Palm is always wonderful. Special thanks to Jamie for taking great care of us.
The food was but the portions were small considering the cost and the fact that it was a thanksgiving special.
Came here for Thanksgiving and the food was honestly disgusting. Service was not great, especially for the prices we were paying for the horrible food. Would never recommend to anyone to come here nor come back ourselves.
As always, outstanding fresh food cooked to perfection. The lobster was perfect and cracked at the table. Ambiance and noise level was low enough to conduct a business conversation, and the service spectacular! I highly recommend!!
I ordered the Caesar Salad and added Lobster. I was delicious and the service was great. The bartender was nice.
The manager and table staff were excellent. The food is always incredible and the portions are ampler our waiter was good but our table server was OUTSTANDING. His name was Kevin and he was awesome. He went above and beyond the whole night. GREAT guy and I could see that he gave all his tables the same level of service.
Service was awful. Valet was awful 35 min to get car
Good, solid as all Palms are.
Very nice establishment.
Was s great choice wanted a nice surprise. Something different to spicy up our relationship..
Steaks are the best ever..
Great service and the food was delicious
The service at the Palm is always superb.
Outstanding food and service!. Everyone was very friendly and responsive. The place has been completely renovated since I was last year and it was very elegant. Will be back for sure.
Great dinner, but the ambiance needs to be a bit more upscale.
As always, wonderful dinner and excellent service - we always make a point to go to The Palm Buckhead when we visit Atlanta
Needed a great place for a Buckhead Breakfast for a bunch of fancy-pants jerks in my industry (lawyers). The Palm, after this, has risen to the top of my breakfast options in the heart of Buckhead.
Excellent service, great grub, valet parking, super convenient, the other diners feel fancy, etc etc.
Hits all my checkpoint for this kind of meal. Surprised they do not market it more.
Everything was Great!
We really enjoyed our dining experience.
A absolutely great place to eat, drink and hang out.
My favorite place to eat and bring guests coming into town.
Menu is varied and food tastes good.
The veggies were way too salty- all three different ones we ordered.
Lobster was very good.
Price for sides and desserts were too much for what you were served.
We were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary and over our 17 years of dinning at various Palms restaurants we never received such poor service. Our anniversary was never acknowledged although we made it known at the time of making reservation. Service was very slow and our food orders were not prepared as requested. Very disappointed by this dining experience as a 837 club member.
Stayed at The Westin Buckhead and was able to enjoy the wonderful Palm, inside. I know Palms were pet friendly, but we were able to have our small, well-behaved dog sit on a couch with us in the lobby of the hotel/Palm and enjoy a full meal--indoors. Same great food and service.
What a treat! Next Atlanta trip we will stay at the Westin and enjoy the Palm, again.
The food was ok but the service was lacking.
When I arrived I asked for a Kleenex. The server brought me part of a paper towel.
This restaurant is in a hotel. There are Kleenex in the building.
I also that my server refill my hot tea like she typically refills her guests coffee. That didn't happen.
I asked for my eggs over medium well. They arrived runny.
I wanted sugar-free syrup for my pancakes. There was none, only maple syrup.
More like a sports bar than a fine dining restaurant. Our “3 lb” Lobster was 1.75 at best. Large TVs playing sports, view of a busy lobby, no class!! Typically love this chain but this outlet is not worthy of the name!
