We had to wait like 25 minutes although we had a reservation. The food was excellent but a little over priced.
Excellent evening dinner on a date night out. Staff was excellent and knowledgeable. Food was great. Took wonderful care of us and had a separate quiet section away from the louder area they volunteered to seat us in as they noticed we were out on a date night.
Best steak on Atlanta. Always consistent. Will be back.
The Palm is going down hill - slow service and food was not worth the price
Food was amazing. But we waited so long for service that I’m not sure it was worth it. It was painfully slow and the place wasn’t even full.
Don was great, food was excellent. We love this place.
This was the second time I took my Wife to The Palm of Atlanta, overall great experience for us.
Excellent experience I would love to revisit. I would to recommend to my friends and family.
Great service and great food. All the servers were very kind and attentive. We also received a free glass of champagne and cheesecake for our anniversary.
From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. Our waiter could not have been more attentive or courteous. Our food was delicious...served piping hot! Overall, our dining experience was fantastic!!!
Nice restaurant but hotel location sees more of a boisterous crowd. However ther service was top notch as was the food and drink.
Food was delicious. The mushroom risotto was very rich and decadent, there was just waaaay to many mushrooms and not enough risotto. No really, there was hardly any rice in the dish, should've just been called creamy mushroom casserole or something. Regardless, I would def eat there again.
Great service and great meal.
The Palm Atlanta does not hold up to The Palm quality. The service was horrible. We had to beg to get our water refilled and it took over 2hrs just to get our entrees when other tables who came in well after us received theirs. Our server was no where to be found and when we spoke to the manager, he never returned. Then out steak was fatty and cold, but by this time we needed to leave. It was a terrible experience and poorly run restaurant. Very disappointing.
Great food and service but not the place for fine dining. Connected to hotel and guests are there with babies and underdressed for high end restaurant.
We were high maintenance and waiter was so patient and good!
This was our first time at the Palms for our 20th anniversary. It was great; our waiter was phenomenal. We received complimentary champagne and hors d’oeuvres once he learned we were there celebrating. The food was delicious; I got the sea bass and my husband got the steak. We will definitely be back
Had a 9pm reservation and didn’t get seated until afterwards!! And I got there 15 mins earlier!!
The only time we ever come to THE PALM Atlanta is for our special occasions,
and also for our VERY SPECIAL occasions too,
and for the very occasional 6lb crabmeat stuffed Lobsters,
And for our occasional monthly celebrations as well,
and sometimes, for a weekly celebration.
Because every meal at this restaurant is not only a special occasion,
it is also a consistent culinary celebration!
all the best,
The Palm was great. I especially enjoyed the food.
Salad was very soggy and wilted—even mushy. We split the Veal Martini and each of us got a piece of veal the size no more than 4” square. We have had this same meal at their restaurant in Charlotte and had a totally different experience—fresh salad and reasonable portion. Disappointed this time.
The food and ambiance were amazing! The server was so nice and very accommodating! Some of the orders were incorrect but the server was quick to fix it. Over all great!
Felt totally ignored by the wait staff. Didn’t get the salad we ordered— even though we were charged for it. My water glass stayed empty most of the night — even when I specifically requested a refill — didn’t get it.
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere!! Best chicken parm in Atlanta.
The staff and our waitress were top notch as always!
Excellent service and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal!
We went there for New Years Eve dinner. It was our first time. Nice place for a chain. A new year eve menu was posted in front of the host but we didn’t get to study it as we were seated pretty quickly, even the waiter went quickly over it as if they didn’t want us to select from that menu. Besides that and the fact that they forgot our appetizer, we had a good experience. Had the 3 lb lobster, wild mushrooms and creamy spinach. All very good. I probably could have skipped the key lime pie as there wasn’t anything special about it.
Every single menu item we ordered had too much salt. You could actually see the salt clumps. We were looking forward to a nice meal on New Years Eve. Started with carpaccio - thought it was grated cheese - it was large flakes of salt. Too salty. Then we had the chopped salad which was old lettuce drowned in dressing served flattened out on a plate with no garnish. lettuce was soggy as if it had been made earlier and just sitting in dressing and oil. We also ordered half and half to go with clams oreganato and crab cake. Could not eat the onion straws or cottage fries as there was a pile of salt all over. We mentioned to the server- somebody breezing by asked if everyone was ok and left. Terribly disappointed - not at all what we expected for this level of restaurant.
I love, love, love this restuarant. We only go about once a year, because of the distance from our home but it is always a treat to go. I usually get the large delicious lobsters but this time went for the crab cakes and my husband had veal. both of our meals were outstanding.
This restaurant was nothing like it seamed online. The food was not very good and extremely over priced. The location was horrible because of traffic and parking was a nightmare
Food quality was really quite poor at premium prices.
Awesome! Great food and service.
What a tragic Christmas dinner we had at the Palm. The noise level was unbearable - like a rowdy sports bar. We could not hear each other even though we were at the back of the restaurant away from the bar. But worst of all was the terrible food. Our waiter tried but there was not enough staff and it took forever to get drinks, salads etc. The entrees came out piecemeal - one not at all - and half were lukewarm. Even though we brought this to the attention of the manager - they offered no dessert or drink to compensate for such poor execution. The Palm is supposed to be a premium restaurant - but we paid a premium price for sheer mediocrity. Will never even consider a return to this place.
Thanks for making our family Xmas dinner special.
Enjoyed a relaxing delicious Christmas dinner with family and friends. Excellent service, delicious well prepared and beautifully presented food.
We had a wonderful experience with our waiter, Phineas. Mike the GM was Awesome, as wel
Sadly disappointing, the food was mediocre at best and the service was uneven.
Food was poor.
Annual Christmas Eve family celebration - 11 years running.
Sorry I was a bit disappointed in the visit. Had always wanted to go to The Palm so made a reservation for noon on Christmas Eve Day with a friend. I had reviewed the menu online and was prepared to order from the lunch menu. Was given a Dinner menu, perhaps because it was Christmas Eve Day? Asked if we'd be able to order hamburgers (which are clearly on the lunch menu along with entree salads) which were NOT on the dinner menu... and the confusion was exacerbated by our waiter who was talking and explaining "at" us and not "to" us... ended up trying to order the chicken chop chop salad (a lunch menu salad ENTREE) but ended up with the Monday Night "chop chop" Salad ( a DINNER non-entree salad on the dinner menu) so... I guess it was my fault for not specifically saying I wanted the luncheon entree chop chop salad. :-(
