Being fourth generation family owned and operated definitely has its advantages. It allows us to be very flexible, have no food and beverage minimums, no room charges, and offer something for everyone- USDA Prime Aged Steak, a Jumbo Nova Scotia Lobster, Fresh Seafood or traditional Italian Fare.View Private Dining Details
Not what I expected... slow service even though it was a slow lunch. Ordered two salads and the lettuce was past its expiration and they served the stalks of the head. Overall, not a place to entertain clients. I found myself apologizing for the restaurant choice.
We had an awesome time. The Palm always has incredible service. You feel like they're celebrating with you. Plus the food ... i mean that creamed spinach is legit. The bacon wrapped scallops were ridiculous. And of course the steaks are some of the best.
The Atlanta Palm is my first choice for business entertainment. While it is noted for steaks, the lobster is great as are the Italian specialties. The service is always friendly and attentive. The wine list is expansive and has great values.
The food was terrific, the service was spot on, and the atmosphere is great. The only thing I was slightly put off by was the fact that I specifically asked if I could sub green beans for the risotto that came with my sea bass due to dietary restrictions and the waiter said no problem but when the bill came, he didn't sub it at all but rather charged me the $9 for a side of green beans . If he had said I couldn't sub, I still would have ordered the beans but would have taken the risotto to go and given it to my kids!!
Celebrating our delayed birthday events.
Always a great meal at the palm. Very consistent food and wonderful service. The chicken Parm is amazing
Food took way too long to serve. Hot bread instead of cold slices would have been desirable. I was disappointed a "baked potato" was not offered as a side dish. Tables are squeezed in to the point you can hardly walk...
Noise level was so high, we cud hardly hear each other. Server would get lost at times and we had, on a couple of occasions, to flag another waiter to look for him. Also, same thing to get our bill...took forever!
Everything was amazing: the entree selections, desserts, & cocktails. The service was top notch!
Lobster and steak were good - Worth the price
Brussels sprouts not so good - not much taste
Lobster Mac and cheese ok but not worth the price. Had better at your competition.
Crowded in lobby and some of the noise carried over
Palm never disappoints from the cocktails to the dinner it’s always a delicious experience.
Took an hour an a half from being seated to receiving our entrees, which one of the two were wrong. Wait staff was obviously working hard and restaurant was short staffed but for a $200+ dinner with drinks, it was a disappointment.
Valentines Day was nice!!
We had a wonderful time celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. Awesome!!!!!!
Good steak. Nothing overly special. Expected sides for a steakhouse. Excellent service.
We dined at The Palm restaurant in Buckhead (Atlanta, GA), and it was our 3rd time dining in this location. It was nice to have some new appetizers on the menu, like the coconut crusted scallops, which were superb. We have always enjoyed the broiled lobster, which is one of the main reasons why we choose to dine here, and it did not disappoint either. It is always succulent, buttery, and cooked to perfection. We also ordered the bone-in rib eye, medium rare. It was served medium rare as requested, and seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of searing. It practically melted in my mouth. Our waiter timed things perfectly and recommended an excellent wine as well to pair with the steak. We can't wait to come back!
The Palm Atlanta is one of the best restaurants I have had the pleasure of dining at. The food was absolutely delicious. We tried the Filet Mignon and the Chicken Parmigiana. Both were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. For sides we got the family lobster mac and cheese, and the Brussels sprouts. Both the sides were delicious, I can't wait to try the asparagus next time! I have been raving about it to all my friends. So worth the price!!!!
Great food! Marvelous service! The wait staff was outstanding! I would highly recommend!
I went with my m.o.m.d. The ambiance is good, especially if you are with someone you care a lot about. The prices are high, but it's a good place to impress someone special.
Great strip steak but the lamb chops especially good.
Husband’s birthday. Excellent food and service. Staff was friendly and made every effort to deliver special attention.
Everything was wonderful
Beautiful space, fabulous service, good food (not spectacular), very quiet on a Sunday night.
We all enjoyed it very much.
My overall experience was nothing but amazing from our waiter to our meals. Everything exceeded my expectations.
Horrible experience. Service was terrible, food is way over priced for the quality. Will not go back.
The food was incredibly well made with very fresh ingredients. My lobster bisque had big chunks of lobster in it and was some of the best I have ever tasted. The food, while amazing, is an example of you get what you pay for. Definitely not for anyone who might get wary about sticker shock when the bill comes.
Service and food was outstanding! We went there to celebrate our 42nd. Wedding Anniversary. We absolutely will be returning.
Food was delicious. Mixed drinks were poor. Service was slow, but kind and accommodating. Pricey. Wine was way over priced. A $12 bottle was sold for $54.
Had been looking forward to this lobster dinner for months.. Sold out by 7:30. Had to settle for very small lobster tail which cannot compare with the real lobster..sooo disappointed!!!
Awesome as always. Thanks.
Decent service and good food just not sure I would go back for the price.
The ambiance of the Palm was nice. The drinks were good. The service was good. The food was subpar. My filet mignon was not seasoned and the lobster mac and cheese was burnt and dry. I will not dine here again.
Wait staff is always excellent! Jimmy certainly stands out in respect to that!
Not our best experience at the Palm. Very few diners; very quiet.
Menu has changed since our last visit, and some old favorites are missing. Also, it appears that they are getting their lobsters from a different supplier .
Server was very friendly, but service was slow, especially given the small crowd.
May return for one more try.
The staff was very accommodating to our small group. Our three lunch selections - the crab cakes, the stacked roast beef sandwich and the classic burger were all outstanding.
The restaurant is on the first floor of the Westin Buckhead hotel & parking signage is not the best, but once you're in, there is both a valet and self parking.
Chilean sea bass was outstanding! Lamb chops were amazing! A wonderful dining experience from start to finish on Christmas Eve. Definetely going to be returning again very soon!
The food was absolutely wonderful. My family and I will definitely be returning to the Palm
Staff was super friendly, they made our Christmas dinner very enjoyable. The food was tasty and the portions were good. Slightly disappointed with me dessert take away. Creme Brulee did not transport well.
Perfection. The steaks are amazing and perfectly prepared. The sides are served family style, I wish I had been born into that family. The carrot cake is massive, even if you love carrot cake, there will be some left to take home. And finally the service, top drawer! The Palm is known for classic New York style service, always impeccable. This time we had a young woman named Jamie who served us. Delightful. All things said and done, a memorable night with great food and service, with people I love. It doesn't get any better than that.
don't have the lobster, you'll never be able to eat another anywhere else!
Great restaurant! The food is always good and the service is very good. This is a high end restaurant so you will ne to be prepared for the cost. But, it is well worth the money!
